~2 weeks later~
The triplets, avery and i are hanging out. We are just on our phones, even when we're not talking or doing anything its still fun. Hailey, avery and i have a group together, we just talk about random stuff. Avery already knows at this point because ive given hints.

"wanna go film a youtube video guys?" nick asks
"yeah sure" i say
"yep" avery says
"lets go" matt says
we all go to the car and get in our usual seats
"guys can we go pick up riley?" chris asks
"yep" matt says
"whos riley?" i ask
"girlfriend" chris says "nick switch seats with me so i can sit down next to riley" chris says looking at him
"yeah, sure" nick says
they both switch seats and avery and i go to the third row of the car, i look kind of sad but i try to hide it. We pick up riley and i stay silent in the backseat
"hey guys" riley says smiling, looking at the triplets "uhm, hi" riley says looking back at me and avery
"hi, im maya" i say quietly
"uhm hi, im avery" avery says giving a little wave
nick starts filming and my face goes kind of red and my eyes get a little watery, i bite my nails, matt notices.
"holy shit are you okay?" matt asks looking back at me
"yeah im fine, i just have allergies to all the fucking dust you guys have in this car" i say rubbing my eyes
"okay?" chris says "here babe" he says handing her his drink
"thank you" riley says smiling
i lean back into my seat and stay silent for some time until chris asks me something
"what was your favorite color again?" he asks looking back at me
"purple, my favorite color is purple. If you payed a little more attention you'd know that" i say
"are you being sarcastic or are you genuinely mad?" chris asks giggling
"im being sarcastic christopher" i say fake chuckling
"okay, as i said, you're scary when you're mad" chris says
"got it" i say pursing my lips
we finish the video "chris can i sleep over?" riley asks
"yep of course" chris says smiling
"so uhm, since when do you guys know the triplets?" riley asks looking back at me and avery
"i met nick when we were like 4 and i started getting closer to chris and matt a few months ago" i say shrugging
"and i met nick because of maya and i also just started getting closer to chris and matt" avery says
"any siblings?" riley asks
"i have an older sister, hailey" i say
"i have a little sister, you two have the same name actually" avery says smiling gently
"cool" riley says
we get to the triplets house and i rush to nicks room as soon as we get to the house, i lock the door and bury my face in my hands, crying. I hear someone knock on the door, nick and avery. I open the door and they come in quickly and lock the door again. They both hug me
"hey, its okay" nick says
"no its not..im so fucking dumb for liking him" i say sitting down on the bed crying
"youre not dumb at all! everyone goes through this, god knows i did" avery says
"i got my hopes up.. goddamn it i should've listened to hailey" i say crying into averys shoulder
"why?" nick asks
"hailey said that boys are fucking useless a while ago, god i cant even listen to her, my sister who knows more about this than i do. Im going home.." i say getting my things
"wait dont go" avery says "we can just stay in here"
"sorry ave" i say
i walk out the room and dont see anyone there, i run downstairs and go to the front door, opening it and going into my car, driving home. I get there and see my mom making food once i walk inside.
"hey honey im maki-" she starts "oh my god what happened?" she asks turning the stove off and rushing to me, hugging me
"he has a girlfriend now" i say crying into her shoulder
"who? chris?" she asks looking at me
"yes, he has a girlfriend. I cant believe im so delusional" i say looking at her
"no youre not..listen go to your room and ill be there now" she says
"why am i wallowing over a boy who doesnt even text me? im so dumb" i say wiping my tears
"hey, its okay to wallow. Now go, ill be there in 5" she says smiling
"okay..thank you mom, i love you" i say going upstairs to my room
my room is filled with posters of my favorite bands or paintings i have made.

my mom comes in my room with a bunch of snacks "wanna watch gilmore girls?" she asks smiling
"sure" i say sniffling, smiling gently
i scoot over and my mom lays down next to me, handing me a tub of ice cream with a spoon. My mom, Hailey and i love gilmore girls because we relate to it so much. Only thing is that my mom has two kids instead of one. We both start eating and my phone starts ringing, my face goes sad when i read the name
"who is it?" my mom asks looking at me
"uhm, chris" i say showing it to her
"give it here" she says grabbing my phone and putting it on do not disturb
we keep watching until ben comes in my room "uhm, hey." he says
"hi ben" i say smiling softly
"are you okay?" he asks "you never eat too many snacks when you're not sad"
"uhm, ill tell you later, bye" i say smiling softly
"goodnight honey" he says closing my door
"hm, i remember when i used to cry over a boy" my mom says
"really? but i thought your first boyfriend was dad" i say looking at her
"well, i had another boyfriend before. Norman Hart. He used me to get his mind off of another girl who broke up with him, the second she said she wanted to get back together, he dumped me. Worst thing was that it was prom night, everyone saw" my mom says
"how old were you?" i ask looking at her
"i was 15" my mom says
"sorry" i say "mom how did grandma and grandpa react?" i ask
"well, when i was pregnant with hailey they were furious, then when i had you they forced me to marry your dad, which i wanted to do i just didnt want it to do at that age. They said if i didnt get married that id have to move out and i couldnt take that risk. So, i married him" my mom says shrugging
"hm, okay" i say
my mom and i hang out for a while and fall asleep
