Sakumo walked past his sons room, peering his head in. He has noticed that his son has seemed
rather down, and quite sad, so he took it upon himself to cheer him up. He would usually buy him
something, despite Kakashi's words of saying that he didn't need any sort of object.
Sakumo found one solution, he was lonely, maybe if he arranged a girlfriend for him, he might
cheer up a bit, Sakumos been meaning of telling Kakashi to get into a relationship anyhow.
He already knew who he'd arrange with, another wealthy family in another state suggested they meet
their daughter, Sapphire. Keeping money in the family was always tradition anyway.
He saw Kakashi sitting on his window ledge, reading another book. He would always read, but despite
how many times Sakumo asked, Kakashi never showed him, he was just glad his son was reading and
educating himself.
Kakashi looked over, Sakumo smiled at his shining eyes, they always looked so innocent.
"Kakashi! How are you son?" He asked, he couldn't just go straight to the point with Kakashi, he
needed to be subtle about it.
Kakashi shrugged, indicating that he was okay. Sakumo continued "well, I've been noticing
some.. behavior, and I've decided to cheer you up, I have arranged something" he said, walking
over to his son who closed his book and put it beside him.
Kakashi raised his eyebrow, Sakumo reminding himself his son wasn't much of a communicator. "Her
name is Sapphire, and I've made an agreement with her family for you and her to be a couple. it will be beneficial
for all of us" he smiled, expecting his son to be quite excited.
Kakashi's calm face turned into a desperate betrayed one, Sakumo wasn't so sure why.
"What!? No!" Kakashi screamed.
Sakumo was taken aback "hold on-, trust me, it may seem bad at first but.. it is really a happy thing,
I felt the same when I was your age, but this is a good thing Kakashi-"
"Are you kidding me!" Kakashi screamed, standing up "you want me, to date someone, of your
choice!? I date for love, not your sick idea of a arrangement!" He said, standing up tall.
Sakumo sighed "the family has already made their choice.. it will be bad if we cancel.. here, how
about I take you somewhere to get your mind off of it? Maybe.. we could take a walk around the city!
you always loved it when I did that with you!" Sakumo said cheery.
Kakashi sighed, looking away "Dad.." he shook his head, keeping his sadness inside him. "Okay.."
Sakumo smiled "great! I'll see you at the door son" Sakumo walked out the room, and shut the door, leaving
Kakashi in his room alone.
Kakashi sat down on his bed, covering his face with his hands. Now he had to pretend he actually
liked a girl for the rest of his life, no, he would find a way out of this.

Kakashi readjusted his mask on his face, he always wore a mask outside of the palace, not because he
was hiding he was the prince or anything, but mostly because he just didn't like his face.
He would be having a good time, if seven hidden body guards weren't around him at all times. He
never had privacy, only in his room, anywhere else was DaNgErOuS.
Sakumo grabbed Kakashi's arm and pointed at a festival happening, Kakashi rolled his eyes, he hated
festivals, they were so loud, and he wasn't a big fan of big groups.
As Sakumo walked off, Kakashi pulled up his hood, better safe than sorry. Before he could follow his
father, he felt a tap on his shoulder, turning around to see a boy looking a bit nervous.
The boy straightened up, smiling "h-hey! You dropped this" he said, holding up Kakashi's crown, Kakashi
felt the top of his head, how did that fall off?
Kakashi took the crown from the boy, looking up shyly, he looked so sweet. He had messy black hair
and some dirt on his face, wearing a black shirt with a tear at the bottom, and long blue jeans.
Kakashi's heart started to race, looking up at the boy since he was just a bit taller than Kakashi.
The boy turned around, then back at Kakashi "sorry, have to go, bye!" He smiled.
Kakashi's face heated up, he bowed to the boy "th-thank you" he said, before looking away, he
was being so off, usually he'd just take the crown and leave in this scenario, but he was being so
polite and friendly.
The boy ran off, Kakashi watching him before his father came by to see what was taking so long.
Sakumo noticed Kakashi's red face, and glanced at the boy running. He smiled, thinking that Kakashi
must have just been confused.

Obito ran back to his father, he knew he would get in trouble, but he didn't care, the prince seemed
so nice, no way he could steal his crown. He rounded a corner and met with a shove from his father,
looking up at him, seeing his enraged expression.
"You idiot! I told you to steal his crown! It was in your hands! He didn't even notice! You are such
a disappointment!" Obitos father yelled "one job! I give you, one f#cking job!"
Obitos looked down, grabbing his right arm that scraped the floor "I'm sorry papa.. he was just so
nice and innocent.. I felt guilty" Obito said, preparing himself for a smack.
Obitos father burned up, he looked even madder than last time "guilty!? You would be saving our
family! If we sold that crown, we would have enough food to feed us for years! You moron!" He yelled,
kicking Obito to the side.
Obito had hot tears running down his face, he cried loudly. "Oh shut your cakehole! You made
this happen" Obitos father walked off, talking to Obitos brother.
Obito covered his face, he couldn't steal from the prince, or anyone for that matter, he was a good kid, but
his father needed the money.
Obito stood up, he would do anything for his family, so he just needed to do it, how hard could it be?
just in and out, and his father would love him forever.

Obito ran up to the castle wall, there were guards all around the kings window, but not the princes, there
was only one or two so it would be easy to slip in, especially since he was little.
Obito grabbed the rope in his hand, and threw it up the wall. The rope tied around a dent in the wall,
and it felt secure, so Obito started to climb.
He thought about how happy his father would be, how much stuff his brother could buy, paying his mothers
medical bills, all of the above, all he had to do was climb this wall, and his whole family was saved.
Obito jumped from the rope, and grabbed onto the window ledge, hoisting himself up and looking through
the window. He saw inside, there was a pile of books on the floor, a bed with something silver in it, and
a big door to the side of the room.
Obito reached up, and tried to open the window, thankfully, it being unlocked.
He jumped in, making sure not to make a sound. Was he in the right room? He heard breathing, the nighttime
noises, and a gust of wind every now and again pushing at the dark curtains behind him.
He looked around, there it was, it was the crown. The crown sat on a table to the side of the room,
At he dark wood being hard to see in the light.
Obito snatched the crown, admiring all the jewels and sparkle it had on it.
He heard something behind him, panicking, he turned around and saw the prince waking up. He looked around,
and ran to the closet, slowly closing the door and trying to slow his breathing. What if he were to be caught? What
would happen to him?
He saw through the cracks of the closet, the prince get up, his hair looked messy, Obito stopped himself
from thinking he actually looked cute. Kakashi sat on the side of the bed, rubbing his eyes, he looked tired.
Obito dropped the crown, it making a loud bang on the floor, Obito covered his mouth, trying not to scream
since the crown landed right on his foot.
Kakashi looked over at the closet, and stood up. This was it, he was about to be found, Obito had to
act quickly.
Obito grabbed the crown, and bolted out the closet, pushing past Kakashi and running towards the window.
Kakashi ran in front of him, and closed the window, locking it shut.
Obito fell back, and landed on the floor, what should he do now?
"Why are you in my roo-!" Kakashi stopped, Obito noticing his face heating up "you're... the boy
from earlier.." Kakashi looked over at the crown on the floor, and back at Obito "it didn't fall off, did
it?" He asked.
Obito looked away, and nodded shamefully. "I'm sorry.. my papa said that I needed to steal it..
and I don't want to" he said, tears falling down his face "I need to! Or else he will sell me! He tried
to once before, I don't wanna leave my family!" Obito cried on the floor.
Kakashi stopped, looking down at the boy. He was exactly like Kakashi, his father was forcing him to
steal, and Kakashi's father was forcing him to date a girl Kakashi didn't even know, and if they didn't, they
would be shunned by their family's, failures in a sense.
Kakashi crouched down, and hugged Obito. He tried to ignore his heart beating faster, and his
hands slightly shaking. He wasn't sure why he was trying to comfort him, he just tried to steal
from him, twice!
Kakashi hugged him closer "it's okay, we're in a way, in the same boat" he giggled, lightening the mood
a bit.
Obito pulled back and smiled "I guess" he said, wiping his tears "why? Is your dad trying to make
you steal too?" He asked.
Kakashi repositioned himself, so that he was sitting in front of Obito "oh, no.. he's arranging me to
date a girl named Sapphire, I'd hate to disobey my father.." Kakashi sighed "plus, if I don't, two royal
family's will be upset with me.. so it's non negotiable.." he stated.
Obito nodded "but.. wouldn't it be nice to have a girlfriend?" He asked "wish i had a lover.. the most
attachment i have is with my family.. and they treat me like trash!" He yelled.
Kakashi shook his head "no.. I wasn't really into the whole.. dating thing" he said, looking away "also, girls
are weird, my father tried arranging me with a girl named Emma in the past, she was so mean, it took months
of crying to my father before he gave in.." Kakashi said.
Obito laughed a bit "girls are dumb!" He yelled "they are such perfectionists!"
"Right!? It's always the pretty ones too! My dad says that they lure you in with their looks, then snatch
you up and ruin your life" he shivered "like a vulture"
Obito laughed "yeah, sorry I tried to steal from you.. I won't do it again! I swear.." Obito said,
sadly "I just don't know how I'm going to go back to my family empty handed again.."
Kakashi looked over at his desk, then back at Obito. He stood up and opened a drawer, taking out something
and sitting back down with Obito.
"What's that?" Obito asked, eyeing the object.
Kakashi smiled "Its a gold necklace, around seventy thousand dollars... it's useless to me.. not much of
a jewelry person, or a spendy kind of boy, so you can have it" he said, reaching it out to Obito.
Obito had wide eyes "I can't take this! Your father will ask where it went!" Obito exclaimed.
Kakashi shook his head "he forgot about this.. I insist" he said, wrapping it around Obitos neck.
Obito looked down at the necklace, and back at Kakashi. "Thank you, you don't know how much this
means to me! You've saved my life" Obito said, as he tackled Kakashi into a huge hug.
Kakashi hugged back, not minding that Obito had a bit of dirt on him "no problem, I'd feel bad leaving
you to your family with nothing" he said.
Kakashi watched Obito step out the window, but stopped and looked at Kakashi. "Could you come here
for a sec?" He asked.
Kakashi walked to him, noticing Obito grab his hand and kiss it, smiling before landing on the ground
and running off. Kakashi stood still, his face growing in a dusty blush.
He never believed in love at first sight, but that, was something to believe in now.
Eh?? What ya think?? I thought of this while seeing a edit about stolas x blitzo, and
I thought their past was so cute, and so inspiring that I needed to make my own version.
