Avneet exhaled sharply ignoring the message again, she walked towards the balcony , she breathed heavily as flashbacks struck her
Flashback
Avneet was in kitchen busy washing dishes, they were on a family holiday in Kerala
Amaira was four years old, she was busy drawing whereas Siddharth was having a bath, they were about to leave for their tour
Avneet exhaled frustrated completing her work, she walked towards their room
"Siddharthhh.. " She shouted nth time banging on the bathroom door
"Aree coming baba " He shouted chuckling as he came out the washroom wrapping the towel
He chuckled looking at her who exhaled frustrated beating him
"Kya hua? " He chuckled pulling her waist making her land on his chest
"Leave me.. I'm not in mood now " She shouted frustrated trying to free herself
"Hmm.. Abhi bhi nahi.. " Siddharth smirked pulling her closer , their breathes mingled as their faces were inches apart
"Amaira ke baad toh bhul hi gayi ho na tum mujhe " He whined complaining brushing his nose against her, she giggled enjoying
Just when they heard Amaira's excited chuckle from the other room,
"Hmm... Princess is calling" Avneet fake chuckled
"No.. I'm not leaving you.. Choose between cute baby and hot baby " Siddharth pouted teasingly
"Who's Hot baby.. " Avneet questioned sarcastically controlling her laugh
"Aree.. Can't you see this big baby standing in front of you " Siddharth chuckled pointing himself leaving her
"Nice attempt.. Par zyada cheesy hogaya " Avneet laughed pinching his nose as she ran out the room
"Game's not over yet!! " Siddharth shouted laughing walking towards his closet
Avneet laughed running towards Amaira's room

"Whatcha my baby doing " She asked in a baby voice picking Amaira up brushing her nose against her
Amaira giggled enjoying and showed her a drawing she drawn
It was their family drawing in which their car was stuck on the road because of a landslide,
Avneet smiled seeing her drawing just when Siddharth arrived
"Awieee.. My baby looks shoo cutee " Siddharth said in a baby voice taking Amaira from Avneet
Amaira clapped hugging him tight
"Daddie look eauty (beauty)" Amaira clapped excited
Siddharth chuckled whereas Avneet laughed
"Baby daddy is a boy.. He will look handsome not beauty" Avneet laughed explaining her
She gazed Avneet wide eyed analysing what she said
" Daddy look handy " Amaira clapped excited again
Avneet and Siddharth laughed hugging her tight
"Mai Car ready karta hu.. You come with bags " Siddharth informed as he walked out with baby Amaira who was busy playing with his collar
Avneet chuckled when Amaira's drawing caught her attention, she had shown a frustrated Siddharth shouting on his phone standing outside the car , but the strange thing was the outfit of his which she had drawn matched with what he was wearing
She looked at the drawing suspicious when she heard his shout calling her, she packed the drawing in her bag and ran out locking the door
Siddharth was driving the car chewing his bubble gum whereas Avneet was seating backseat with Amaira on her lap
"TLees (trees) " Amaira chuckled pointing at the green trees out on the road
"Gleen gleen trlees (green green trees) " Avneet said in a baby voice brushing her nose on her soft silky hair
"Heheee" Amaira giggled enjoying clapping her hands
Siddharth chuckled admiring their bond when Avneet shouted
"Siddharth " Avneet shouted panicked looking out, Siddharth applied the breaks sharply as the landslide took place, a loud screeching sound of tyre was heard as the car stopped
He exhaled sharply panicked as the car stopped
Amaira began to cry hearing the loud screeching sound
Avneet breathed heavily terrified, she hugged Amaira tight trying to calm her down
Siddharth got off the car, he kneeled analysing the tyre
As the road was rough the tyre had punctured,
"Fuck... " He cursed frustrated kicking the tyre
"Tyre puncture hai... I'm ordering other car, you stay in " He informed Avneet as he dialled someone
Avneet hmmed frustrated, she looked at the landslide ahead when it stricked her
She quickly removed Amaira's drawing, it was the same scene that had happened, she looked at Amaira who was busy playing with her earring, she looked outside, the drawing was same to same, Siddharth was shouting on the phone frustrated
"Baby.. Why.. Why you had drawn this? " She asked to Amaira
"I saw dleam (dream) " Amaira said looking at her wide eyed
"You saw this dream at night? " Avneet asked
She nodded in yes cutely and again began to play with her earring
Avneet panicked.. This was something unusual, she picked her up and walked out the car towards Siddharth
"My wife and daughter are waiting?! Do you get it!! " Siddharth shouted loud
Avneet patted his shoulder calling him,
"Haa toh send na.. Wahi kahe raha hu na kabse ! " Siddharth shouted again
Amaira began to cry violently hearing his shout , Avneet looked him disappointed who gestured sorry guilty still shouting on phone,
She walked away rocking Amaira as they admired the nature around.
Same night
Avneet was drying her hair thinking about the drawing whereas Siddharth was busy playing with Amaira
"Daddie do led (red) here " Amaira whined disappointed
"Baby doraemon is blue not red " Siddharth explained
"It's olemon.. " Amaira pouted cutely
Siddharth chuckled
"Haa baba olemon is blue not led " Siddharth replied in a baby voice picking her up
He laid on the bed with Amaira sitting on his stomach
"Dadiee I want balbie (barbie) " Amaira pouted cutely resting her head on his chest
"No more balbie, you already have 50 balbies... Aur kitne balbie" Avneet scolded
"Mumma ish bad " She whined cutely looking at Siddharth with her world famous puppy face
Siddharth chuckled on her cute antics
"So we will do it 51 .. Okay.. My chotu " Siddharth chuckled hugging her tight
"I lobbb u ita saraa" Amaira clapped excited widening her arms
"Bass now baki ka lob give tomorrow chalo " Avneet chuckled picking her up walking towards her room
She made her sleep and hopped on the bed beside Siddharth who was busy checking his phone
She exhaled sharply resting her head on his chest, snuggling into him
Siddharth kept the phone aside and kissed her forehead wrapping his arms around her waist
"Kya hua? " He asked as she looked tensed
Avneet exhaled shakily replying
"The landslide that took place today.. Amaira drew it already"
"Matlab ? " Siddharth asked confused
Avneet exhaled sharply, she got off the bed and walked towards the table where the drawing was kept
"See.. " She handed him the drawing snuggling into his chest again
Siddharth looked at the drawing, he exhaled sharply not believing
"Ye.. Amaira drew? " Siddharth asked surprised and worried
Avneet hmmed looking him
"She said that she had this dream at night " Avneet replied tensed
Siddharth gulped worried.. It was like she was predicting the future
Avneet closed her eyes exhausted remembering the flashback which changed their lives forever
Siddharth was sitting down the bed frustrated, his room was dark, no lights on, thoughts jumbled up his mind
Flashback~
"Siddharth you need to have control over your self" Avneet spatted angrily
"Each and every thing I should only do right!! Tumhaari toh kuch jimmedaari hai hi nahi " He spatted back angrily removing his tie frustrated
"Jimmedaari hai nahi Matlab? I'm handling our 3 kids?! " Avneet shouted angrily
"And I'm the one handling this house .. Teen bacche nahi sambhal sakti tum " Siddharth replied frustrated
Avneet chuckled hopeless looking at him
"Seriously? " She scoffed looking at him disappointed
"It's just one month after Samar and Samaira are born.. The one thing I'm asking you is to have a holiday atleast for few weeks till I get adjusted " Avneet spatted angrily
"I took five months leave during your pregnancy Avneet.. Are you serious? " Siddharth spatted back angrily
Avneet exhaled sharply frustrated, she gulped controlling her tears
"Okay.. Just have control over your anger!! I don't want your anger spoiling our kids" She replied softly gulping her tears down as she walked out the room
Siddharth exhaled sharply remembering, tears leaked his eyes just when he heard Abhishek's panicked voice
"Siddharth.. Siddharth please bahar aa.. Samar.. Samar is unconscious" Abhishek shouted worried
Siddharth ran out the room panicked, he ran towards Samar's room when he saw him lying unconscious
Avneet came behind him as Vaishnavi called her
Samaira was crying trying to wake him up
"We need to take him to hospital" Siddharth panicked picking him up
He ran towards the car with Avneet and Abhinavi behind

Hospital
Avneet was standing out the doctor's cabin worried, she exhaled sharply remembering
"Congratulations !!! You are blessed with twins " The doctor chirped excited
Avneet looked at Siddharth wide eyed not believing
"We.. We are? " Siddharth stammered as tears brimmed his eyes
"You have double dhamaka " The doctor chuckled
Siddharth chuckled looking at Avneet, they hugged each other tight as tears leaked their eyes
"But.. There's a minor complication! " The doctor exhaled sadly
Sidneet gazed the doctor worried
"What.. What complication? " Avneet asked panicked
"Mrs Nigam, you have dizygotic twins, they are rare in which two eggs are fertilized by two different sperms and in such cases, two babies grow simultaneously, the competition between them is high as they are completely different, monozygotic twins don't face much complication as they are from a single egg, but dizygotic twins compete.. So your one twin would be extremely weak "the doctor explained
" Weak.. In the sense? "Siddharth asked
" Means after he's born, he can have many health complications, even overexcitement Or overanger can also cause his BP to fluctuate leading to a chances of stroke "Doctor gulped
" And also this would be fatal for him because of the previous pregnancy "the doctor said
" What's previous pregnancy connection in this? "Avneet asked confused
" Amaira was six months pre mature Avneet because of placental irruption, this has lead to weak placental development.. Here we have two different placentas for two babies.. So definitely they are gonna be very weak increasing the complication "doctor explained
Avneet gulped controlling her tears looking at Siddharth,
" Our.. Our babies would be born na " she asked worried as a tear leaked her eye holding Siddharth's hand tight
"Hey.. We are gonna face this together.. Okay? " Siddharth assured her caressing her knuckles
The doctor smiled at their bond, they were about to leave when doctor interrupted
"Siddharth.. Woh.. " The doctor stuttered nervous
"Woh take this number.. He's a renowned psychologist" The doctor said giving him a card
"We don't need a psychologist! " Siddharth spatted angrily
"You need to show her Siddharth" Doctor shouted worried
"My daughter isn't crazy!! " Siddharth shouted loud throwing the card as he walked out the cabin
Avneet flinched as she felt a touch bringing her back to present, she gulped looking at Siddharth's hand on her shoulder.
She exhaled sharply looking at him, who gulped controlling his tears when the doctor came out the cabin
"Doctor.. How's how's he?" Siddharth asked panicked
"Nothing to worry about.. He's fine.. Just because of excessive crying he fell unconscious.. Par don't pressurize him aage se, he can't handle " The doctor replied disappointed
Siddharth hmmed looking at doctor guilty,
He exhaled sharply and walked out the hospital, Avneet went behind him, she knew what he was facing
He sat on the stairs outside hospital, tears leaking his eyes, Avneet sat beside him
"I.. I'm sorry.. I'm such a mess.. What sort of father or husband am I!! " He sobbed disappointed
"Siddharth.. " Avneet gulped controlling her tears ready to spill out
"I couldn't save Amaira... Samar has anger issues because of me... Leaving pain what have I ever given you? " He chuckled regretting
"Siddharth... I didn't waited for freaking one year to lose you... What happened with Amaira wasn't your fault and Samar is already weak hame doctor boli thi na " Avneet explained caressing his knuckles
"But I'm the root of all this problems na Avneet, when you needed me where was I? Did I ever supported you? You were handling both of them alone hopeless ... We aren't safe because of this occupation of mine.. I'm the one putting my own family in problems..you told me million times to have control over my anger but did I ever listened to you?Now Samar has it because of me " Siddharth spatted disappointed, tears leaking his eyes
"Siddharth please stop blaming yourself.. I.. I don't want to lose you.. You have returned to me from death and I'm not ready to lose you now... Please" Avneet cried bursting into tears
Siddharth engulfed her in a tight hug as she sobbed on his chest, he caressed her back.
