Lloyd's POV
[Y/n] had covered her face by tying a scarf around the bottom part of her face, and by stealing my hoodie she covered her hair with the hood.
We decided on flying over to the hospital first, I tried to stay mostly hidden from the public by staying above the clouds. Unfortunately for this method, Ninjago City has pretty good weather and clear skies.
[Y/n] was gripping my torso pretty tightly, luckily I had recovered from being hit by a car so it didn't hurt.
"This is so cool!" She shouted.
I smiled, I had been told by Sensei that [Y/n] was also aged up slightly by tomorrows tea. The only difference was that she didn't know.
"She's going to find out eventually that she's technically dating a 13 year old." I said after she had left.
"You've been told that the two of you are in danger, and that's what your worried about?" Kai responded, smacking the back of my head.
"Don't hit him, he's only a child!" Nya came to my defence... I think.
I had just told them all about what we had been told, and we were now sitting in the games room.
"One of us should patrol outside of [Y/n]'s house, just to be safe." Zane added, ignoring my other crisis.
"I'll do it."
Everyone turned to me, mixed emotions on their faces.
"Oh yeah, the two people that are in danger. What could go wrong there?" Jay began in his usual sarcastic tone.
"Nothing would go wrong. I am perfectly capable-"
"Wrong! Everything could go wrong!"
"Jay's got a point." Cole stated.
"I don't care. I'm going."
"Damn, emo teenager phase already?" Kai whispered to Nya.
Sensei walked in, I was expecting him to agree with the others. I couldn't go against my uncle, the others I could, but Wu? My mum would kill me.
"Lloyd will go to [Y/n]'s to keep watch, we need to be able to watch over them both at the same time."
"That makes sense." Zane agreed, I love Zane.
"Lloyd, come with me." Sensei said. Oh god, more bad news?
I followed him as he walked toward the kitchen.
"You're right, [Y/n] will find out that you have been aged up slightly."
"I knew it! What am I supposed to do?"
"Let me finish," I nodded quietly, I didn't want him to change his mind about letting me watch over [Y/n], "[Y/n] was also aged up by tomorrows tea, except she doesn't know."
"How? What happened?"
"When she was younger, her parents were close friends with Mistaké. [Y/n] would often be under her care in the tea shop, but [Y/n] was... a difficult child. I know, I was there when it happened."
"How old was [Y/n]?"
"She was three, and very mobile. Mistaké put her in a time out in the store room, where she keeps the special teas. [Y/n] had climbed up the shelf and eaten some of the tea leaves. The reason she doesn't remember is because we got the master of mind to insert false memories into her brain. Otherwise we would've had a six-year-old with a three-year-olds ability."
"So... [Y/n] is thirteen as well, she just doesn't know."
"That is exactly what I have just said." He smacked the top of my head with his staff, "Don't act like you have just figured that out yourself."
I rubbed my head, "I wasn't!"
So now, it wasn't weird. I just had to get [Y/n] to remember that she was actually thirteen before she figured out that I was thirteen. Easy.
[Y/n]'s POV
Something no one ever mentions about flying is that... it's so cold up above the clouds. It is pretty though.
Lloyd lowered us down as we got closer to the hospital, I could see people on the streets pointing up at us.
"Oh god... what if they follow us into the hospital or something and find out who we are?" I said quickly.
"Don't worry about it, I'll fly up like I'm going to the monastery but we'll drop out of the sky and land on the hospital roof."
"We'll what?"
"It's okay, I've done this before."
"I haven't!"
"I'll catch you."
"Okay, when are we-"
I couldn't help but let out a scream as the dragon disappeared from beneath us. I could hear Lloyd laughing at me, I opened my eyes and made the mistake of looking down.
"Oh my god!"
"Hey calm down," he grabbed hold of my hand, "I'll catch you, remember."
I nodded. Lloyd let go of my hand and began falling faster than me, he landed expertly on the roof. He caught me like he said he would.
"Told you it'd be okay."
"That was so weird. It was like I was a bird that forgot how to fly." I laughed nervously, I could feel my heart pounding in my chest.
We walked over to the roof access door, taking our face coverings off. Lloyd had a key for it, as did the rest of the Ninja he explained.
"You know, incase we have to bring injured people."
I lead him over to Olly's room. The glares at us didn't stop in the hospital. If Lloyd wasn't a Ninja, how on earth would he get medical attention? I thought they swore an oath to help everyone... maybe the son of Lord Garmadon was an exception to Hippocrates' oath.
"He deserves to be treated like this."
"Shut up M."
"Wait here for like two seconds, I want to give you a big entrance to my Dad." I pushed open Olly's door.
"Hi [Y/n]. Why aren't you at school sweetheart?" My dad asked, looking up from the newspaper. The front page was still about what Lloyd had said to his Dad during that fight... awkward.
"I'll tell you in a sec, kinda long story. But first I want you to meet my soulmate!"
My dad stood up, he had been waiting for this moment ever since I was born. Tough dad mode: Activated.
"Where is he?" He was trying his best at a gruff voice, it wasn't very good.
"Dad, don't be weird. Apparently you already know his entire family."
My dad gave me a look of confusion which slowly faded once I dragged Lloyd into the room.
"Oh, Hi Lloyd."
"Wait, [D/n] is your dad?" Lloyd turned to me.
"Uh yeah. Why did everyone meet before we did?"
"I did help Wu and..." My dad looked at Lloyd and his eyes softened a little, "Oh, you look so much like him when he was younger." He smiled slightly, "I always knew I should've let you two meet earlier."
"What?" I exclaimed, "We could've met when we were younger? Who stopped you?"
"No one. It was my fault. I thought I could train you all by myself [Y/n]..." He sat back down, "So tell me, how did you meet?"
"The first time, or the second time?" Lloyd asked with a smile.
"In my defence, I didn't know it was you that I hit with the car."
"You hit him with the car? Why were you driving?"

After telling my dad the chaotic way in which we met, twice, we told him about what Wu had told us. He was concerned for our safety, of course, but understood that we couldn't just stay locked in a room waiting for the inevitable.
"Bye [Y/n]. Take good care of my daughter, Lloyd." He had started his tough guy charade again, "Or else."
"I will, Sir."
My dad laughed and gave us both a hug before we left. After walking out of the hospital and back onto the roof, Lloyd turned to me, "So, what do you wanna do now?"
"Ooh. Can we go to the other monastery that your Uncle owns. Please."
"Sure." He smiled and summoned his dragon again.

We decided to walk through the jungle, flying over it to get to the monastery could give the wrong people a clue to where it was located.
As we were walking M started saying some weird stuff in my head.
"Finally, I have my chance."
Oh no. I had to warn Lloyd somehow.
"Lloyd! There's a ghost in my head and I think he wants to do something to us! I didn't know. I'm sorry."
My body shook slightly and a figure was now floating in front of us.
"[Y/n], why didn't you say anything?"
"I thought I was just going crazy or something! And he was nice to me a little."
M began laughing, his voice sounded different now that he wasn't inside of my head. It sounded echoey and... dead.
"You were perfect for my plan [Y/n]. Thank you so much for allowing me this chance." M's voice came again.
"What do you want?" Lloyd demanded.
"Isn't it obvious? I was supposed to be the Green Ninja! Not you!" M charged at Lloyd and morphed into his body. Lloyd fell to the ground, I dropped onto my knees and tried to help him.
"Lloyd! Don't let him hurt you! Please!" I hugged him tightly, not wanting to lose him so soon after finding him.
Lloyd hugged me back, but told me something that I didn't want to hear, "When I let go, run for your life..."
I choked back my tears, "O-Okay."
Lloyd's grip on me loosened and I started running in the direction of the monastery. I had no idea if I was going the right way, or how far we were. The only thing I knew was I couldn't look back.
Third person POV
"I won't let you hurt her." Lloyd cautioned the ghost now fighting to control him.
"Oh yeah, what are you gonna do to stop me."
"Everything."
Lloyd's body fell to the floor, as Lloyd was no longer able to keep Morro from gaining control.
"Now. Where did you go, [y/n]."
Morro, now in full control moved forward. He couldn't let [Y/n] warn the others about Lloyd's possession.
[Y/n]'s POV
I knew that tears were streaming down my face as I blindly ran through the vegetation of the jungle. How could I be such an idiot, not to tell anyone about M? My lungs burned and my head felt as though it was about to explode. I couldn't stop, not yet. I had to get someone, anyone to save Lloyd.
I heard the familiar trickling of the stream by the monastery and ran toward it. Once it came into my vision so did Wu and Lloyd's mum.
"[Y/n]? Are you okay?"
The water enveloped my ankles as I trudged through the stream.
"Lloyd. He was... He was possessed and it's all my fault!"

25th August 2022 (GCSE results day 🫣🫣) ((I am so scared lmao))
Omg! He was possessed, didn't see that coming!!
The plot is now going to loosely follow the possession season, however, Nya obviously already has her powers so I'm going to have to figure something out there. 😧
Also get ready for some family fun time, as Lord Garmadon will begin to actually be important to the plot. Oh and more angst, cus I like to feel pain. :)
I'll be updating every other Thursday so I don't burn out :))
