"Xing! Xing!" A voice shouted her name from the back. Xing, who was walking through the halls to get back to her dorm stopped to turn around. She raises her eyebrows as the Weasley twins run towards her amid the stares of people.

Despite being one of the friendlier Slytherins, it was still a strange sight that two Gryffindors would deliberately go out of their way to go find a Slytherin. "In a hurry, I see."

As they come closer, the two hold on to each of her arms before pulling her towards the direction they previously came from. Xing being almost as tall as them, broke free of their hold and pinched on their ears in warning. "Where do you intend to pull me?"

Fred whined and pawed at her in retaliation, "Gentle, Forest. Gentle!"

"We can explain, Xing. Let us go first," George explained.

"You better." Xing released the two before patting her robes to get rid of the invisible dust. She sighed, now more people are staring at them first. "Let's talk while we walk to where you both wanted me to come."

The Weasleys twins happily nodded and again, they each hug one of her arm. Now, expecting the intimacy, Xing did not reject the invitation but let them pull her to wherever. As they arrive at the library, she can see a crowd of red sitting at the rounded table. "Weasleys, why are they here?"

Looking closer, she spotted familiar faces. Harry and Ron. "Good afternoon to you all."

The lot greeted her as they continue to stare at her being drag towards the table. Once she stood in front of the table, Fred finally announced, "We wanted to invite you for a study hall."

Immediately, Xing turns around to try and escape but unfortunately, as if they have expected this, the Weasley twins stood firmly behind her preventing her escape. Being in library made her unable to do anything physical so Xing yielded to their wants and sat down, begrudgingly. "The point of a study hall is to study not have fun, Weasley."

George took a sit next to hers, "We will be serious and won't joke around, Xing." This made her look at him, unconvinced. "Oh, really?"

Fred happily yipped which was met by a shushed from the librarian. Xing looked around to see pairs of confused eyes, the sight made her sigh. "Sure, we can have study halls, just like last year."

"Just like last year."

Harry looked around confused, "You guys held study halls together last year?"

Xing raised her eyebrows, trapped in thoughts and nodded her head. "You can considered it that."

Fred patted Xing's shoulder which led to her rolling her eyes. "And that's how we befriended the great Xing!"

Xing sarcastically laughed out, "Sure, great...The two came up to me during one of my self studies. I agreed and they stuck around since then. Where's Lee, thought he would accompany you?"

"Lee abandoned us for his other friends," Fred cried out.

Xing chuckled at his exaggerated comment before looking at the others, "So are we studying or not?" Without knowing, Xing unconsciously fell down a spiral of stress.

"Sometimes, I wonder how we ever befriend each other, even going as far as tutoring." Xing mumbled to herself.

"Because you are bloody brilliant, Xing," George comforted her.

Feeling grateful for his comment, she blurted out. "You're becoming my favorite Weasley, George." Immediately, chaos ensues.

"What, Xing! That's not fair. I'm far better than my twin," Fred whined out. George came back with a comment and the too soon engaged in a whisper argument.

"How's Hogwart treating you, Harry?" Xing crossed her arms, ignoring the two and look over at the first years.

"G-good!" Harry stuttered out.

"You sure, you sound a bit uncertain? You must've had a hard time navigating classes. They're located in all types of places here."

Ron nodded in agreement, "Snape's hates Gryffindor."

"Professor Snape? Ah, house bias I see."

"He kept deducting house points from Gryffindor," Harry added. name of groan out.

"Ooh, must be tough. Professor Snape can be hard to adapt to. Some might call him rigid."

"Rigid? He kept picking on Harry!"

"So specific?" Xing questioned, staring at Harry before coming closer towards him,"...Did he mention anything about your parents, Harry?"

Harry look at Xing before nodding, "He mentioned my father's."

Xing sighed, Severus must have been thinking about the bullying. "Don't let his words inconvenience you. Come to me whenever you need help, I don't mind."

Harry sheepishly nodded while the others sat there in shock at her invitation. "Forest, you've never invited us for a study session? Nor have you ever done anything like that?"

She raises her eyebrows, "Why would I? You guys seem to have plenty of time aside from school to do pranks and all. You have plenty of time to study. Oh, that invitation also applies to you too, Ron."

"Your Weasley bias," Fred started was ended by George, "is showing, Forest. You just said I'm your favorite. You broke my heart."

"Oh hush" As the twins continue to sulk, Xing focuses her attention in helping Ron and Harry with their schoolwork. Soon, it was dinner time and the group their way down to the dining hall.

"You seem busy nowadays," Ron commented.

Xing chuckled, "Do I? It's probably because I'm preparing for the quidditch tryouts."

"You got to be there for all tryouts?"

"Yes, all houses."

Curious, Harry popped in. After Ron have spent an entire afternoon explaining about Quidditch and his favorite teams, Harry was intrigued to know more.

"Don't you have to be there for just Slytherins?"

Before Xing can properly answered, Fred intervened. "Nope! Xing here is our residential Heaver."

Now, this made Harry even more confused. "Heaver?"

"Yup!"

Harry look over at Ron for some explanation. "It's a new position that's been added in recent years."

"Yup! Xing must be present for all Quidditch matches in order for it to be done properly. She's the only heaver since you need to go through proper training to do it," George explained.

"Essentially, I am part of the Quidditch Heaver Council who provides all training and equipment for their students. Since it's fairly new, it's not really a popular position in Quidditch due being quite risky but by having that person there, it prevents a lot of possible injuries for the players."

"She did quite a blow on the bludgers last year, right George? The school had to buy new ones."

"It's because of you aiming it at my direction that I have to deflect it somehow!"

"Xing is making us seem like the villains here, Fred! You were fully capable of dodging the blunger."

"But that would have resulted in the chaser behind me getting hit which deflects the point of my position," Xing argues back. "And you both should hit the bludgers with the intention of distracting people not killing them."

"We can't control its direction, Xing." She looked at them unconvinced.

"We can't control its direction after we hit it," George clarified.

Xing nodded, "Fair enough, you're more reasonable than your twin, George."

"You're showing your Weasley bias again, Xing!"

"Am I? Apologies, it just came out naturally," Xing smirked.

"That's not fair!" Fred whined out, sitting down at the tables while the others clambered in. Xing sighed, and turned around to face Ron and Harry. "I'll talk to you later. Any issues come talk to me and I'll try my best to help you. Have a good night." She gave each of them a short hug before leaving towards the Hufflepuff table.

Harry and Ron blushed at the intimacy while the twins laughed at how flushed they both look. "You'll get used to her antics soon enough."

"Weaver!" Xing called out as she approached the end of the Hufflepuff table where the sixth and seven years were sitting.

"Slytherin Lady, you joining us?" Leon Weaver greeted her.

"Unfortunately no, but greetings to you too. Apologies for interrupting your conversations but have you decided the time for tryouts yet?" Xing said, nodding at the rest of his friends.

Leon Weaver was the captain of the Hufflepuff Quidditch team which was quite capable in Xing's opinion. He was one of the chasers in the team and is expecting to be hosting tryouts for one of the bludger and keeper position.

"Definitely, going to need the extra help to dodge those bludgers."

Xing nodded in agreement, "Definitely. Those things are brutal. Good luck on tryouts, notify me on the final list of members so I can update them."

"Sounds good, you sound more like a manager rather than an heaver, Forest."

Weaver was a half-blooded wizard who spent most of his life hidden in blind sight in the muggle society so hearing these terms coming from him, was a breathe of fresh air to Xing. "You know I only do that to the best."

"Thank you, Forest, for the compliment. I'll be sure to play well, can't disappoint your expectations."

"I certainly hope you won't but competition's high this year," Xing said, pointing at the Slytherin table.

"You shouldn't be bias when in this position."

"Don't worry, Weaver. I'll be sure to catch you whether I'm biased or not," Xing comforted. "Going back now then, have a good one, Weaver."

"You, too."

Finally, she was finally free to have dinner and rest for the day. No more work and no more distractions that can prevent her from going to bed.
