The deep forest green covers the mountainside
Bird song fills the crisp, clean air
Trails wind through the densely populated pine trees
A fresh scent of pine rests over the area as a light sprinkling of rain falls towards the soft dirt
A light brown rabbit bounds past and a family of dark gray quails form a line to cross the trail
Anyone can hike alone safely while just enjoying nature
The silence of everything except animals is a nice change from the fast paced noise that comes with city living
A smile graces the face of each person passed
The peacefulness felt is clear as thoughts of politics and normal life are left behind while being replaced with simply nothing
