In a large open plain above the clouds of the world 2 people could be scene sitting in front of each over, once was a simple old man who had a long white beard with no hair in simple traditional Japanese clothes while the other was a boy who's appearance was simple and plain, one that was easy to miss if you didn't look hard
Old man- I'm sorry young one but you have died, I made a mistake and I would like to give you something as an apology
Young boy- oh, really can I ask how i died?
Old man- that's not a problem, you were on holiday and accidentally walked into the other that was supposed to be for bull runners, you ended up getting trampled to death by the bulls, not a nice way to go, especially since somebody spiked their food with viagra....
Young boy- oh yeah, I kinda remember now, that was not nice, but what happens now?
Old man- 3 paths, go to heaven and rest for as long as you like, second restart on earth with no memories but a few gifts that you can choose or finally spin the reincarnation wheel and choose something to bring
Young boy- this sounds familiar but I don't want to loose my memories like that or go to heaven, there's more I want to do so I guess I'll spin the wheel
Old man- perfect, here it is and feel free to look at what you can land on, and it's not rigged like the games you see at amusement parks and what not
As the boy looked at the different options there was so many to go for, from Attack on Titan to The Promised Neverland and even Madoka Magica but he could decide what to land on, so he spun with his weak arms and as the wheel spun he hoped for something good
Slowly the wheel reached a stop and hit the world he would go to
My Hero Academia
Young Boy- oh this one? I remember watching it though the fans weren't that nice because I didn't like some of the ships they loved, and they stink when they cosplay...
Old man- oh those sort of people, yeah they weren't supposed to be that bad, maybe a little aggressive about it but I accidentally went to far with that, sorry now then what power do you want? No limits so feel free to go wild
The boy's eyes widened at the mans words before he began to think thoroughly about what he wanted, he first thought about a copy Quirk which was much better than one of the characters whose name he forgot but he decided against it
He looked for inspiration within his memories of the things he enjoyed from hobbies to things he's seen before eventually landing on a solid idea which he liked
It was something he remembered wishing for as a joke during a New Years party a while back
Young Boy- I want the powers of the CPU's from the Neptunia series
Old man- oh? That huh, well that's not a problem other than I'll need to make a few changes to your body for it to work, those sort of powers can be tricky you know
Young boy- thanks but when will I be going? Because I'm excited to see what happens
Old man- in a little bit, just need to finish up and I'll throw in a few extras to help one moment please
Waiting patiently he watched as the old man held a pink orb while making adjustments to it, he couldn't understand what he was doing but it was nice to see something that isn't a thing which happened often
Eventually the old man was done and he made the strange orb fly into the boy's chest making him feel funny and strange, suddenly he began to fade and go see through
Old man- now then I wish you luck and there will be a note in your pocket explaining what you can do and how to do it along with some other useful info, good luck kid and stay alive and happy
The boy gave a simple wave before he was gone leaving the old man alone in this strange realm
Old man- such a nice kid, hope she does well
Elsewhere
As the night went by and the city of Musutafa was mostly quiet a bright light illuminated the city for a few seconds and something came crashing down towards a rooftop
It was a small figure with bright colours but they landed peacefully on top of the rooftop without even waking themselves up even though many woke up from the sudden flash of light
Overall nobody knew what happened that night and it lead to some calling it the Flash
The next morning
Back on the rooftop the figure that fell from the sky began to wake up
???- uh what happened, eh my voice is different?
The figure sat up and their bright pink hair fell in front of their face before they realised what might of happened
???- did I become Neptune?!?!
The now reincarnated girl checked her new body to realise that she has truly been given a completely new body but she lost her old sacred place in the process not that it annoyed her if anything she preferred it
Suddenly something fell from her pocket of the dress from the 3rd Neptunia game
It was a device which looked like an old hand held game device, but it was coloured in bright pink and white while having a message displayed
Carefully she read it and realised it was Japanese even though she barely knew the language before this
Hello young Neptune (if you want to be called that)
Here's some important information about your new abilities as well as some tips to get started
1st- I've giving you the System from Neptunia so your items, weapons and more will be accessed though it and to see it, use your new Nep-Pad
2nd- just as the games and show say out loud "Access ........." to transform into your new HDD form, to choose between then just say the name of the CPU you want to become
3rd- if you want a new part member try and split yourself when transforming into HDD you can have every single CPU out on the field however the level of power they have will depend on what level you get them to do use them all
4th- battles will work just like the games so no matter what it will become turn based unless you decide otherwise, plus Credits, Items and EXP will be the same as the games
Finally I've given you 10,000 Credits to start with and 1 Credit is equivalent to 1 Yen

Neptune- wow, he really is a nice guy for telling me but what now? My Nep-Pad says it's 11:30am so maybe explore and fight some villains? Levels are important and I'm Level 1 in all forms
It took a while and a lot of talking to herself before Neptune decided to leave the rooftop and explore the large city while fighting a few baddies along the way, not that there was many
But as she managed to find a large shopping district she sees a billboard playing a news report, though the guy looks strange, looks like I have to get used to that
Billboard- now then, the UA Sports Festival is getting closer as it's only been a week since school has started up again, make sure or reserve your tickets now before their all gone, in other news....
Neptune- oh, so USJ hasn't happened yet, I could make an appearance, though I'd be a vigilante, oh they would be cool the CPU Vigilantes maybe I'll do that!
Not wasting much time Neptune looked around trying to find a shop that would sell things which could be used as healing items or hopefully Plans to create them and buy them on her Nep-Pad of a shop feature is added
She ran around with many people staring at her bizarre sense of clothes with the whole brand of Neptune but she just smiled and showed off a little
A little while later she took a break after not finding anything that would work and just decided to look on her Nep-Pad for anything that might help in that department though she did find a few things on it
From the different menu's there was a lot to look through from an encyclopaedia of enemies she's face which was empty to info on her forms and what personalities they get from Iris Hearts sadistic nature to White Hearts angry nature
All info was useful but a sudden explosion caught her attention
Random person- Villain! Call a hero quick!!!
Wasting no time she got up and made sure her Starter Wooden Sword was equipped before rushing to the smoke and explosions
It didn't take long for her to find the villain as it made no attempt to hide and it just caused more chaos as it tried to run away with bags of money that it stole
Neptune- hehe, my first fight! Let's do this Access Purple Heart!
A bright light surrounded Neptune as lines of code covered her making her whole appearance change into a much more mature woman with a skin tight leotard which didn't leave much to the imagination and her wooden sword changed into a much more metal and intimidating sword
The dark colours made her stand out less in the darker areas of the city not that it mattered in the day but her whole appearance was still easy to notice
Quickly Purple Heart flew towards the Villain with her large sword at the ready and it easily took the Villain of guard
Suddenly both of them were stuck in the area while the battle started
Due to Purple Heart attacking first it was a Symbol Attack meaning she got eh first turn and quickly she made her way to the Villains side before starting her attack
A simple combo of different slashes brought the villain down to 72% HP left but as the Villains turn began he tried to run but to only get stopped by an invisible barrier before returning to hit Purple Heart doing 12% damage
Purple Heart- not bad, but it's my turn
Getting a small bit of distance Purple Heart used her first SP ability to attack, Cross Combination
Calling out said attack she easily got in multiple hits sending the Villain down to 2% HP
Quickly said Villain started to beg for mercy causing the battle to end giving Purple Heart EXP sadly not enough to level up
Before any words could be said a Hero finally arrived, it was Ingenium who called out for The Police behind him to arrest the Villain before thanking Purple Heart believing she was a new Hero
Ingenium- nice one, I'm guessing it's your debut?
Purple Heart- yes, I hope to protect the people more, ah, I'm Purple Heart its nice to meet you
Ingenium- Ingenium but I'm sure you already knew that, anyways I'll sort out the boring stuff so you can talk with you new fans, I'm sure they have many things to say
As the Turbo Hero walked off many civilians that she saved came up and thanked her
Purple Heart- it's not a problem I was happy to help, but I must be off, however I will say this, believe in the CPU's and you will be safe, I promise
While the CPU flew off many wondered what the CPU's even were but still put some faith into Purple Heart for saving them causing her to gain Shares, even if it was a little it means a lot in terms of power at this stage, little did they know if this new "Hero" wasn't an official Hero
Back with Purple Heart
As the CPU flew above the city she ended up landing in a random and conveniently empty park before returning to normal with a bit of exhaustion from the battle
Neptune- man, who knew fighting and flying took it out of you, though I wonder how long it will take for Heroes to try and stop me for braking the law, not that they can hehe~
Looking around she spotted a beach and ended up sitting down for a while so she could rest and try out her Nep-Pad and to her luck, it was an exact replica of the Neptunia Games so figuring menu's out wasn't a challenge
Firstly she checked her Equipment which was the basic starting Wooden Sword with her clothes and no Disc
Secondly she checked her Items, 10 Healing Grass, 5 SP Chargers and a single Escape Button, 10,103 Yen plus her Equipment
Neptune- basic stuff huh, well looks like I've got levelling to do, plus maybe I'll get some more Yen to get a place for myself, plus better stuff, wait what's even on the Item Shop?
Opening the tab on the Nep-Pad it looked like the Shops from the games and it had the stuff given at Level 1 plus whatever Plans were made which at this stage was nothing
Neptune- poop, at least it's better than nothing
???- oh did you have some buck luck in a game perhaps?
Looking back up and to her side, sitting next to her was a child sized Mouse like creature which wore a suit and had a scar over an eye
Neptune- oh yeah, but it's just a game, who are you?
Mouse- oh me? I'm Principal Nezu of UA high miss, and what about you?
Neptune- hehe~ I'm Neptune, protagonist of protagonists! So what you doing over here if you run a school?
Nezu- oh I just take pleasant walks now and then, and one this occasion you looked a bit upset so I decided to lend an ear, but I couldn't help but notice you were low on funds, perhaps I could offer a small job, I can promise it pays well but it's just for a day
Neptune- oh? Sure! It's like a Quest so I'll do it!

Nezu- a unique way of putting it but it's simple! For the Hero Exam I would like you to play a simple role of a hostage! All you need to do is sit tight in a spot though if I may ask fo you know anyone else who may be able to assist? I just need 9 others
Neptune thoughts- according to the nice old man I can split myself into my other forms but I'm not sure if it's just CPU forms or their Human Forms as well, time to check the Nep-Pad!

Quickly opening the Nep-Pad she rushes to the Tutorials page and finds the Split Move, reading she gets everything she needs to know

Splitting you self is great for fights with more enemies than you!
It's easy as saying a few words! Just say out loud or think "Split .....!"
And best of all they start in either form! Just say the Human or CPU name to choose! plus they can Transform into either form when their summoned!
Neptune thoughts- Ah! perfect! I can do it!
Neptune- yeperonie! My friends can help, when do we start?
Nezu- tomorrow at 9am, when you arrive at UA with your friends speak with a member of staff and tell them, Hostage Points they will understand but i must be off, oh and the pay is 50,000 Yen Each so, 500,000 Yen overall

Details- Nezu Needs assistance in his ENtrance Exam for UA Heroics and he picked you along with 9 others, so Split into 10 and show up!
Requirements- 10 People and follow Nezu's instructions
Rewards- 500,000 Yen 1000 EXP
an insane Quest for Level 1, for money but pretty good for EXP as its a pain to get without the Booster Plan which Neptune doesnt have
Neptune- though who should i go as? meh ill just decided later plus i think i saw an Arcade when i landed oh there it is!
as she ran towards the arcade a boy with blond hair that had a black lightning bolt who's name was Kaminari saw her and decided to show off to a few of his friends while they hung out at said arcade
it didnt take too long for the kid to find Neptune playing whats known as the hardest game at the Arcade, it was an ultra rare copy from the Pre-Quirk era which made the Arcade well known for still having it, the game in question
Doom Eternal Arcade Edition
it had a difficutly select which made in playable but Kaminari along with a lot of the people at the arcade saw the difficulty she picked
UltraNightmare
even the oldest workers at the arcade only saw people beat Nightmare after weeks of trying, but they've never seen someone beating UltraNighmare on their fist time playing but little did they know Neptune played this difficulty in her old life and beat it a few times and soon she reached the Level called Cultist Base
they could only watch in awe as Neptune expertly played with precision while taking little damage, nobody made a sound as to distract her, even the arcade troll didn't do anything, at one point the boy took out his phone and started to stream this quickly gaining views from everyone who knew about this game
it didnt take long for the arcade to get crowded with people wanting to watch in person and it got to the point some Hero's arrived to see what the crowd was about, one of them managed to get to the front and saw everything
Kaminari who originally planned to flirt with Neptune saw the Hero and realised his stream caused the crowd he heard the Hero mutter something about not understanding why this game was causing such a crowd but the boy decided to answer
Kaminari- dude, its the hardest level on the hardest difficulty in the hardest game from before Quirks, even now barely anyone beats it, and shes doing it first try
Blond Hero- seriously? im more into music but if its that tough then i understand, i wonder if she would do an interview for my show?
Kaminari- ask her after shes done, i would love to hear it, whats it called if she gets on?
Blond Hero- Put you hands up Radio wait looks shes doing something
Kaminari- huh? oh damn she's gotten past it, the hardest level, i think she can win it
everyone contiuned to watch as Neptune went tright through every level beating it without problems one dumn woman tried to stop as the game had every setting maxed out for as much gore as possible, her excuse her darling baby shouldn't see anything like that even though the kid was thoroughly enjoying the show
the Blond Hero ended up escorting her out before retuning to watch, it took a few hours until she beat the Final Boss, Icon of Sin
everyone cheered as much as possible when the end credits started, and much to Neptunes suprise she didnt even notice the crowd, she was just insanly focused on the game
this was definately a unique first day for her
