Riley's pov
I walk around the school to find Indira
"Riley!"
I turn around to see Indira waving her hand with a smile on her face and I go up to her
Indira's outfit:
"Hey Indira, You needed help with something?" I asked
"Yup can you help me with my dress since Evie started it but it's half way done so could you help me with it?" she asked
"Of course I'll help you" I said with a smile
"Thanks Ry" she said
We go to her room and she showed me her dress and I started to work on it
"How's it going for you and Jay?" I asked her as I sewed her dress
"It's going great really even if we haven't dated for a long time but we are going amazing" she said happily
"That's good to hear" I said
"What about you and wolf boy" she asked
"Great as always and he give me a promise ring today" I said and showed her the ring
"Aw. That's so cute and love the ring too" she said with a smile
"Thanks it looks handmade so I guess he made it since yours is also handmade by Jay" I said
Indira's ring:
"Yeah I guess your right about that" she said
I go back on working her dress
"Where is Weiss and Aria, Azari by the way?" I asked
"Weiss and Aria are helping out with the Cotillion and Azari is in one of his classes right now" she said
I nod and continue working on her dress
Third pov
Mal, Evie, Jay, Wyatt and Carlos are walking through the courtyard as Mal looked stressed
Some girl walked pass Wyatt and Jay looking at them all lovey dovey but Wyatt rolls his eyes at them because he doesn't care for those girls since he got a girl who's princess beautiful
"Hi Jay, Wyatt" they said
"Hey, hey what's up?" Jay said and waves at them
Wyatt does nothing and keeps walking
"Why do you guys torture them? Just pick someone to take to Cotillion already" Carlos said looking at them
"I don't care for those girls since I have my girlfriend Riley who I'm going with remember Los" Wyatt said
"Yeah. I'm going with Indira. She is my girlfriend remember" Jay says back
Carlos looks at Wyatt
"Did Riley like the promise ring Wy?" Carlos asked
"Yup, she loved" Wyatt said with a smile
"Glad she loved it. You really becoming a lover wolf" Evie said with a smile
"Yeah he is" Jay said and wraps his arm around Wyatt's shoulders
Wyatt chuckles
"Ah! You guys are the experts. Um, Jay and Wyatt... if you guys gonna ask someone, what's the best way to go?" Carlos asked the two
"Listen, all you got to do.. is look like us" Jay said and removes his arm from Wyatt and places his hand on Carlos's shoulder
Evie and Wyatt chuckled
"Oh, ha-ha" Carlos said
All of a sudden Jane came up to them looking at Mal
"Mal"
Mal looks at her
"Hey Jane" Carlos said
"Hey" Jane said with a smile
"I was wondering...uh... if you liked the carrot cake last night?" Carlos asks Jane
"I had the pumpkin pie" Jan said with a smile
"Oh, cool. Um, uh-" Carlos said
Jay walks up behind grabbing his shoulders
"Smooth" both Jay and Wyatt said at the same time as the three walked away

Jay and Wyatt go to Evie's room to get Chad and they are in their fencing uniforms with their gym bags with them
"Amphitheater in five!" Jay said
"Why did the coach make him caption instead of me? I'm obviously better. 'King Chad' though. I do rather like that. You know who else would like that?" Chad said
"Who?" Evie asked
"Audrey" Chad said
"Chad, let's go" Wyatt said
"I'm coming. Yeah. Oh" Chad said as he grabs his stuff looking sad and walks over to Wyatt and Jay as they leave
Waytt's pov
Carlos, Jay and I are at R.O.A.R practice with the rest of the team
"All right, boys. Let's line it up. Carlos, you're with me. Let's go" Jay said to the team
"Yeah" Carlos said and give me a fist bump
"Assembler, Salute. Lower point. Masks down. En garde" Jay said as he puts his helmet down and as his sword up
"Keep your center!" I said to Carlos as I fences my own opponent
"Whoa" Carlos said
We continue fencing
"Eyes on your opponent! Up and over" Jay said
Then out of nowhere two people show up hidden under uniforms and one ends up fighting Jay as the other fights me
"Get him, Jay/ Wyatt!" two team members said
"Nice" Jay and I said together as we pushed them away
We continued to fence when they took my and Jay's swords away from us
"Jay, Wyatt what happened?" Carlos asked
"Finish them!" Chad yells
Then the two take off their helmet revealing Lonnie and Riley with small smirks on their faces
"It's Lonnie and Riley" Jane said in shock
I smirked at my princess because she really has some moves
"Woo! Yeah Lonnie, Riley!" Weiss, Aria and Indira said together
"Not bad guys" Jay said with a smirk
"You should put us on the team" Lonnie said with a smile
"Hey, w-what?! No, no, no. We'll- we'll be the laughing stock of the league" Chad said in disbelief
I see Indira her flight manipulation and flew down standing beside Lonnie and she cross her arms over her chest
" You were saying Chad?" she said in a annoyed tone
"We'll be the laughing stock of the league. A-and what's gonna happen next? We'll have girls playing tourney? Come on, guys" Chad said to you
"Girls can play sports too. You shouldn't think that sports is a man's game only because it's too dangerous for girls and stuff" Indira said getting a bit mad
"Or girls don't have the strength like men do" Riley finished
"I agree with them" Jay said
Chad looks at Jay as he pulls out a book
"Uh, so have you not read the rule book? Section 2, paragraph 3, 11-4 'A team will be comprised of a captain and eight men' Hmm? Why don't you read the rule book?" Chad said
I rolled my eyes as I listened to Chad since that's just really wrong. If Willa and Wynter heard this they would take down Chad easily since girls can be strong and do what us guys do
"Okay, yeah, but you're down two men! I mean since Ben had to leave to do all that king stuff and other dropped out" Lonnie said
"Exactly. We're down two men" Chad said
I had enough of this and came closer to be beside my princess
"Like what Riley and Indira said Chad, you shouldn't place a gender on a sport" I said with a small snarl
"Jay..." Lonnie and Riley said together as they look at Jay
"I'm sorry. Coach trusts me. I'm not gonna stay captain if I just throw out the rule book" Jay said
"I'm sorry guys" Indira said with a sigh
Both girls gives her a small smile then Lonnie turns to Chad
"If my mother thought that way, she would have lost the war" Lonnie said and walked off with Indira following her
Riley's pov
That made me upset since I grew up fighting and hearing that from Chad making it sound like girls aren't able to do the sports that guys can just hurt me on a personal level. I throw my helmet to the ground as my necklace started glowing and my sun chains started to form in my hands which made Chad jump and was about to hit him with it but Wyatt stopped me and turned to Jay and he nods as he understands
"All right, guys. Practice is over. Let's go" Jay said and the team leaves
I scoffed a bit
"I can't believe Chad. Stuck up snobby littler person. He really gets on my nerves. Saying that girls can't do things that guys can that's work coming from a girl who was taught how to fight at the age of 6 years old" I said
"Riley. Calm down. Ok. Your necklace is going off when you get very angry" Wyatt said looking at my necklace
I took a deep breath as my necklace stopped glowing and the sun chains disappeared
"I'm sorry. I'm just upset at Chad. He should've treated me and Lonnie like that. We did good today but all because of a stupid rule book, me and Lonnie can't be on the team" I said as I look at Wyatt
He sighs
"I know. I wish you two could too but rules are rules" he said
"I know. I'm not mad at you wolfie" I said and scratched behind his ear
Wyatt let's out a happy noise as I did that
Then the bell rings
"I'll see you at lunch" I said and stopped
"Ok princess" he said and gives me a peck on the lips
I smiled and walked away
~Time skip~
Wyatt's pov
I walk back to my, Carlos and Jay's shared room
When I see Mal walking a bit fast so stopped her
"Mal are you okay? Have you seemed a bit off lately?" I asked her
She looks at me
"Wyatt do you miss growling, snarling at people showing that you are the feared Alpha you are?" she asked
"Not really" I said
"What? Why?" she asked in confusion
"Because my whole villain side was just an act since I didn't like what we did back then and remember I had a rougher childhood than everyone and now being away from it and being here. I'm with the girl of my dreams who's my mate too it's way better since this was my home before I was put on the Isle and now I'm back and I want to stay here because this is my home not the Isle" I said to her
Once I said that I see her eyes glow green and I had my eyes glow it's crimson red color and my necklace glow red
"It doesn't work on me Mal. Nice try" I said with a small growl
I have my eyes go back to normal and my necklace stops glowing and her eyes also go back to normal
She was about to open her mouth again but I stopped her
"Bye Mal" I said and walked away
Because what I said is the truth not a lie
