3rd Person POV:
Chifuyu and Takemichi were walking a bit behind Mitsuya, Y/n, and Hakkai.
"So in the end, Hakkai ended up going to The Black Dragons." Chifuyu sweatdropped as he whispered to Takemichi.
"Yeah..." Takemichi whispered back, "But I learnt one thing...Hakkai will definitely kill Taiju for Yuzuha's sake!!"
"Y/n...Taka-chan..." Hakkai hesitantly spoke, "Thank you. I...-"
Y/n cut him off, "Hakkai. Listen up to Mitsuya. He has something important to say." They spoke in a strict tone.
There was a pause of silence.
"...Hakkai." Mitsuya glanced over at Hakkai, "No matter how hard things get...Only use your strength to protect."
Takemichi let out a slightly confused expression, and silently peered at Hakkai. Hakkai's eyes widened in recognition due to what Mitsuya had said.
His eyes began to tear up, "Taka-chan..." Hakkai murmured.
"Don't hate the situation you're born into, Hakkai." Mitsuya smiled kindly towards the other male.
Meanwhile, Y/n's eyebrows furrowed inwardly at Mitsuya's words, "Mitsuya...is really nice." Their eyes sparkled a little.

Chifuyu, Y/n, and Takemichi were all together and hanging about with one another.
"I'm thinking of returning to the future." Takemichi admitted to the duo.
Y/n tilted their head, "Hm? Why?" They asked in a confused tone.
"Yeah." Chifuyu nodded in agreement with what Y/n said, "Hakkai joined the Black Dragons...So you haven't achieved anything, right?"
Takemichi paused for a second, "To protect Yuzuha-chan from Taiju's violence...Hakkai's gonna kill Taiju." He stated.
"Yeah. That's what we've guessed." Y/n agreed with narrowed eyes.
"But, since Mitsuya-kun and Y/n have freed Yuzuha-chan from Taiju...Hakkai no longer has a reason to kill him." Takemichi spoke; a light bulb over his head, "Shouldn't that change the future?"
Chifuyu and Y/n paused, both glancing at one another with dotted eyes.
"Yeah, maybe." Chifuyu agreed.
"Right?!" Takemichi exclaimed, his eyes sparkling with an excited expression.
Y/n frowned, "But what if nothing's changed?"
"...Then I'll come back here..." Takemichi stated, staring at Y/n as if they were dumb.
"How're you supposed to shake Naoto-kun's hand if you're in jail?" Y/n deadpanned, facepalming slightly.
"Ah!" Takemichi gasped in realisation, "Y/n's right!! How would I get back here...??!"
"If you go to the future right now, you might not be able to come back." Chifuyu grimaced, not wanting to lose someone he considered his best friend once again, "It's way too risky!!"
"Besides, Mitsuya-kun and Y/n were the ones who freed Yuzuha-chan, not you." Chifuyu thought for a second, "If you haven't changed anything, then the future won't change either, will it?"
"...Good point..." Takemichi agreed, "I'm so glad I have friends to prevent me from making such a fatal mistake!!"
"You're such a dumbass, Takemitchy! Are you really 26 years old inside?" Y/n complained, poking the male.
"I'm so ashamed. Would've been the end if i'd gone back to the future." Takemichi shivered, sweatdropping at your teasing.
"Takemitchy! Y/n!" Hakkai's voice echoed, "Oh! Chifuyu, too!!"
Hakkai was slightly panting, as if he was trying to purposefully find them, "I finally found you guys!"

The four of them then all sat down, facing each other.
"Y/n...can you tell Taka-chan...that I said thanks?" Hakkai asked Y/n shyly. He had already thanked you, but also wished to thank Mitsuya.
Y/n hummed in agreement, "Sure."
Takemichi seemed confused, per usual, "But...Why?"
Hakkai paused for a second, "My home life is complicated. We don't have a mum in our family, and since we were little, our dad's hardly ever been at home." He admitted.
Y/n's eyes dulled for a couple seconds, as they began to glare at the ground.
"So, the one in charge...is Taiju, the oldest sibling." Hakkai began to explain.
"He's been a 'king' since he was a kid." Y/n added in with a scoff, "The only reason why is 'cause he was just bigger and stronger than all the other kids."
"More than anything, he's great at capturing people's hearts. All of Taiju's followers love him." Hakkai hummed, "Taiju's an expert at using violence."
Takemichi gulped slightly, knowing the last fact from first-hand experience.
"He doesn't pull any punches. If he beats someone, he does it thoroughly." Hakkai bitterly grimaced, "Even to his own siblings..."
"I...thought love was supposed to be painful." Hakkai's voice cracked slightly, "Because that's how I was raised. That was normal for me."
Takemichi silently gasped at that, feeling awfully bad already for Hakkai and Yuzuha.
"Taka-chan turned my entire world upside down." Hakkai began to grin, "It was a real shock. Even though he could've been playing, he had to look after those two little kids. His home life looked really hard."
"But he smiled about it." Hakkai nostalgically remembered meeting Mitsuya, "When I ate the food Taka-chan made...I don't know why, but it made me cry like a baby."
"He told me something. 'Use violence to protect'." Hakkai commented, "Back then, I swore...to protect my family."
"Since then, I've been taking Yuzuha's beatings for her." Hakkai hesitantly said.
Y/n irked at Hakkai's words, "I really hate Taiju..."
"I protected her this whole time. But he...broke his promise." Hakkai said, "He hit Yuzuha, just like always."
"That dirty bastard!" Takemichi scowled, sweat going down his face.
Chifuyu also seemed shocked, "What a total asshole!" He glared.
"Agreed...We should just kick that guy's ass already!!" Y/n exclaimed.
"You see? He thinks nothing of that agreement he just made with Y/n and Taka-chan." Hakkai spoke, "He'll never let Yuzuha go free!" He had a sombre expression.
"That's awful...." Takemichi was shocked by what a bad person Taiju was, "Then, how can we help Yuzuha-chan...?"
"I'm embarrassed to admit it, but even now, standing before Taiju makes me shake." Hakkai's fists began to shake, "I can't do a damn thing."
"...Hakkai." Takemichi felt pity upon the other male.
"If Taiju wasn't around...-" Hakkai then stood up, "That's why I decided I wanted to quit Toman. I didn't want to give Toman a bad name."
"To protect my family, I'm going to use violence." Hakkai's eyes darkened, "I'm going to kill Taiju."
Y/n felt their eyes widen and heartbeat pump loudly in their ears, "Hakkai and I...have quite similar views about our families." A secret yet broad smile appeared on Y/n's face.
"WHAT?!!" Takemichi gaped, his voice cracking as he screamed.
Chifuyu's jaw also dropped, not expecting this kind of behaviour from someone like Hakkai.
"So, don't worry about me anymore." Hakkai smiled innocently, "I'm prepared to get arrested."
"Why are you telling us this?" Y/n couldn't help but ask, having not told many about their own plans of murder.
"Putting my determination into words...I guess." Hakkai then paused, "If I don't, then I'll get too scared. I'm weak like that."
Hakkai then got up to leave, "We didn't know each other for long...But it was fun, Takemitchy." Hakkai spoke.
"It was nice knowing you as well, Y/n." Hakkai murmured, as he bid them goodbye.
Hakkai planned on going to jail.
And didn't plan on getting out.
