kind of after 6x4. A girl comes into the Clinic, Vic treats her for superficial cuts on her arms, but suspects there is more to it. But when Carina comes to examine, the doctor herself is not well and ends up fainting in Vics arms.

Scene 1
Maya and Carina are at a coffee shop. Their converstion is cold.
Maya: What do you want, my love?
Carina: I'll have a Croissants and a coffee.
Maya: One Croissants and two coffees, please.
Carina: You're not eating anything?
Maya: No. I'll have something at the station.
Carina: Yeah?
Maya nodds.
The women behind the counter gives them what they got and they pay.
A girl comes in. She looks unsure and panicky.
Girl: May i use your bathroom.
Woman nodds, sure.
Maya and Carina watch her.
Carina: She looks scared.
Maya: Yeah. Well, don't over interpret.
Carina rolls her eyes: i'm just attetious
Maya: Attentative?
Carina: Yeah. That. Hey by the way. I looked at therapists and i thought we could try it together. For me and maybe it wouldn't hurt you.
Maya: Carina, stop it please. We talked about this. I don't do the talking, but if you need it, i'll support you.
Carina: It wouldn't hurt to try? Bambina you are hurting? And i'm a doctor, i want to fix it.
Maya: Yeah. Maybe try therapy...
Carina rolls her eyes.
Maya: I'm just saying, i can figure this out and if you need help figuring your stuff out, take it, but i don't need it.
Carina: Yeah okay, my love. But if you change your mind. I'm here...
Maya: I love you.
Carina and Maya kiss Carina leans on Maya. They tobble. Maya puts weight on her hurt foot. She winces.
Carina: Just let me take a look at it already.
Maya: I am a paramedic and i say it is fine. It just needs a few days.
Carina: Fine. But...
Maya: No but.. please.
Scene 2
They set up for the clinic.
Carina jokes around with Jack.
Jack: I feel so good today. I had full 8 hours of sleep. I had my meds and breakfast. I am ready.
Carina: Look at you taking care of yourself. Can you give some of that to my wife?
Jack: Ah... I need it right now. But i can give you contact info of my therapist. He is really good.
Carina: I tryed. She doesn't want help. She needs to figure it out herself, whatever.
Jack: Yeah. thats not how it works...
Carina: Yeah. I though about going to therapy, to ask questions for her and to learn how to help her better.
Jack: Sure. Why not? I think everyone should go to therapy once in a while.
Carina: Yeah?
Jack: Oh and Carina, not that i want to dig to deep. You do have some trauma, its not to bad to sort through that.
Carina: Right. Maybe i should do that.
Scene 3
Klaxon Ladder 19 to 17 Fullsburry lane.
Andy and Maya run to the ladder truck.
Andy: Only the ladder? Thats a rare one.
Maya: Yeah.
The drive to sight.
Scene 4
One sight.
A Man comes to them.
Andy and Maya run to him.
Andy: Seattle FD. How can i help?
Man: My name is Tony Andrews. My daugher. She has locked herself out on the balkony. The door is broken it sometimes looks form the outside and then you can't open it from the inside aswell.
Andy: Where is your daughter?
Tony: 2nd. floor. Right around the corner.
Andy: Whats her name? How old is she?
Tony: Cayle and she is 4
Maya: Don't worry, we'll get her down.
Andy and Maya get the ladder in position and Maya goes up to the little girl.
Maya: Hey. Cayle? I'm Maya. How are you doing?
Cayle: I'm cold.
Maya: Yeah i get that. Can you come over here?
Cayle gets up and walks over to Maya.
Maya gets her secured
Maya: Okay Andy, we're ready.
Cayle: I'm scared.
Maya: Its okay. I got you.
Maya and Cayle get off the ladder. Cayle jumps of off Maya and lands on her foot.
Tony: Oh my god Cayle. I'm so sorry. (He hugs her)
Andy: Happy to help.
She goes back to the ladder, where Maya already leans
Andy: You're really pale. Whats wrong?
Maya: Its nothing. I'm fine.
Andy: Whars wrong, Maya?
Maya: Remember the corn maze fire on Halloween?
Andy nodds.
Maya: I twisted my ankle.
Andy: Oh. Wait, that was three weeks ago, did you see a docter?
Maya: No. Its not that bad. It just hurts sometimes.
Andy: If it still hurts, maybe you should see a doctor. Maya, you are married to one.
Maya: Its fine. Just forget about it.
Scene 5
Vic sorts something, the clinic is busy. An young girl ca.16 comes in.
Vic: Can i help you?
Freya: I just need a Band-Aid or something. I fell.
Vic: Can i see?
Freya shows her arm.
Vic: Uhh. Yeah. A Band-Aid will not do. We need to clean that.
Freya: I can do that myself. Its fine.
Vic: No. Come on. I'll be quick.
Freya sits down at a the stretcher. She looks weak.
Vic: Okay. Can you take your arm out of your flanell?
Freya nodds, does so. Vic sees a lot of bruises on her shoulder and her arm.
Vic: Whats your name?
Freya: Freya Willkins
Vic cleans and striptapes Freyas arm.
Vic: I'm Vic. How did you get hurt?
Freya: Mh. I fell....
Vic: Okay.
Freya: i know you don't believe me. I assure you i fell by myself.
Vic: Sorry. I was just wondering. Did you trip or how did you fall?
Freya: Is that important? I really need to get to class. I'm already behind.
Vic: Okay.
Freya seems dizzy.
Vic: Did you hit your head when you fell?
Freya: No. I don't know. It is fine. Just.... Are you done?
Vic: Yes. Wait a minute, please. I have a few forms. But its not much. It'll take like two more minutes.
Scene 6
Vic runs over to Carina
Vic: Hey Carina can you come take a look at a patient?
Carina: Yeah sure? Why?
Vic: Well. She said she fell. She has a scratch on her arm, i cleand and patched it, but she has bruises on her shoulder and she seemed dizzy and i don't know unwell. She will not talk to me.
Carina: Okay. But i doubt she'll talk to me then.
Vic: I just think there is something wrong.
Carina: Okay.
Scene 7
Andy and Maya come home.
Maya: I'll go upstairs to drink something.
Andy: No. You come with me.
Maya: What?
Andy: Come.
They go to the confrence room
Scene 8
Carina goes with Vic.
Vic: Freya, This is Dr. Carina Deluca. She just wants to make sure, i patched you up properly. She traines us.
Carina: Hi Freya.
Freya: Great. A Doctor.
Carina: Its okay. I just want to make sure you are doing okay.
Freya: I'm fine, or at least thats what your collegues keep saying.
She gets up, tobbles and faints.
Carina catches her: Oh, oh.pftksstf.
Carina gets her back up on the gurney.
Vic: Hey. Freya? Freya?
Carina: Can you hear me?
Freya: Yeah. i 'm good. I'm good.
Carina: Can you look at the light, please.
Checks the pupils.
Freya: I'm fine. Can i please go.
Carina: You just fainted. I'm not letting you go. I'm actually thinking, we should take you to the ER.
Freya: No, please. (She rolls her eyes)
Carina: This has happend before? And you went to a doctor, but they didn't find anything.
Freya nods: They say its psychosomatical. I have Depression and Anxiety. Once they hear that, they already jump to conclusions.
Carina: Hm. I would really like to get you checked out.
Freya: No thanks. I don't need to be told, i only make this up, again.
Vic: Psychosomatical diseases aren't made up.
Freya: I know that. Do you think i want to faint like 5 times a week. Need 10 hours of sleep, still falling asleep in class, feeling like your entire body hurts everytime you move and over all being to exhausted you can't do anything.
Tears run down her face.
Carina: Hey. Hey?
Freya: I wanted to braid my hair this morning. I couldn't my arms wouldn't stay up.
Carina mesures her temperature and then hands her a tissue.
Carina: Your bruises, they come from fainting?
Freya nodds: Maybe thats why my body hurts. (She yawns) Oh i'm so tired. And its only 9:30. I have classes in half an hour. Can i please go?
Carina: Can you wait 5 more Minutes? I'll be right back. (She seems unwell)
Carina goes outside the little cabin.
Vic follows her.
Vic: What do you want to do?
Carina doesn't respond. She holds on to a ultrasound machine.
Vic: Carina?
Carina: Somethings wrong. I... (She faints)
Vic: Oh my god.
Scene 9
Maya: What are you doing?
Andy: Sit down.
Maya: Andy, come on?
Andy: Nope. You are not leaving the room, before i or anyone else has taken a look at that foot.
Maya: Oh Come on. It is not that bad. I just need to walk it off.
Andy: You've been walking it off for three weeks. And i saw how pale you got after that four-year old stepped on it.
Maya sighs.
Andy: Sit, take your shoe off.
Maya does so.
Andy looks at the foot. It is swolen and blue.
Maya: Ow.
Andy: Oh Maya.
Maya: What?
Andy: That is not good. From what i can see, you definatly hurt it bigtime, and with running on it all the time.
Maya: I doesn't even hurt that bad. Just...
Andy: No just.
Travis comes in quickly: Maya, there you are. Carina just collapsed.
Maya: What?
Scene 11
Maya: My love, what happend?
Carina lies on a gurny with an IV: Dehydrated.
Maya: Oh, honey.
Carina: Its fine. Its actually more than fine. Its another good sign. When you are pregant you get dehydrated twice as fast.
Maya kisses her: Do you feel better now?
Carina: Yes. Ben and Vic helped me. Vic caught me, i didn't even hit the ground.
Maya: Thank god.
Carina: Yeah. I need to be more carefull now.
Maya: Yeah, my love. You shoud. Do you need anything? Maybe some food.
Carina: No. I had breakfast.
Maya: One croisant. I'll bring you something and your waterbottle
Carina: I'm fine. I just had a banana and my waterbottle is here. Vic brought it.
Maya: Okay. Good.
Carina laughs:
Maya: Whats funny?
Carina: I caught a girl, who was fainting, like two minutes, before i fainted.
Maya: And thats funny?
Carina: Yeah. It is.
Maya: Okay yeah it kinda is.
Carina: Can you go check on her? Freya Willkins, bay 4
Maya: Okay. What should i do?
Carina: I don't know. She needs to go to the ER. She said she faints 5 times a week, but she already went to a doctor and he said, it is all psychosomatical.
Maya: But you don't think so.
Carina nodds.
Maya: Alright. I check on her. I might be able to convice her, we could call some of your Grey-Sloan friends to check her out.
Carina: Yes. But maybe talk to her first.
Maya: Yes. But you rest.
Carina: Yes. I will stay here, until Ben clears me.
Maya: Good.
Carina shakes her head: unbelievable.
Scene 12
Maya looks for Freya.
Maya: Freya?
Andy: Ah good. What happend to Carina?
Maya: Dehydrated.
Andy: Oh. Is she okay?
Maya: Yes.
Andy: Good, then we are going to the ER, to get your foot x-rayed.
Maya: No. Andy. I appreciate you taking care of me, but i am fine. No excuse me. I need to check on Carinas Patient.
Andy: Who?
Maya: A girl 16. She was supposed to be in bay 4
Andy: She left like 10 Minutes ago.
Maya: Damn.
Andy: Whats wrong?
Maya: I don't know, but Carina thinks something is wrong with her.
Andy: She left. If she doesn't want help, we can't help her. You should know that.
Maya: Oh come on. I'm gonna check on Carina.
She leaves. But then sees a girl hunched over outside on the other side of the street.
She runs outside.
Maya: Freya?
Freya: Yeah? (she is visably crying)
Maya: Hey? I am Maya, Dr. Delucas Wife. She sent me to look for you. Are you in pain?
Freya: I'm always in pain. But yeah. I managed to walk over here. But my legs will not carry me anymore. they hurt so bad (sighs) i am so done with everything. I hate this.
Maya: You should go to the ER.
Freya tryes to get up. It works kind of: I need to get to class.
Maya: You can't walk like that. And you probably can't grasp anything they are saying in school anyway.
Freya: Yeah. I know, but i have so many sick days already. Because i don't have a diagnosis, the school is going to suspend me if i don't go. I need to shake it off and just not be tired.
Freya sits back down: I can't do it. I can't. I.... (she hypervetilates)
Maya: Hey Hey hey Hey. Take a deep breath. Good. Look at me. Take a deep breath. In and out (overexagerates breathing)
Freya calmes a little: I don't want to keep feeling like this. (she cryes and Maya hugs her and holds her)
Maya: Let us take you to the ER. They can atleast help you temporarily. I can't let you go to school like that.
Freya nodds. Maya helps her up. They walk over Andy and Maya help her into the Aid-Car. Travis and Jack come over.
Travis: We are on Aid today.
Maya: Okay. I need to check on Carina anyway. You are going to be fine Freya. I know the doctors at Grey Sloan. I will call them, and tell them about you. You don't have to advocate for yourself today.
Jack: Lets go.
Maya gives him the chart: Take good care of her. She really needs things to get better. Hey, Freya?
Freya: hm?
Maya: If you need someone to make fire under the buts of these doctors. Call me.
Freya: Thanks.
She hand her a card and then runs off to go look for Carina.

Maya comes in the bay Carina is in. Ben is taking her BP
Maya: Hey. Jack and Travis are taking her to the ER. I already rang Teddy. She is going to take a look and then hand her off to whatever doctor she needs. (Maybe pick it up in Greys)
Carina: Hey. They are not letting me get up.
Ben: I wanted to, but your legs gave in again.
Maya: Oh. Carina.
Carina: I feel better.
Maya: You are shaking.
Carina: Yeah i don't exactly feel amazing. But i thought i was fine.
Ben: You BP is very low. Maybe eat something.
Ben leaves
Maya: Why don't we take a test?
Carina: Now?
Maya: Maybe when you are a little more stable on the feet, but to make sure this is just that.
Carina: Yeah. I'll have this protien bar and then we can go.
Maya: Yeah?
Carina: Yeah.
Maya: And if its negative, i'm taking you to the ER. This makes me worried.
Carina: You are so hypercritical.
Maya: What?
Carina: You are emediatly worried, when someone is unwell, but if you are unwell you don't care and you let nobody else care.
Maya: I let Andy take a look at my foot today.
Carina: Wow. Look at you.
Maya: She did hold me hostage.
Carina: What did she say?
Maya is quiet.
Carina: Maya?
Maya muffled: To go to get an x-ray
Carina: What? Speak up, please
Maya: To get an x-ray.
Carina: Oh my god. What did i say for three weeks.
Maya: I don't need it, i can walk on it.
Carina: That is not a critiria that works for you. You won a medal on a sprained ankle. We are so going to the ER.
Maya: After the test.
Carina: Yes. After the test.
Maya: Okay.
Ben: I want to recheck it, after you have been sitting upright for a little and had a protein bar.
Checks.
Ben: 87/63 82 bpm That is still quite low. But better. Can you try and get up again?
Carina nodds. Maya and Ben hold her. She is good.
Ben: Okay. Go home. Rest. Maybe do some light things to get that BP up but don't overachieve and hydrate. Got it?
Carina: Yes. But what about the clinic.
Ben: We are good. Go.
Maya: I'll take her home, and then i need some time off.
Ben: What?
Maya: I am going to get my foot x-rayed.
Ben: Oh my god. Finaly.
Maya sighs.
Ben: Don't worry, Bishop. We will cover you.
Maya: Thanks, Warren.
Ben: I didn't think i'd live to the day, Maya Bishop gets that x-ray.
Maya: Okay. Warren we got it.
Carina: Lets go, bambina.
Maya: You good?
