I slide down, getting some of the slide a bit wet from my pants, The slide isn't as big as the other one was, I slide down to the bottom and look around, many walls painted bright colors like red, green, orange, yellow, blue, and the carpet was the kid carpet where its the town and the roads. I stepped off the slide and started wandering around, there were balloons in almost every corner, and some tables with multi-colored polka dot wrapping over it and party hats. I wander around and follow down the randomly colored rooms, the rooms remind me of the ones in the complex but more closed in and more colorful, the carpet has that staticky and used smell to it, I walk into a room and see a bunch of tables with colorful paper plates and plastic silverware and party cups and hats, the smell of lingering pizza and cake whiffs throughout the room. My stomach growls with the scent,
" Man, I would kill for a pizza right now," I say, as I walk through the room with the tables into another room with some noise, the constant sound of fans blowing and vents moving throughout the rooms instead of the sound of fluorescent lights buzzing. I walk in and see multi colored floor tiles instead of the city carpet and two bench tables with balloons and gift ribbons placed neatly on the tables, a tv plays with cartoons on and I notice a message neatly fonted on a yellow wall near the tv,
" You need to get out of here right now," I read quietly, the room doesn't connect to any other rooms so I turn back and walk back through the table room and in a different direction.
" At least I know I can get stuck at a dead end in here," I say, I walk into a blank room and see a blue door, I go and open it and walk in, I see star shaped balloons and a lot of party supplies on the tables, I turn around to and see a camera on the wall. I look at it while I leave and look up near the ceilings and see more cameras,
" How did I not notice those? Not like anyone can see me, as far as I know, I seem to be the only person here," I say, I wander around the rooms but they start going a little bland and empty and barren without many party supplies, only a few balloons placed in corners and a singular table in a few rooms. I walk in a room and see a singular blue balloon in the center of the room, I walk up it and poke it, it bobbles around and goes still, I turn around and see a strange entity peek through in the entrance, a yellow entity with a strange red smiley face and with skin that looked like a leathery sheet. It slowly walks out of the room,
" Ok, so it looks like I'm not alone in here," I say, I walk the opposite way and past the balloon, I wander into more colorful rooms and get a whiff of pizza rolls around the corner of a room, my stomach growls and I follow the scent inside another room, three tables with blue tablecloths are pushed together to form a big table, there were paper Coca Cola cups placed down on the table with napkins, the carpet was gray and the walls were a light yellow with multi colored confetti and balloons painted on it. There's a small counter with wooden drawers, I walk out of the room and wander into a room with a red pillar. One of the yellow entities is the room, it holds a red balloon and I could see its full body, its body looked like a big leathery rag, it was more clear that the smiley face it had was smears of blood, it had blood splatters on its body and it starts giggling and laughing, it slowly starts walking over to me, I start stepping away from it and eventually start running away from it, I hear its laughs across the other room echoing and getting quieter, I look back to see if I see it.
' Well that's inconvenient that thing is really slow," I say while I run, I look back in front of me and see the entity right in front of me, I skid my feet and stop in front of it, it wasn't the same one, the other one had a red balloon and this one has a blue balloon, there were multiple of them. I turn around and see the one with the red balloon catching up, I stop for a second and look at both of them, I step back and start running across the room away from them, I step in the adjoined room and see multiple start coming after me, ones with green balloons and yellow balloons and the same as red and blue balloons.
" You've got to be kidding me," I say, I start running past them, avoiding them as much as I can and being careful not to touch one, I run into a room and see one right in front of me, it sticks its arm up and I see multiple rows of teeth in the arm sleeve, I see a white door behind the entity and I shove it out of the way to the ground. I run up to the door and try to open it, it was stuck but not locked, I pull with everything I got and look behind me,
" Come on... come on, shit I don't know what to do," I say, many of the entities come into the room and slowly start walking towards me, the door opens with a big pull and I rush in and shut it behind me with all the force I have, I look around, I was in a thin white hallway that was brick, and balloons everywhere on the ground that reached to my knees, I hear the entities get to the door and start banging on it, I start running down the thin hall, popping balloons when I step on them and almost tripping on them. I make it to the end of the hall and see a lot of mold and grime near the floor building up on the wall. I open the door and see balloons everywhere, covering the entire room, balloons start falling out of the room, my stomach starts rumbling and it starts to hurt. I hear a door opening and see one of the entities walk out, it spots me and I rush in, trying to squeeze my way through the balloons, the rubber squeaks when I move in it and it's hard to move in, I hear the door open and I stop, I hear the balloons rubbing against each other near me, I take my backpack off carefully and grab the claw that I got from the Aranea Membri a while ago, I listen carefully to the rubber squeaking until it gets close, I follow the pattern of the sound with the squeaking, I move some balloons and see the yellow outline of the entity, I jump towards it and start stabbing it with the claw, it laughs while I stab it and moves around, I find its head and take the claw towards its neck, I jab it in deep and slice it's neck open, black blood starts spilling out and the laughs of the entity get more slower and quieter, I stab it a few more times and let it go, it falls onto the balloons.
" You're mine," I say, I grab its arm and start dragging across the room with me, I start popping the balloons to be able to move better, I feel around the balloons to see if I can hit something, I hit a wall and start dragging my hand around it to feel it, I see an exit sign shine above on some balloons, I walk over there dragging the body and navigate my way through the balloons, I make it to the door and open it, balloons start falling out and I fall to the ground. I drag the body out of the room, balloons follow and into the hallway, I try closing the door but it was hard with the balloons squishing against the door frame, I pop them and close the door,
" God, now I hate balloons," I say, I look down the hallway, the hallway had a mono yellow paint on the walls and the flooring was wood, I open the nearest door to my left and see a large restaurant like kitchen, the flooring was checkered and there were silver counters and stove tops.
" Oh perfect," I say, I drag the entity in and set it up on a counter, I look on the counters and see a knife set, I grab a big kitchen knife and walk over to the entity, I start slicing down the entity and cut it in half, I see what's inside.
" Hm, not much, just the skin layer, a bit of fat, and mostly meat and a spine," I say, I cut out some of the meat and have a nice layer of the fat, I grab a pan and bring it to the stove, I turn it on high and I hang the meat on a hook to let the blood drain. As I wait for the pan to heat up and blood to drain I look around the kitchen, I open up cupboards and mostly see cake batter and flour, and some tomato sauce along with some sugar and spices, I grab a few spices and put them in my pocket. I open the fridge and see cakes that were all set and already baked and pepperoni slices and cheese and some water. I grab the water and start drinking it, I walk over to the big freezer and open it, I see frozen pizza rolls and frozen pizzas and those Spongebob popsicles.
" Alright I now have deemed this freezer condemned for usage forever," I say, I close the freezer and walk back to the pan, I place my hand over it and feel a nice warm heat rising off of the pan, I grab the meat off the hook and rub the spices I got on the meat and place it on the pan.
" At least this will help the meat taste not so bland," I say, I watch the meat sizzle and watch the steam roll off the pan, I see the fat and juices start melting and bubble with the meat, I grab some tongs and wait until it feels right to flip it over, I do it a few times before I feel like the meat is thoroughly cooked, I cut into it and see the meat fully cooked, I turn off the heat and grab a plate and some silverware. I cut the meat and place it on my fork, my hands shake while I bring it to my mouth, I take a bite and start chewing.
" Hm, it's still not good but the spices help... I hope this doesn't count as cannibalism... nah it's an entity not a human, it may look somewhat humanoid but this is no human," I say, I look back at the carcass. I finish my meal and clean the knife, I place the claw and knife in my bag and head out the kitchen, I walk down to the end of the hall and see multiple balloons floating on the wall and doors. I walk to the last door and open it, I walk through it and it takes me back to the multi-colored walls and the city carpet.
" Damn it," I say, I walk in and hear a loud fan blowing, I walk towards it and see a big bouncy house, I step inside and see green and yellow striped bits on the bouncy house and text that said " There's no way out" on it, I climb up the inflatable staircase and go down the slide. I start wandering around and see some straining purple light coming from a darker room, I step in and see UV lights and the lower half of the room was all black and the upper half was purple, there were multiple colorful short walls around and bright neon colors of rubber foam and trash cans. It looks like some sort of laser tag room, I walk around and see the multiple dodge points and walls, I step out to an open space with a prize stand and a small food place and see one of the yellow entities in the room. I stop and start hiding behind a wall, the entity looks back and slowly moves towards me, I cover my mouth and control my breathing, I look back and see another one staring at me.
" Shit!" I shout, the entity starts giggling which draws the attention of the other one, I start running through the slight laser tag maze and hear the entities giggling behind me. I see the white light nearby and start running towards it, I exit the laser tag and see more of the entities around the room start coming in,
" Crap, I'm nearly cornered, I'm gonna have to outrun past them or go back into the laser tag and find a different exit," I say, I look back and see the entities in the laser tag start catching up.
" Ah shit I'm really doing this," I say, I wipe my face with my hand in stress and start running forward, the entities try reaching out for me but I dodge them, I run down the adjoined rooms away from the entities, I see a tarp that says " Partygoers" on it.
" Partygoers? I'm guessing those are what my friends back there trying to grab me are called," I say, I see a green exit sign in front of me that points to the right, a Partygoer pops out of a room. I swift out of the way of it and follow the sign, I see a door in front of me that says " Employees Only" on it, I hear the giggling behind me get louder, I open the door and see a blue and yellow staircase, I rush up it and open the rundown the small hall, I open the door at the end of the hall and close it shut.
