Sivaangi and Srinisha reached home, and they had got only one hour for the party.
"Oh, the Princess has arrived......My God Sivaangi, you didn't even pick up my calls. I was worried." Thank Goodness! You reached on time. (Diana expressed her concern)
Mommm! Where will I go? You need to stop thinking too much about me.
Ganapathy Appa sensed something was not right with his daughter. She looked upset. He thought of asking about this later. He turned towards Sivaangi, "Sivu Kanna, go, freshen up and be here on time da. All the arrangements are taken care of at the guest house. The guests will start coming."
"Ok Appa. We both will dress up and come."
The girls didn't take much time to get ready. Sivaangi was decked up in a full-length shimmery pink gown that dazzled from all sides. With short flutter sleeve, slightly exposed back zipper, and intricate fabric design, the outfit looked ethereal on her. The minimal makeup, soft curls, and dainty jewellery adorned her features; she was chic and sexy.
She truly looked like a Disney movie Princess!
Srinisha cleared her throat, Awww! My baby is all set to trouble the guys' hearts......Can't wait to witness all the fun. You know what? You simply start giving auditions for the next Disney movie.
Shut up Sri! Don't say that, you're overhyping me every time. I feel I don't deserve all this attention; I'm just a normal girl living a casual life with my lovely family and friends. That's it!
Oh, my humble Princess, today is not the day for your moral speech. Just go out there and have unlimited fun; the evening is all yours baby!
In between all this, she got reminded of him, and flashes of her morning dream too crossed her mind. "Please God! Save me from him, I don't want to think about him again"
As subtle pastel colours were fixed as the birthday theme, everyone had to match their attire with it. Srinisha and Maria decided to go with baby blue netted gowns, slightly contrasting with the birthday girl. Sivaangi's parents chose a pastel gold gown and suit for them. Their guest house was adjacent to their home; specially built to organize family get-togethers and fun events.
The interior decoration grabbed everyone's eyeballs; it was minimal yet classy, matching Sivaangi's persona. Ganapathy and Diana's colleagues, friends, and well-wishers started arriving one by one; Sivaangi's friends also graced the event. Sivaangi's parents greeted all the guests and had a casual chat with them. The guests were served the welcome drink. Sivaangi, Srinisha and Maria were seated in a room beside the stage. Diana came in and hugged Sivaangi with love-filled eyes. "My daughter is super pretty today, no evil eyes on her", saying she placed a fancy tiara on her head.
"Mom, romba overa irku....vendam idhellam", she whined. Sivu, listen to me at least today; your Appa has observed even the tiniest details and made special arrangements for your birthday, it's his wish to see you like a Princess, I hope you understand dear. Appa has always been Sivaangi's weakness; she nodded her head in understanding, "Seri okay".
They were called onto the stage for the cake-cutting. Ganapathy had arranged for a mini police-style band for welcoming the birthday girl. Sivaangi was startled listening to the crew's loud music. The drums and bugle instruments were played as an inauguration for the event.
"It seems like an army parade, are we part of a Royal family? Wow" Srinisha and Maria chuckled.
I felt as if I got a mini-heart attack listening to the instant noise. Omg Appa has definitely gone insane. But, why is he doing all this specifically this year? Sivaangi mumbled. She was used to grand birthdays every year, but it was something extraordinary this year. Today, it looked extravagant for her! She was immensely happy and felt grateful for her parents.
Srinisha was on a video call with Manimegalai; both Mani and Hussain enjoyed the event virtually. The whole event was telecasted live on Ganapathy's official Youtube channel. In addition, there was a large LED screen display that showed all the happenings at the party.
Ladies and Gentlemen, here's our lovely daughter, Sivaangi. The crowd gave out huge applause; they were all ready for the cake-cutting. Sivaangi with her parents, Srinisha and Maria stood in the centre stage with the 5-tier birthday cake in front. Sakthi, Sam, and Charles too joined them. Sam and Charles were directly ogling at their ladies as they were gorgeous in the party gowns. Sakthi murmured, "Indha lovers kita matikitu nan padra paadu irkey...shabaaa".
There was a light music orchestra specially invited, and they played the "Happy Birthday" tune. Sivaangi closed her eyes and said a little player in her heart before cutting the giant cake. "Wohooo" the entire crowd cheered for Sivu; she fed the first piece to her mom and appa. They too fed her. Then, she fed Sri and Maria; by that time the boys started decorating her face with the cream. "Hey pls podhum.....da vidunga", Sivaangi fake wailed. " We will take care of her some other day dude. All guests are staring at us," Maria warned them.
They presented their birthday gift to her. It was her favourite - a super cool and handy travel camera. "Hey idha na edhir pakave ila, sema ya irku", "nan idha vanganum nu nenachitu irndhen...unmaiyave romba pudichruku", Sivaangi expressed her happiness. "We love you de, Sivu, once again Happy Birthday", they said in chorus. Ganapathy and Diana unwrapped their gift, it was a stunning diamond necklace. Sivaangi thanked them wholeheartedly though she was not fond of such expensive gifts; she didn't want to hurt them. Both hugged and kissed her; it was a perfect dad-mom-daughter frame!
Sivaangi then spoke to Mani and Hussain while wiping the cream off her face. "Mani ka, un gift enga, apdiye nice ah escape agalam nu pakriya?
Nalla kelu Sivu.....,Hussain teasingly looked at Mani.
"Adhellam correct ah una vandhu serum; UK la irndhu straight ah vardhu".
Enamo solra..nambi tholayuren po....pakalam apdi ena gift nu....., Sivaangi smirked.
She conversed for a few minutes, and her friends got seated after taking crazy selfies and groufies. Several guests thronged the stage to wish her and take a photo with the Ganapathy family. Sometime later, the guests were served dinner in a buffet and Sivaangi excused herself from them to use the washroom. She saw herself in the mirror, humming her best-loved song,

She admired her from top to bottom, she chuckled thinking, "Ena de unna Disney Princess range ku elam build up tharaanga, andha alavuku worth aah nee,". In between her thoughts, something stumbled upon her mind.
There you go again...............again....and again.......! He came across her mind multiple times today.
Just when she was setting up her hair, she remembered his wet kisses on the crook of her neck. "Aiyo, yen ivan ena adikadi torture panran; just go away man", "I will kill you if I ever see you again", she murmured to herself. Srinisha saw the tense look on her face and asked her to put up a happy face. Sivaangi smiled unwillingly to somehow manage the situation.
The guests were having their dinner; Sivaangi, her parents and friends took their place at the respective table. She let out a deep sigh and was finally relieved to devour the most-awaited dinner. It was an exotic menu, specially curated for the guests, that included Sivaangi's favourites too. She relished the lip-smacking meal, chatting with her family and friends. In between their conversation, Ganapathy Appa suddenly stood up taking the wine glass in his hand.
"Ladies and Gentlemen, please stay for a few minutes after dinner; I have a special announcement for you all." Sivaangi saw him curiously while he just smiled at her. "Ena va irkum; any idea guys? Srinisha asked much audible to her friends. "Oru vela, Sivu ku paiyan pathutangalo.....", Sakthi gave out a sheepish grin while Sivaangi glared at him.
I'm sure Appa definitely won't publicly inform something without consulting with me; then what it could be? Sivaangi was lost in her thoughts. All of a sudden, someone closed her eyes from behind. The person eyed Sivaangi's parents and friends to be silent.
"Hey Yaru adhu......yen ipdi panreenga", she expressed her annoyance.
"Neeye kandupudi pakalam, Come on Sivu....."
"Enaku theriyum yaru nu., enaku epdi theriyama pogum," she chuckled saying.
"Adhu epdi unaku theryum"
'Un voice enaku theriyadha,....hey kai edu man".
The person gave a "got caught up" expression and sighed in disappointment.
