I wake up at 1:30 pm, "shit" i think to myself, i get up fast and throw on baggy jeans with a black crop top. I put 2 necklaces and a ring on. I do my light makeup and put my hair in two braids and put on my black converse that have little leaves on them, i grab a beige jacket and put it on. As soon as i finish getting ready i hear the doorbell ring. I run downstairs and open the door, chris is there, as soon as he sees me he smiles
"you look pretty" chris says smiling
"i woke up not even 20 minutes ago" i say rubbing my eyes "i have to get my contacts so give me a minute" i say as he walks inside
i run upstairs and put in my contacts, i run back downstairs trying to catch my breath
"i feel like i just ran a marathon" i say panting
"you look like it" chris says "by the way i didnt tell matt or nick"
"okay, lets go" i say we run to the front door and down the street, we race to dennys
"HA I BEAT YOU" i yell at him across the street, he starts running at me and carries me "put me down now christopher, its for your own good"
"no" chris says
"at least give me a piggy back ride not a fucking shoulder ride" i say hitting his back
"fine" chris says putting me down and i jump on his back
chris walks into dennys and we sit down in front of one another. We make small talk but then theres an awkward silence
"okay just, act like we're not on a date and we're just going out like we would normally do as friends or something" i say
"okay, i have a question" chris asks
"shoot" i say
"when did you start liking me?" chris asks
"like 3 of 4 months ago" i say "what about you?"
"same" chris says
"why didnt you tell me then?!" i ask angrily
"why didnt you tell me?" chris asks
"okay fair enough." i say chuckling
we eat and stay there for an hour, we then walk back to my house where we hang out.
