After reading the reports kunj becomes hell shocked. Everyone was confused seeing his expressions so manik snatches the reports from his hand and reads them himself. He sighs after reading the reports and looks at mohsin.
M- why didnt u tell us before?
Mo- kya krta bta ke. Me tum logon ko pareshan nhi krna chahta tha aur mujhe pta tha ki tum logon ko pta chlte hi tum sb mre treatment me lg jaoge lekin i know i dont have enough time yr so why waste time in all these treatments. Me apni life ke last days apne friends ke saath happily spend krna chahta hu na ki kisi hospital bed pr bimaron ki trh pde rhe kr thats it.

M(nods)- and for that we will have to take him hospital for a few tests then after seeing the results i m gonna start the treatment.
Mo- guys pls BRAIN TUMOR ka koi treatment nhi hota h aur ye tum log bhi jante ho. I have changed 100 of doctors but all said only one thing and that is there is no chance.
M- dude thats why they all r just doctors but i m THE DR. MANIK MALHOTRA. Me india ka no.1 neurosurgeon aise hi nhi bna hu. I have seen very much serious and complicated cases than this and if u have heard about me then u must be knowing i dont give up till the last breath of the patient aur kbhi kbhi uss last breath se bhi me patient ko wapis kheench ke laya hu. Mohsin was thinking deeply listening all of this. Kunj turns his face towards himself.

He ended up crying badly. Kunj hugs him and pats his back. Doodle and nik also hugs him. Everyone's eyes were teary even manik's too bcz in only one day he has also considered him as his true friend but soon they all composed themselves and breaks the hug.
M- ok guys enough of these emotional moments. Now lets discuss what to do next. So first mohsin i wanna read ur all previous reports and medications all the things that is related to this disease ok and i wont consider these previous tests. I will myself do all the tests again then i will decide the treatment plan ok. I think the results will come out till today evng only r8 kunj (he nods) great so u wont take ur any medicine until i tell u bcz maybe i will change ur medications and if u have already taken any so tell me now only.
Mo- no i havent taken any medicine and i have all the reports with me only but prescription is not here. What to do?
M- its ok just give me reports and all the medicines that u have for now and i will figure out something.
Mohsin nods and takes out all the reports and medicines from his bag and gives them to manik. Manik first see all the medicines then he takes one and gives it to him.
M- here take it. This will help u to stop nausea and vomitting. I will read ur reports till then u have ur breakfast.
K- yaa u have to eat something (to twinkle) twinkle can u..
T- Me inka naashta yahi lekr aati hu. (kunj smiles and nods)
Mo(whines)- are yr i m fine na. I m not hungry.
Nik- idiot u cant have medicine empty stomach. U will have to eat something.

Manik was reading the reports. He stops and looks at him with stern face.
M- i think mr mohsin u need to know this ki mujhe mre patients moster ke naam se bhi jante h bcz i cant handle any negligence in health. I always make sure ki mre sare patients apni sari medicines aur food ekdum time pe le whether they wont it or not and they mostly didnt like my ways of making them eat so pls dont force me to use them on u too bcz from now u r my patient and jitna best doctor me treatment me hu utna hi monster me logon ke tantrums handle krne me hu. Mohsin becomes scared seeing his stern face and the way he threaten him.
Mo- ahmm twinkle breakfast pls.
All silently giggles and twinkle nods and went from there. Manik gives his most famous smirk.
Soon twinkle comes there with breakfast and as manik was sitting there only mohsin without saying anything immidiately starts eating. After breakfast kunj gives him medicine for which he makes face but manik clears his throat so he gulps them fastly.
Nik(whispers to doodle)- poor mohsin 2 monster ke saath fas gya ab to kuchh bhi ho jaye manik aur kunj ise thik krke hi manega.
Doodle giggles.
M- so all done. I have read ur reports. As u have already done biopsy so we wont go for it again. But baaki CT scan and MRI i m gonna do again ok.
K- manik what is the actual condition of tumor.
M- kunj tumor is in occipital lobe. (our brain has four lobes;- frontal, parietal, temporal and occipital. Frontal on forehead side, temporal slightly above the ears and occipital above the neck region means back side of head) Mohsin i wanna ask u something aur mujhe sach sach btana kl tujhe saaf dikhayi nhi de rha tha na and it was not bcz of onions r8 (mohsin nods slowly) see that is the reason of his sudden loss of vision bcz u also know our vision activity is controlled by occipital lobe only (kunj nods) but that is not tensed part. The thing i m worried about is this tumor is malignant.
All(shocked)- what?
K- shit yr manik it means it can move in the brain aur jaha bhi iske particles jake block honge wo new part me tumor form kr lenge.
M- exactly aur mujhe dar iss baat ka h ki kahi ye particlen veins ya small arteries ko bhi block na kr de jiski wjh se brain me enough oxygen ya blood na pahunch paye bcz it can cause big trouble.
D- so what to do now?
M- we have to destroy this tumor fast. Isliye i m gonna do all the test today only so that we can start his treatment from tmrw and maybe mujhe surgery bhi krni pd skti h. All depends on the tumor size. So mohsin u get ready fast we r going hospital now and guys u too get ready quick.
All nods and left from there to their rooms. Kunj was also going but he sees mohsin was sitting at one place only. He was thinking something. Kunj sighs and sits beside him.
K- what happen?
Mo- nothing.
K- nope u r thinking something very deeply means kuchh to baat h. Share kr le kya pta solution hi mil jaye.
Mo(takes a deep breath)- i m scared.
K(confused)- of what. Dont wry yr tu thik ho jaega. We all r with u na. Everything will be fine.
Mo- no not this disease.
K- then manik? Are dont be scared of him. Uski shakl hi aise h aur haan wo h thoda strict when it comes to health but wo dil ka bura nhi h. Achha chl i will tell him to not to be so much strict with u ok now.
Mo(slowly)- kunj yr all these hospital stuffs and medicines dont go well with me. I cant handle all this pls.
K(chuckles)- mohsin u know what u r talking like ishaan. Pagal it will be fine. Nothing will happen. (but he notice mohsin was still scared. He sighs) Achha ok i will be with u all the time ab thik h kyunki i know u wont be comfortable that much with manik and especially after today to bilkul nhi so i will also be there aur me manik se bhi bol dunga ki wo jyada strictly behave na kre ok now. Kunj smiles and then he also left from there. He comes in his room and sits on the bed and covers his face with his palms and takes deep breaths. Twinkle was in balcony. She comes inside and looks at him.
T(pats his shoulder)- kunj u ok?
Kunj looks at her and his eyes were red and teary. He immidiately hugs her from her waist. She caresses his hairs.
K- twinkle yr mra best friend iss condition me h aur me kuchh kr bhi nhi paa rha hu.
T- shh kunj kisne kaha tum kuchh nhi kr paa rhe ho. Tum unhe itni himmat de rhe ho kunj and that is not a small thing. I know it is hard for u to see ur friend like this but abhi yaad h tumne hi to bola tha na ki hme ummeed nhi chhodni h then how can u break like this kunj hmm. Tumhe to abhi strong bnna h aur apne friend ko himmat deni h smjhe tum aise haar nhi maan skte and i know my kunj can do it r8.
Kunj looks at her innocently and nods. Twinkle smiles and wipes his tears and kisses his forehead.
T- now go mre hero and dont wry about anything. Sb thik hoga.
Kunj smiles and hugs her.
K- thnk u. U r the best.
He pulls her cheeks and kisses her on the cheek.
Manik comes there.
M- ahmm mr kunj sarna i thought ki aap ready ho rhe honge lekin yahan to full on romance chl rha h.
Twinkle immidiately pushes kunj away and looks down blushing. Kunj rolls his eyes.
K- where r ur manners manik. How can u enter inside anyone's room without knocking the door and especially in a couple's room.
T(glares him)- kunj aise bolte h kya pgl ho.
M- are no twinkle let him speak and mr kunj if u want ki apke romance ko koi bich me disturb na kre to pls phle door lock kr liya kijiye. Door open rhega to koi bhi aa skta h.
K(grits his teeth)- fine now u go me 2 min me aata hu.
M- nope i dont believe u isliye me twinkle ko apne saath bahar le jaa rha hu. Jb ye yahan hogi hi nhi to tu romance kiske saath krega.
K(sternly)- manik...
M(rolls his eyes)- go to hell. Lets go twinkle.
Twinkle giggles seeing kunj irritated expression and went out with manik. After sometime kunj comes downstairs and glares both twinkle and manik which manik royally ignores while twinkle teases him.
D- lets go guys. We r getting late. Byy twinkle.
T(smiles)- byy
All went out after bidding byy to twinkle while kunj comes towards her.
K(whispers in her ears)- i will see u in n8. Tb tujhe mujhse kon bchaega.
Twinkle widens her eyes and gulps while kunj winks at her and went from there smirking.
