*WANDA'S POV*
It's been 2 years since i last saw y/n when she didnt even recognise me, me and Steve had a plan to try and save both her and bucky but we've had no luck tony is more focused on raising his other daughter, than finding his first born. Nat came came into my room
Nat: wanda we have a mission in Berlin
Wanda: ok I'll get changed Into my suit
Nat: ok dont be too long though
Wanda: i wont
Nat leaves my room and I rush to my wardrobe to change into my suit and fly to the location
Steve: ah wanda your here good
Wanda: whats going on
Steve: the winter soldier and the iron soldier was spotted here
Wanda: what after the bombing
Steve: yes apparently they killed the Wakandan king
Wanda: but they haven't been seen in a while so how do they know it was them
Steve: i don't know but we have to find them before others do
Wanda: we will i know the sokovia accords are here but I haven't signed them as i dont want people to control what we do
Steve: i understand that plus i cant either we have to find them now
Wanda: lets go then
Me and steve head to an apartment where y/n and bucky are meant to be staying at to lay low
Wanda: what if they don't turn up
Steve: they will
We turn around to see them standing behind us
Wanda: y/n
Steve: do you know who we are
Iron soldier: your wanda
Steve: buck do you know who i am
Winter soldier: your steve
Sam *coms* guys youve got 120 seconds before they enter the room
Y/n: we didnt kill him
Bucky: we escaped hydra a year ago
Y/n: and 6 months later our mind control was out but not gone forever it's still there but we are ourselves again
Sam: *coms* 60 seconds
Wanda: we have to go people think you killed Wakandan king
Y/n: i can assure you it wasn't us wands
Wanda: you really are back aren't you
Y/n: yeah I've missed you
Steve: wanda if you fly y/n out of here and we will fight the other guards
Y/n: no disrespect Steve but me and bucky stick together
Wanda: love, do you love bucky
Y/n: what no ofc not, he's just become like a brother to me, there's only one person in my mind 24/7 and thats you wands
Bucky: yeah just me since we've escaped, all shes been talking about is how to get back to you
I blush before hearing the glass shatter and the doors getting breaking down
Sam: *coms* out of time they are here
Me, y/n bucky steve start fighting them
Steve: remember no killing
Y/n: yes we know Steve we don't do that anymore
Wanda: *mind* what did she mean by anymore
Y/n: im sorry wands
Wanda: wait you heard that
Y/n: yeah didnt you say it out loud
Wanda: no i didnt
Bucky: y/n they gave you powers remember
Y/n: oh yeah from lokis sceptre before you guys took it
Steve: we can talk about that later
We managed to get out but when we did we saw this other person in a black cat outfit chasing us
Y/n: urm guys someone is chasing us
Wanda: drive faster Steve
Steve: im going as fast as i can
20 minutes later Rhodey arrives in his war machine outfit
Rhodey: Stand down, now. *Bucky, wanda and y/n stands beside Steve who puts his shield on his back.* Congratulations, Cap. You're a criminal.
*Berlin, day. Traffic rolls around the victory column. Police convoy drives beside the river Spree. Amidst the convoy is a gray armed truck. Inside Bucky wears restraints inside a prison pod. Three armed guards sit on the other side of the glass-walled pod. A police motorbike stops traffic and a van driver looks affronted. The convoy turns a corner onto a bridge across the river. In an SUV T'Challa sits in front of Steve who sits in front of Sam.*
Sam: So, you like cats?
Steve: Sam.
Sam: What? Dude shows up dressed like a cat and you don't wanna know more?
Steve: Your suit . . . t's Vibranium?
T'Challa: *T'Challes eyes narrow as he glances sideways.* The Black Panther has been the protector of Wakanda for generations. A mantle, passed from warrior to warrior. And now, because your friends murdered my father, I also wear the mantle of king. So, I ask you . . . as both warrior and king . . . how long do you think you can keep your friends safe from me? *Steve is stony faced as the convoy heads underground.*
Wanda: i would do anything to protect y/n
*In a light gray walled bunker Bucky's pod and y/n's pod are carried away by a forklift. Nearby Steve and wanda gets out of the SUV and glances across at Bucky and y/n who doesn't spot them. With Sam, wanda and T'Challa Steve approaches Sharon who's standing with a diminutive, gray-head man.*
Steve: What's gonna happen to them ?
Everett Ross: Same thing that ought to happen to you lot. Psychological evaluation and extradition.
Sharon: This is Everett Ross, Deputy Task Force Commander.
Steve: What about our lawyer?
Everett: Lawyer. That's funny. See their weapons are placed in lockup. Oh, we'll write you a receipt.
Wanda: you can't keep them locked up
Everett: i can and i will
Sam: hey, I better not look out the window and see anybody flying around in that.
*As they go Steve looks back and catches Bucky's eye.*
Zemo: *The evaluator sits at a desk facing Bucky's pod. Inside Bucky's still restrained.* Hello, Mr. Barnes, miss stark. I've been sent by the United Nations to evaluate you. Do you mind if I sit? Your first name are James and y/n?
Sharon: [In an office with Sam and Steve.] The receipt for your gear.
Sam: 'Bird costume'? Come on.
Sharon: I didn't write it. *Sharon pushes a button witch stops the restriction on the audio from Bucky and y/n's evaluation.*
Zemo: I'm not here to judge you. I just want to ask you a few questions. Do you know where you are, James? I can't help you if you don't talk to me, James, you too y/n.
Bucky: My name is Bucky.
Y/n: we didnt even do anything so why are we here
Zemo: you know why your here
*All the sudden A bubble of energy engulfs the power station and sparks fly. In the city traffic lights fail. In the bunker the lights go out.*
Everett: Great. Come on, guys, get me eyes on Barnes. Go.
Tony: FRIDAY, get me the source of that outage.
Sharon: [In the office.] Sub-level 5, east wing. [T'Challa spots wanda, Steve and Sam bolting.]
[In Bucky and y/n's pod.]
Y/n: What the hell is this?
Zemo: Why don't we discuss your home? Not Romania. Certainly not Brooklyn, no. I mean, your real home. [Zemo removes his glasses then walks towards Bucky reading from the red book by torchlight.] Желание. (Longing.)
Bucky and y/n: no stop this
Zemo: Ржавый. (Rusted.)
Bucky: Stop.
Zemo: Семнадцать. (Seventeen.)
Bucky: [Bucky's metal arm trembles in its restraint.] Stop. [He sneers angrily.]
Helmut Zemo: Рассвет. (Daybreak.)
[Bucky and y/n screams, they both clench their fist and rips free of their restraints.]
Helmut Zemo: Печь. (Furnace.) Девять. (Nine.)
[Bucky thumps the inside of the pod.]
Helmut Zemo: Добросердечный. (Benign.)
*Bucky and yn punches harder on their pods to escape.]
Zemo: Возвращение на Родину. (Homecoming.) Один. (One.) Грузовой вагон. (Freight car.)
*Bucky batteres the front of the pod with his metal fist and the glass screen flies clear. Zemo slowly rounds the pod with the book and the torch in hand. he stands before Bucky who straightens, a dark frown on his face.*
Zemo: Солдат? (Soldiers?)
Bucky: Я готов отвечать. (Ready to comply.)
Y/n: Я готов отвечать. (Ready to comply.)
Zemo: winter soldier mission report 1991
*Steve and Sam arrive outside the chamber. Red emergency lights flash all around. There are many agents slumped on the floor. All of them out cold.*
Zemo: Help me. Help.
Steve: *Steve finds Zemo in a heap inside the chamber.* Get up. *he grabs Zemo and shoves him against the wall.* Who are you? What do you want?
Zemo: To see an empire fall.
*As Sam enters y/n swings her fist which smashes through the wall as Sam ducks. Y/n grabs him by the jaw and throws him at the open pod. Steve lurches into the fight and lands a punch which y/n barely feels. Then Bucky kicks and punches Steve out of the chamber. A punch from Bucky goes through the elevator door. Steve blocks the next one but the power of Bucky's fist sends Steve tumbling into the darkened elevator shaft.*
*In the control room.*
Everett: Evac all civilians. Get me a perimeter around the building, and gunships in the air.
Nat: Please tell me you brought a suit.
Tony: Sure did. It's a lovely Tom Ford, three-piece, two-button. I'm an active-duty non-combatant.
Sharon: Follow me. *Sharon runs past Tony and Natasha.*
*Sam chases Zemo up a stair well.*
*Steve starts to climb the elevator shaft.*
*Bucky stalks through the building's ground floor. He batters two guards. With tech-glasses on Tony takes cover behind a pillar.*
Nat: [on radio:] We're in position.
*Tony taps a wrist-control which becomes his Iron Man-glove. He zaps his daughter with a stun-burst before y/n can shoot a guard. Tony rushes her, firing again. Y/n ducks the blast then trades blows with Tony, firing the gun.
Wanda: TONY STOP SHOOTING HER ISNT GOING TO HELP
Tony: I DON'T CARE SHE'S DANGEROUS
Tony has the Iron Man-glove over the barrel, blocking the bullet. He pulls the gun barrel loose then y/n smacks him backwards. Sharon rushes Bucky who enters the scene, then Natasha rushes y/n. They both land kicks and punches, then Bucky flips Sharon head over heels. She smashes onto a table then wanda leaps on y/n, legs around her neck. She slams her onto another table and grabs her throat.*
Wanda: You could at least recognize me love
*T'Challa comes from nowhere and kicks y/n off wanda. He fights with y/n and Bucky, landing lightning fast kicks and some punches. Bucky gets a counter punch in and T'Challa falls, but quickly recovers. Bucky hurries up some stairs. T'Challa leaps the levels and vaults a railing, landing in front of y/n. Limber T'Challa spin-kicks and grabs Bucky's metal arm which he tries to twist then looks worried as he realizes it isn't going to work. He throws Bucky backwards and keeps hold as they both tumble down the stairs. They resume fighting on the small landing and a leg sweep sends Bucky over the railing. T'Challa leaps down after him but finds the wide reception empty. He scans around.*
*In a huge abandoned warehouse Bucky comes to with his metallic left arm clamped in a huge industrial vice. Steve peers through a gap at a chopper flying overhead. Sam's over by Bucky.*
Sam: Hey, Cap! *Steve goes over to join Sam by Bucky who sits with his arm in the vice. They stare at him.*
Bucky: Steve.
Steve: Which Bucky am I talking to?
Bucky: Your mom's name was Sarah...You used to wear newspapers in your shoes.
Steve: Can't read that in a museum.
Sam: Just like that, we're suppose to be cool?
Bucky: What did I do and where is y/n?
Steve: we don't know she left right after you did and you did Enough.
Bucky: Oh, God, I knew this would happen. Everything HYDRA put inside me is still there. All he had to do was say the goddamn words to us, fuck sake we need to find her steve.
Steve: wanda is looking for her and Who even was he?
Bucky: I don't know.
Steve: People are dead. The bombing, the setup. The doctor did all that just to get 10 minutes with you. I need you to do better than "I don't know."
Bucky: He wanted to know about Siberia. Where I was kept. He wanted to know exactly where.
Steve: Why would he need to know that?
Bucky: Because me and y/n aren't the only Winter Soldiers.
