The day of initiation arrived. Missouri, Montana, and Yamato woke up early as fuck due to their training and began getting ready, by going to the cafeteria and grabbing some grub.
Missouri: So, what do you guys think Ozpin has for initiation?
Yamato: Huh? Why are you asking us? We don't know either you baka!
Alex: Yeah yeah tsun tsun, rant it out.
This gave Montana a broken nose.
Yamato: Hmph.
Missouri: Hey, take it easy you 2, save that spirit for the Grimm.....or the contestants.....I don't really know just be ready.
Another group of people woke up and made their way in, but they weren't the people they expected.
Missouri: Thomas? Percy? Um, who're you 2?
Duck: Montague, call me Duck.
Bakugo: WHY THE HELL DO YOU WANNA KNOW NERDS?!?!?!
Yamato: Hey! I'm the only one who can insult this idiot!
Bakugo: WHATEVER YOUOU FAUNUS BITCH!!!
Yamato: WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU CALL ME YOU POMERANIAN BASTARD!?!?!?!
Duck: Oh no....
Thomas: I was afraid this would happen.
Percy: Is this considered a mating ritual?
Alex: No, this is called an argument. Besides I don't think he's Yamato's type.
Missouri: *mumbling* I really hope not.
Yamato and Bakugo bickering woke everyone else up since they were so loud, in fact Glynda had to come in and separate the 2 so that everyone could eat in peace.
After that awkward situation at breakfast everyone filed out into the lockers to grab their gear. Yang had grabbed Montana after breakfast so she was holding him hostage for while. Meanwhile the original 3 were readying up while Ruby oogled over their weapons. Thankfully the trio were happy to show Ruby their weapons, Yamato was being a tsun tsun about it but she did show Musashi and Shinano off with Missouri right beside her showing off Illinois and Kentucky.
Ruby: Wow! You guys didn't use these back at that club!
Missouri: We got them shortly after, we bought 'em off some guy named Alfred Holden.
Yamato: *pouting* He was kind about it, and he gave them for free.
Doc: So.....what do you think of 'em?
Ruby: They're so cool! I mean they don't transform into guns but it's still so cool!!
Missouri: *chuckles* I'm sure you'll be in for a surprise later.
Yang: So big guy?~ Wanna have some fun after initiation?~
Alex: I dunno, depends on what kind of fun it is.
Yang: *squeals* I have someone who understands me! Love me senp- *bonk*
Ruby: *with a smoking fist* HORNY JAIL!!!
Yang: *rubbing the sore spot on her head* C'mon sis, weren't you really happy just now?
Ruby: Of course I was! I was talking about weapons with other people! Plus, no more awkward get-to-know people stuff, just gotta let my beautiful sweetheart do the talking.
She said stroking Crescent Rose like a baby.
Yang: Well, you have to remember, you're not the only one taking initiation, and even if you have 4 new friends you have to continue meeting new people to grow.
Ruby: What does that mean?!
Alex: It means that you need more people around you to help grow your social skills and grow as a person in general.
Doc: That and it helps make school life less boring all the time since then you have people to talk and interact with.
Ruby: *sigh* I guess, but you all sound like my dad!
Yang: Maybe that's a good thing. Someone'll have to keep you in line while he's gone.
Ruby: Oh yeah? What about your relationship with Alex?
Yang: What do you mean by that?
Ruby: You've been way too clingy with him, and I think that boys are-
Jaune: Ridiculous! How the heck have I lost my locker on the first day?!?!?!
Doc: Here, lemme help ya out.
Jaune: Oh, Doc. Thank you, you're a lifesaver!
As Jaune and Doc walked away Missouri tightened up a few screws on Illinois which was proving to be the less reliable of the 2 weapons possibly due to some kind of shoddy maintenance work. Just then Jaune was pinned the side of a locker by a friggin spear, Doc followed before trying to get the red and gold spear out of Jaune's hoodie.
Pyrrha: I'm sorry!
Doc: It's fine!
Missouri: *runs over* What the heck happened here?!
Doc: This idiot decided to bite off more than he could chew and went after Weiss Queen.
Yamato: *tch* Why am I not surprised?
Glynda: All students report to the Beacon cliff for initiation start.
Missouri: Alright, show time.
Every student walked out and onto grey metal plates with a holographic indicator which showed who was to stand where.

In front of them was Professor Ozpin and Professor Goodwitch who were standing there to ensure everything went smoothly.
Ozpin: For years, you have trained to become warriors, and today, your abilities will be evaluated in the Emerald Forest.
Glynda: Now, I'm sure you've all heard about the so-called 'Teams' well allow us to end your confusion, your teammates shall be chosen today!
Ruby: What? Oh....
Doc: Lighten up lil Rose, it won't be so bad.
Ozpin: These teammates will be with you for the rest of your time here at Beacon. So it is in your best interest to be paired with someone with whom you can work well. That being said, the first person you make eye contact with after landing will be your partner for the next four years.
Ruby's world shatters as she realizes that if she suddenly made eye contact with any random person she would be stuck with them for the rest of 4 years!
Ruby: WHAT?!?!?!?!
Doc: Ok, it is that bad.
Thomas: Alright, best of luck to you lot.
Bakugo: Just stay outta my way Deku!
Izuku: O-ok....
James: Watch my hair!
Ozpin: Now, your objective is to make your way North of your landing site and, after finding a partner, you will encounter Grimm along the way, so try not to die. You will be monitored and graded through the duration of your initiation, but our instructors will not intervene. You will find an abandoned temple at the end of the path containing several relics. Each pair must choose one and return to the top of the cliff. We will regard that item, as well as your standing, and grade you appropriately. Are there any questions?
Missouri made a gesture to Montana who nodded and raised his hand for a question.
Alex: *raises hand* Sir?
Ozpin: Yes Alex?
Alex: Can we....use the big guns?
Ozpin: *smirks* As long as you summon them before launch.
Montana nodded to Missouri who gave the go-ahead.
Missouri: Summon rigs.
Yamato nodded, by now the trio had learned to summon their rigs without speaking, in the lake the trio of battleships burst into blue, silver, gold, red, and black cubes before racing off to find their users.
Back on the cliffs the other contenders looked confused but suddenly flights of cubes fell in from the lagoon before forming up around the trio. A trio of blinding flashes stunned everyone around for a while and when cleared the trio were wearing their riggings in broad daylight.
Ozpin: *ignoring the stunned students* Now, any other questions?
Jaune: Um, yeah, sir?
Ozpin: Good, take positions.
Jaune: Doh....well, it can't be that ba-
Suddenly Thomas was catapulted away unexpectedly and flew away screaming, it was then that Jaune realized he was way in over his head. The rest of the roster flew off after Thomas, a few minutes later it was our main squad's turn to launch. But.....instead of being blasted off well......
Steam billowed from the platform as it struggled to launch Missouri.
Missouri: Huh, looks like we weigh just as much as our ships in this mode.
Ozpin: *thoughts* Damn it, I didn't get to see another helpless student get launched off unwillingly.
Missouri: Hm, well I hope this works!
Missouri turned around, jumped up, and fired his main guns. The recoil of this action sent him flying off into the forest, Yamato and Montana followed suit but sadly for Doc he was concentrating on other matters as he suddenly got launched and screamed the entire flight, shortly after that Jaune was launched and followed Doc's example, Ozpin meanwhile sipped his......coffee? Hot cocoa? Tea? Ah whatever he sipped whatever beverage he had and grinned.
Ozpin: God I love this job.
A/N: Well, a lot changed from the original this time 'round. I didn't expect to post today, not gonna lie but I did.
