Early that Morning
I woke up a few hours before i was supost to and headed downstairs to actually enjoy my breakfast instead of scoffing it down, i slither down the stairs a blanket pulled around me, my tail keeping it off the floor, before heading into the kitchen, i sit at the island, the house is quiet and peaceful i smile as i take the box of ceral left over from last night's 'dinner' and eat straight from the box, who needs a bowl?, as i take another hand full i hear a door open from in the living room.
i slither into the living room to see the portal door, i smile excpeting Luz and Hunter to be back but i was wrong, the door opens and out falls Gus, Eda, Eda's sister and another witch boy, the door shuts as the Owl Lady hits the button, "that hurt" Gus states before spoting me, "oh Hi Vee" he says with a not very convicing smile, "wh-" before i could even start Camilia was down stairs "what's going on? Eda wheres Luz and Hunter?" she says helping the Owl lady in harpy mode up.
"sorry Noceda, I wish i knew, Me and Lilly were looking for the sourse of this problem we have and lost there group in the crowed of scared witches, I know their with Amity, Willow, my partner and an ex coven Witch named Daruis, all six of them were suppost to be getting people to the far end of the boiling isles at least those who are awake but something went wrong, before i knew it my wing was shot with something and i ran into these three helping someone out but that was before the screach-" Eda says.
Gus nods "yes, there was this horrible sound, scared everyone and next thing I know Miss Lillith is pushing us into the portal" everyone turns to Lillith whos pacing back and forth, "lilly what happend? why did you grab the key?" Eda says placing a hand on lilliths shoulder to get her to stop pacing, "Edalyn, what i saw, that, that wasnt like any other demon, human, witch, or creature we've fought, it, it-" she started to spiral, "i need to get us out" she breaths before sitting on the couch.
we all look around concerend, "I'll go get some Tea" Camilia says leaving the room, i look over at Gus and his friend who are talking inhush whispers, "Gus whats been going on?" i ask he sighs before sitting on the floor the boy joinning him, "well it started with me helping Matt get his parents awake but then it got worse-" he says.
Matt nods, "I woke up this morning and both my parents wouldnt wake up so i called Gus who came over to help me but slowly this shiney black liquid start to consume them, Gus dragged me out of the house to see the Owl lady and Gus's friends trying to get people out of their homes and keep them awake or something, there was a lot of yell and thats the last thing i remmeber before being pushes in here by Lillith" Matt states turnning his head at the woman whos taking sips of her Tea.
i stand up and walk over sitting on the opisit side of the owl lady, "We really need help" Eda mummbles, Camilia comes from downstairs kitted out with her bat and a few other things, "thats why I'm coming with you" Camilia says, i look at her in disbelife, "really mama are you sure?" i ask she nods "your sister is in trouble, I'm completly ok with you not coming with us" she say i look at everyone in the room and nod before hugging Camilia.
Lillith evencually gainned her composer and nodded to Eda who helped her up, they all filed into the door Eda waiting to go last, "Vee" she says i turn my head and look at her, she walks over handing me a vial, "if we arent back in a week, use this, it will create a one time use portal around any arch, Luz and i made if for an emergentcey like this, we might need more help than we can mannge" she says i nod and before you know it the portals gone and I'm alone in the living room once again.

I walked to school today which with my extra time was fine but as i laid eyes on the school i felt my insides turn, my family is in danger and i cant do anything about it, i head into school sitting in my chair waiting for class to start, i dont know what happend but i just kind of snapped and ran out of class as soon as it was over.
i make it to the girls bathroom feeling tears already fall down my face, i skipped lunch and my other classes hidding in the libray because i dont want to go to home, i pull out my script and do the one thing I'm good at acting, even before i had to play the role of Luz i had to act like other people to survie in the boiling isles without getting hurt, i posed as a shop cleark for weeks before i even found the portal.
i pratcie my lines quietly until i get more and more comfortable with getting louder not soo loud that i get shushed by the libraian but loud enough i could hear myself, "i though i'd find you here" Masha's voice rings out scarring me, i fall on the ground and sigh, "Masha" i say they smile and help me up "sorry i scared you, why are you hidding from me and our friends?" they ask i frown, "its nothing i just- ugh- i cant be helpful with this stupid mission in the boiling isles even tho i'm a freaking basilkis i have powers and yet I'm scared of where I'm from" i say and look at my shoes.
They wrap an arm around my shoulders, "vee, please look at me" they say, i tilt my head up "i have no doupt you can help but you need to be ok first, unless its the world is going to end in three seconds, which it isnt, you dont have to try and fix it even then you dont have to try to fix it, yes your a demon but your also part human, you dont have to be the boiling isles savior your Vee, a Teen girl who happends to turning into a green slimmy monster when no one's looking" they say, i smile a little "thanks Masha" i state they nod "no problem, now if you miss drama Gina is going to kill me, and if i miss band my band derectior is going to kill me, then I'll be dead twice" they say nervously making me giggle "ok" i state for following them out the libary doors.
"Peter Pan and Hook fight scene" Mrs Clara says me and Gina stand up walking up on stage, "all we have at the momment is foam swords and we wont be able to use the real prop ones till dress rehersal" she says we both nod, i take my red foam sword noddle thing from Oliver, one of the understudies, "now you two are on the ship on a thin plank, Peter Pan, Gina, has your hat, you want it back as he takes the feather and dangles it over the edge as he drops it into the water for tik tok to eat and start scene, i pretend to be trying to keep my blance.
"Curse you Peter, you shall pay for that" i state swing my sword at Gina, she smirks "not unless you can catch me Captin" she says and hops out of the way of my sword "ok good, good, now Gina will have a rope tied to her that will lift her up in the air and 'fly' over you landing behind you-" i move forward while Gina moves behind, "continue" Mrs Clara says
i spin around "now whos got the uper hand, Hook?" she questions, i block her hits before i trip and use the edge of the stage as the plank, "please Pan, s-spare me" i fake cry she points the sword at my neck "why should I?" she says in her peter voice, "then wendy would come in" Clara says sending Ally on stage "Peter please, dont hurt him, you'll be just as bad as him" she cries out in her british voice, Ally is a great actor i was quite convinced she was about to cry.
"i guess I'll spare the crocadile" Gina says and sticks out her hand, I read my scrip brefly before pouting at taking her hand, I smirk "soo long Peter" i whisper and pull her over the side of the stage, great acting on the fall part for Gina, i stand up, Ally gasps and then Clara claps, "wow! impressive! all three of you did great" she states, i look over the stage and see Gina spralled out on the ground, i jump off the stage and hop onto the carpet "you ok G?" i ask she nods "just taking a breath, you did great by the way" she says sticking up her hands.
i shrug and help her up, "Vee!" a voice calls from across the auditorium i turn my head and see Masha, i was about to run over there but Mrs Clara turnned and scolled them "Mx Johnson, unless your vollentering to help with sets please leave" i hold in my laugh Masha nods "sorry" they say their eyes turnning to me 'sorry' they mouth repeating themself.
i smile and roll my eyes, After class i find the group by one of the huge trees outside the school, "Sooo Cecila is hosting the sleepover?" Masha asks "what sleepover?" i ask as i sit down, "soo you know how you were saying we should all get together for a hang out or sleep over or something? well i pitched the idea to the group" they say gesturing to people around us, "and they all agree we should, so tonight Cecila's family is out of town and said it was fine for us to have it at their house, you in?" Masha asks i nod "I'm in" i say.
it could be fun right?, after our little chat outside, i ask Masha for a ride home, they agree and drop me off at home noticing my mom's car was still their, Masha knows mine and my mom's routine "did your mom get off early today?" they ask i sigh "no, she left this morning to go help find Luz and Hunter in the boiling isles" i say Masha shuts off the car, "is that why you were upset this morning?" they ask, i nod.
"can i come in with you?" they ask i nod, one of the thing's i like about Masha is that they notice little things, such as i dont like being home alone, they follow me inside and shut the door behind us, i head upstairs and grab a few things before heading back downstairs catching Masha starring at the family photo Camilia keeps in the entery way.
"we took that last year" i say, they turn their head "well you look very beatiful" they say making me blush, we walk back out to their mom's car, i drop my stuff in the back packing the small liquid Eda gave me in my pocket, you never know, and with that we drive off to a sleep over...........
