Today was a big day. The day of judgement, presumably the day of justice. Haseena and her family were sitting in their respective places. Anubhav was on his chair along with his assistant, Shivani. He looked at Haseena who was lost in some thoughts. She felt him gazing at her. She looked at him and he passed a smile of assurance, it seemed like he was saying, 'Don't worry, Everything will be alright.' She answered him with a small lip-tied smile.
In a few minutes, Saajid, the college's trustee and the dean entered inside. Following them, Indar took inside by some police officers. Saajid and Indar's faces had smirks. They were confident as they believed the police would state in their favour. He eyed Haseena. She too looked at him with the eyes of fire. Though her eyes were a bit teary, she looked like an angry goddess. Cheetah and Karan were finding it difficult to control their rage.
At the next moment, the judge came there. Everyone stood up and sat after he sat on his chair. Indar was standing in the witness box. The judge said in a serious tone,
JUDGE: Jaisa ki sabko pata hain, yeh mukaddame ki sunwaai bahut pehle hi honi thi. Par advocate Anubhav Singh ke accident ke wajah se yeh case delay ho gaya. Aur aaj iski dusri sunwayi hain. Defence lawyer mukaddame ki shuruaat kar sakte hain.
Saajid Malik stood up from his chair and said,
SM: Thank you, your honour. Your honour, jaisa ki aap sab log jaante hain ki mere begunah client par jo jhutha ilzaam lagaya gaya hain aur...
Anubhav quickly got up from his chair and said while cutting him in middle,

JUDGE: Permission granted.
Inspecter Shinde came inside the witness box. Saajid asked him,
SM: Inspector Shinde, aapne jo investigation ki hain iss case mein, Haseena Malik ke kaale karnaamo ki jo padtal ki hain ki kaise Haseena Malik ne mere client ko phasane ki koshish ki hain, yeh iss adalat ko batayiye. Aur yeh bhi batayiye ki mere client ek dum sharif insaan hain. Unhone aisa ghinona kaam nahi kiya, jiske baare mein aapne apne investigation mein pata lagaya hain.
The inspector looked at him for a second and then AnuSeena. He turned to the judge and said,
INSPECTOR: Your honour, pichhle tarikh mein aapne humari team ko order diya tha ki ek mahine mein iss case ki poori investigation honi chahiye.
The judge shook his head in response. The inspector continued,
INSPECTOR: Aur jab humne investigation kiya toh hume pata chala ki Mr. Indar Kumar ne hi Haseena Malik ka rape kiya hain. Woh doshi hain.
Saajid, the trustee, the dean and Indar looked at him with great shock. The earth slipped under their feet. Saajid angrily asked,
SM: Yeh kya bakwas kar rahe hain aap? Your honour, yeh insaan poori tarike se jhuth bol raha hain mere client ko phasane ke liye. Inhone zaroor paise khaye hain dusre wakil se.
Anubhav stood up and said with a smirk,

Anubhav looked at Saajid. After sharing a small angry glare, Saajid sat on his chair. Anubhav came near the inspector and asked him,
AS: Haan toh Inspector sahab, kya aap nyayalay mein batane ka kashth karenge ki kaise aapne yeh pata lagaya ki Indar Kumar doshi hain?
Inspector looked at the judge and said,
INSPECTOR: Your honour, investigation ke dauran hum crime scene par gaye the. Wanha par hume koi thos saboot toh nahi mila par ek rumaal mila tha ek kone par. Uss rumaal ko jab humne forensic lab mein bheja toh expert ne kaha uss par halke se chloroform ke traces the. Aur Haseena Malik ne bhi FIR mein yeh hi likhwaya tha ki unhe pehle behosh kiya tha, chloroform sunghakar.
Saajid quickly got up and spoke,
SM: Your honour, yeh baat pehle hi saabit ho gayi hain ki Haseena Malik ka rape hua hain. Par yeh nahi hui ki yeh rape Indar Kumar ne kiya hain. Inspector Shinde baar baar yeh hi baat dohara kar adalat ka waqt barbad kar rahe hain.
JUDGE: Malik sahab, abhi Inspector Shinde ki baat khatam nahi hui hain. Pehle unhe sab kuch bolne dijiye. Phir aap unhe cross-examine kar sakte hain. Lekin aise beech mein bolkar aap hi adalat ka waqt barbad kar rahe hain.
SM: Sorry, your honour.
Saajid said while looking down and sat on his chair. Indar was glaring at him angrily and pressing his teeth. Anubhav turned to the inspector and asked,
AS: Haan toh inspector sahab, aap kya keh rahe the?
INSPECTOR: (to judge) Your honour, janha par crime hua tha woh area thoda sa sunsaan tha. Par usse kuch doori par ek paan shop hain. Uss paan shop ke maalik se jab humne puchhtachh ki toh usne bataya ki wanha se kaale rang ki car nikli thi. Aur bilkul aisa hi hume Haseena Malik ne bhi bataya tha ki unhe bhi Indar Kumar ne kaale rang ki car mein hi lift di thi.
Saajid again spoke in the middle,
SM: Yanhi inke jhuth ka pardafash ho jaata hain, your honour. Mere client Indar Kumar ke paas ya unki family mein kisi ke paas bhi kaale rang ki koi bhi car nahi hain. Saajid shouted. Anubhav said in stern voice,

JUDGE: Permission granted.
After a few seconds, a man came inside the witness box. The inspector stood beside him outside the witness box. Anubhav asked the man,
AS: Aapka naam kya hain, shreeman? Aur aap Indar Kumar ko kaise jaante hain?
MAN: Mera naam Prem Kapadiya hain. Indar aur main college ke friends hain.
AS: Haan toh Kapadiya ji, kya aapne apni car Indar Kumar ko di thi **/**/2021 ko? (the day when rape happened)
PREM: Ji, uss din nahi, uske ke ek din pehle sham ko di thi.
AS: Kyun?

The judge asked Saajid,

Indar angrily closed his eyes for a moment. But Saajid wondered why this inspector was telling truth. He had taken a bribe to say lie. Then why he was doing this? The inspector again continued,
INSPECTOR: Aur itna hi nahi, your honour, humare padtal mein yeh bhi saabit ho gaya hain ki college ke dean aur trustee ne Haseena Malik ke pariwaar ke saamne iss maamle ko dabane ke liye kaha tha, unhe rishvat dene ki bhi koshish ki thi. Saare gawah aur suboot bas issi baat ko pakka karte hain ki Indar Kumar gunehgaar hain.
Anubhav looked at the judge and said,
AS: Nyayadhish Mahoday, ab kuch kehne ke liye bacha nahi hain. Har cheez paani ki tarah saaf hain. Parantu phir bhi hume aapko do aur aisi baatein batani hain jisse har ek gutthi (puzzle) sulajh jaayegi aur yeh siddha ho jaayega ki doshi Indar hi hain.
JUDGE: Koun si baatein?
Anubhav turned to the inspector and asked,
AS: Inspector sahab, jab humare saath durghatna hui thi, jis jeep se hume takkar maari thi, aap zara uske baare mein batayenge nyayadhish mahoday ko.
INSPECTOR: Judge sahab, yeh case delay ho gaya Anubhav Singh ke accident ke wajah se. Zahir si baat hain ki sabke deemag mein ek baar toh yeh shak aaya gaya hoga ki yeh mehez ek accident nahi hain. Anubhav sahab ne bhi iske baare mein complaint likhwaayi thi. Jeep ka number plate nakli tha iss liye hume jeep ko trace to nahi kar paaye par Anubhav ji ne jeep driver ka chehra dekh liya tha. Unki madad se humne uss driver ka chehra banwaya. Bahut dino tak woh hume mila nahi. Kyun ki usse underground kiya gaya tha. Par humare network ne aakhir kaar usse pakad hi liya. Police ke sakt puchhtachh karne ke baad usne bataya ki usse medical college ke trustee, defence lawyer Saajid Malik aur Indar Kumar ne Anubhav Singh ka accident karne ke liye paise diye the.
Saajid Malik shouted,
SM: Your honour, yeh sab hume phasane ki koshish kar rahe hain. Hum mein se kisi ne bhi aisa nahi kiya hain.

The judge granted the permission. The driver came there. His face had some bruises as the police applied their strict investigation policy on him. He answered every question honestly. As the police were strict with him while investigating, he didn't keep this secret inside him and told them everything of Indar, Saajid and the trustee's truth in court. After saying everything police took him with them. Haseena was feeling sad as she thought, because of her, Anubhav had gone through this pain whereas everyone else was angrily glaring at Indar and Saajid. Anubhav said to the judge.
AS: Aur ab hum ek antim aur bahut hi mahatvapurn baat iss Nyayalay ke saamne laana chahte hain, nyayadhish mahoday.
JUDGE: Kaun si baat?
After taking the permission, Anubhav again called the inspector inside the witness box. And asked him,
AS: Inspector sahab, aapne itni padtal ki hain, zahir si baat hain ki iss padtal mein aapko kuch pareshaani bhi jhelni paid hogi. Kya aap uske baare mein kuch bata sakte hain?
The inspector looked at the judge and said in an angry and serious tone,
INSPECTOR: Your honour, teen din pehle hume defence lawyer ne apne office milne bulaya tha. Aur hume iss case mein jhuthi gawahi dene ke liye aur jhuthi investigation report dene ke liye 50 lakh rupaye ki rishwat ki peshkash ki thi.
Saajid quickly got up and said in loud voice,
SM: Yeh sab jhuth hain, judge sahab. Baar baar adalat mein jhuth bolkar adalat ka keemti waqt barbad kiya jaa raha hain aur hum jaise sharifon par kichad uchhala jaa raha hain.
INSPECTOR: (in a little loud voice) humare paas pure suboot hain iss baat ke. Your honour, hume in logon ko range haaton pakadna tha iss liye tab humne inko rishvat ke liye haan kaha tha.
He looked at one of his constables. The constable came there with a briefcase and put it in front of the judge where two people usually sit. He also put a file there. The inspector said,
INSPECTOR: Your honour, iss briefcase mein 50 lakh rupaye hain jo hume rishvat ke taur par diye the. Iss briefcase par Saajid Malik ke fingerprints bhi hain aur saath hi saath ek gold ki chain bhi jo Saajid Malik ne hi apne gale se utar kar hume di thi yeh keh kar ki iske badle woh Indar Kumar se isse bhi badi rakam maang lenge. Aur iske saath saath humne humari investigation report bhi do hain.
Saajid Malik closed his eyes. Everyone was angry. These guys do anything for money and their so called prestige. Indar was angry too. His patience was getting over. The trustee and the dean were looking down. The inspector said,
INSPECTOR: Judge sahab, ab yeh case bilkul saaf hain. Humari investigation puri tarah se impartial hain. Humne na hi kisi ke liye emotions dikhaye hain aur na hi kisi se paise liye hain. Aur aakhirkaar yeh paaya hain ki Indar Kumar ne hi Haseena Malik ka rape kiya hain. Woh gunehgaar hain. Aur usse kadi se kadi saza milni chahiye. Usse kya saza milni chahiye, yeh humse behtar aap jaante hain. Humne aapna kaam kar diya hain. Thank you!
AS: Nyayadhish Mahoday, ab kisi bhi gawah ya sakshya ki koi avashyakta nahi hain. Yeh saabit ho gaya hain ki Indar Kumar ne hi yeh ghinona kritya kiya hain. Issi ne ek maasoom ladki ko itni peeda pahunchai hain.
Haseena's eyes were having tears. Before the judge or Anubhav say anything, Indar shouted top of his voice as his patience was over.
