1 week later;
Twinkle's mrs amritsir contest is going well. After winning the dance competition twinj has won many more rounds too and now in some days there was finale of this contest for which twinkle was quite nervous but kunj is always here to cheer her. The main motive for which kunj requested twinkle to join this contest was successfull. Actually some days before twinkle and chinki were coming from that venue when some cheap guys passed some disguesting comments on both of them. They both were wearing one piece short dress. Kunj was behind them only but twinkle doesnt know it as he want to give her surprise by coming suddenly to pick her up and take her out for lunch. He saw all that and he was about to go to beat the shit out of those bastards but before him surprisingly twinkle and chinki starts beating them black and blue. Seeing twinkle's confidence back he was very much happy. But he also didnt left those boys. After the girls he also beat them very much. So after that day finally our old twinkle is back.
About mohsin to his condition is not that much normal as he has started getting serious symptoms of tumor but manik was handling him very well. After that day mohsin also has stopped throwing tantrums on everything. He was fully coperating them. Manik was handling his works from amritsir only.
Ishaan and twinkle has a great bond with mohsin and manik. But as manik is very much strict in work so they hate his doctor side bcz he is complete monster in dr mode. And about others to their life was going very well. Roshnik like always handling their personal and professional life very well with their little silly fights. Doodle and parvati r also coming close after that day when doodle got injured. And twinj to they r madly in love with each other. Kunj never leaves a single chance to romance with twinkle. In short everyone is happy in their life.
At present;
Lifecare hospital;
Manik is sitting with the neurosurgeon of lifecare and they both were talking when suddenly a nurse barges inside. They startles with sudden voice.
N- sir sry for this but we need u in ER immidiately.
Listening this they both immidiately gets up and they all run towards ER. They reaches there and see a very young child was on the bed breathing very heavily and oxygen mask was covered on his face. But he was crying and thrashing his limbs and nurses were holding him down.
M(to nurse)- what happen to him?
N- sir he was continuously vomitting and feeling very dizzy, shortness of breath, blurry vision. But now due to oxygen his breathing is almost normal but as he is crying very much so it is fluctuating. But sir suddenly he was having seizures thats why we called u.
M- ok do a blood test and then give him relaxer in his iv so that he can sleep and call his parents. I wanna talk to them.
Nurse nods and immidiately starts doing her work but as she goes towards that child with a syringe he freaks out and starts crying more. Manik sighs and comes towards him.
M(stern tone)- what happened why r u crying.
C(crying)- n..no in..injections.
M- it is not injection. It is just a blood test. So stop crying for this bcz u gonna worsen ur situation even more. Nurse do it.
That child starts crying more and struggling hard and continuously nods in no but manik signals 2 nurses and they holds him down then one nurse took his blood sample making him cry so much pain. After taking his blood manik add relaxer in his iv so that child starts feeling weak and slowly his cries reduces and he slept. Manik was about to go but he sees some red cherry color rashes around that child lips. He looks closely.
M- give me the gloves.
Nurse gives him. He wears them then touches those rashes and connects the dots and his eyes widens.
M(shouts)- call his parents fast.
Nurses flinches by his sudden shout and she runs outside and calls his parents. Within some seconds his parents come inside.
Father- how is he doctor?
M- fine now but first tell me how did this happen?
Mother(crying)- dont know he was sleeping in the room and i was working in the kitchen suddenly he starts coughing badly. So i went inside to check him but his condition was not good so we immidiately took him here.
M- was there any smoke in the room?
Mother thinks for sometime.
Mother- haan wo coal was burning just outside the room. Why?
Manik closes his eyes in frustation and mutters ''fuck''.
M(to nurses)- increase his oxygen supply to 100 percent and get the results of blood test fast. And yaa do a chest x-ray also when he wakes up.
N- ok dr.
She did as he said then manik turns towards his parents.
M(angrily)- what the hell have u done with ur child haan. Do u even know how much it could be dangerous. Who the hell burns coals just outside the room and makes their child sleep in that smoke. Dont u know it can even cause his death god damn it.
His parents palms their mouths in shock and they were very shocked.
Father- what happen to my son dr?
M(grits his teeth)- he is suffering from carbon monoxide poisening all thnk to u guys. Srsly how can u be so careless haan. He was breathing smoke in his lungs so instead of oxygen carbon monoxide went in his blood which is a poison for us. He was breathing it. If u havent listen his coughs na then he might not be able to make it till hospital also. (takes a deep breath to calm himself) listen always remember this when someone is sleeping never keep such things around him which can cause smoke and if u want to keep it due to some reasons then keeps windows and doors open always understand. This smoke contains carbon monoxide and a person should not breath it bcz it binds with our haemoglobin and forms carboxyhaemoglobin and not let oxygen takes its place. Due to deficiency of oxygen person starts feeling suffocate then these symptoms arise. See these rashes around his lips. It is sign that he has carbonmonoxide poisening. Now to he is fine as we have provided him enough oxygen but still we will have to monitor him so admit him here for today then i can discharge him tmrw.
His parents nods and went towards that child. Manik comes out from ER and went towards receptionist.
M(cold tone)- is kunj busy?
As lisa looks up she becomes lost in him. She was looking at him with dreamy eyes. Manik on not getting any answer looks towards her and see she is busy drooling over him. He rolls his eyes and makes a disguested face.
M(loudly)- if u r done checking me out or drooling over my body then can u tell me is kunj busy or not?
Lisa comes out of her trance listening his loud and cold voice and becomes embarassed bcz all were looking at her only.
L- s..sry s..sir wo yaa kunj sir is free. U can meet him.
M- hmm and yes from next time be sure not to drool over any man lustily and give these seducing looks when u r at work understand.
Lisa becomes more embarassed as manik was saying all this loudly so everyone was laughing silently on her. She just nods her head. Manik went from there in kunj's cabin. He sees kunj was busy in his phone. So he without saying anything just sits in front of him. Kunj looks at him.
K- wassup dude why r u looking so angry. Aaj kispe phoota ye jwalamukhi.
M- dont even ask. Yr mtlb how can anyone be so careless. How can they do it?
K- wait wait wait first take a deep breath. (manik looks at him with anoying expression) are pls na (manik sighs and does what he said) yup now ok na? So now tell me clearly ki kya hua h and pls in detail.
M(sighs)- carbon monoxide poisening. 6 yrs old boy. U know uss bchche ke room ke bahar coal jala rkha tha mtlb dimag pta nhi kaha jata h inn logon ka.
K- ohhh wse how is the child now.
M- fine i have increased his oxygen level and admit him for today so that i can monitor his condition time to time.
K(nods)- hmm good. Abhi to winters aayi bhi nhi h aur ye haal h. God knows sardiyon me kya hal hone wala h. Mostly cases will be of this only. It is really very dangerous and mostly village side. Kyunki waha pe hi mostly log room ka temperature normal rkhne ke liye aise ye coals ya kerosene heaters wgrh jala ke so jate h. People should be aware of these consequences. But relax yr tra patient thik h na and i know after seeing ur expressions ki tune uske parents ko bhi achhi trh se sunaya hoga r8. (manik doesnt say anything) its ok manik. Calm down.
M- hmm by the way what happened to u. Yahan sara kaam dhandha chhod ke tu iss phone me lga hua h mtlb hmara dr kunj sarna ab majnu bhi bn gya ki tu ek sec ke liye bhi twinkle se dur nhi rh paa rha h haan.
K(rolls his eyes)- and our manik baba is back.
M(winks)- with a bang.
They both laughs.
K- are nhi yr actually kaafi time ho gya me and twinkle didnt spend time with each other. Last week me itna kuchh ho gya ki hm dono ko time hi nhi mila aur ab to wo bhi apne trauma se puri trh bahar aa gyi h so i wanna celebrate this with her isliye ek date plan kr rha tha.
M- are wahh thats cool. Even i think so u guys need these moments. So go and enjoy ur date and dont wry about anything ok.
K(smiles)- thnks. (manik pats his back then he left from there) chlo sari arrangements to ho gyi now lets ask this siyappa queen about it. (he calls twinkle)
T- hi sadu.
K- ahmm hi miss twinkle taneja. How r u?
T(confused)- kunj what is this miss taneja and all.
K- ahaan dont be confused. I have decided something. Today lets go back to pre marriagelife. U r that old twinkle taneja miss amritsir and i m bachelor kunj sarna london return what say.
T- okkk and we both gonna marry each other r8.
K- bingo wahh yr mre saath rh rhke smart ho rhi h tu mtlb.
T(grits her teeth)- agr tumne ek baar aur khudki tarif ki na then i m gonna deny for this marriage.

K- yaa but aap jsi beaty samne ho to ye bichara dr bhi patient bn jata h.
T(laughs)- so cheesy kunj. Achha ab ye btaiye ki aaj aapko mri yaad kse aayi.
K- wo actually jsa ki aap janti h ki hmari families hmari shaadi krwana chahti h to me soch rha tha ki jb hme puri jindagi saath bitani h to kyu na phle ek dusre ko jaan le. We should spend some time with each other. What do u think? What about a dinner date today?
T- mmm dekho wse to me kisi ke bhi saath itni easily date pr jati nhi hu but i dont know why aapki baatein mujhe bdi achhi lgi so ok i will come with u.
K- great so 8 pm sharp. I will pick u up.
T- done byy.
K- byy. (call ends and twinj smiles) twinkle u dont even have a slight idea ki aaj mne kya planning ki h. U will be surprised so much. (he picks a rose which was on his table and smiles)
T- omg babaji date with kunj. Cmmon twinkle he is ur husband fir bhi wahi butterflies feel kyu ho rhi h stomach me jo first time hui thi. Hmesha kunj mre liye kitna kuchh plan krta h na aur mujhe special feel krwata h so i think today i should do something for him. (she thinks something) idea. Kunj sarna just wait and watch. Today's date gonna be the best for u. I will give u best surprise. Yayy babaji i m so excited.

If all this is extreme then pls forgive me bcz for their romance what should i show something new. I was able to think only this. I thought that will be something different. So this part was for all twinj and tashan e ishq lovers. About medical and hospitals scenes so it will also come. Just wait and have patience.
