'Why have you called this emergency meeting?' Vittoria asks.
'Why is Jasmine here and not Matteo?' Terzo asks.
'She knows how The Ravens act and how they work, I also don't want to loose another son during this mission.' She replies.
'Christianto has seen my face,' I say.
'That's impossible,' Alessandro says.
'Christianto is the black man,' Xuan adds.
'The what?' Lorenzo asks.
'The man who you said you saw at the mall with us?' Zoya asks.
'Can you just explain who the god damned Black man is and how this is linked to Christianto.' Vittoria snaps.
'Xuan and I have been followed ever since Adriano's death,' I explain. 'Yesterday I saw him again and he attacked me.
'She went to the bathroom while we were shopping for the baby shower.' Xuan adds.
'The man pinned me to the wall and pulled down his mask and I saw Christianto in front of me.' I say. 'He's been following me and knows how I look.'
'You're just telling us that you've been getting followed?' Vittoria asks.
'We thought we were imagining it.' Xuan explains.
'The Ravens are very skilled at making it seem like you're loosing your mind.' Jasmine says, finally speaking.
'I thought it was Adriano at first, but when Alessandro, Xuan and I dug up the body we realised it was actually him.' I say.
'You did what!' Alora exclaims.
'Without telling us, we're a team,' Amira adds.
'It was quite an impulsive decision,' Alessandro says.
Everyone starts shouting, barking questions at us and trying to figure things out.
'Shut up!' Vittoria yells. 'If anyone talks over me I will shoot you right now.'
She cocks her gun and places it on the table to show that she's not bluffing.
'Let me get this straight, a man has been following you for about three weeks and a half now and you've just found out that he's the leader of The Ravens,' Vittoria says.
Xuan and I nod our heads in agreement.
'What are we going to do now?' Terzo asks.
'Dilara can't take the USB from them now that they know who she is.' Alora says.
'There will be no change in plans,' Vittoria says. 'Dilara will take the USB, but at no cost will she remove her mask.'
'Isn't that too risky?' Xuan asks.
'She'll have the tattoo of the demons on her back and Christianto will be too drunk to realise.' Vittoria replies. 'Lorenzo will drug his wine.'
'I can do a damn good job at making that tattoo look as real as possible.
'We need to find out why he revealed his face to you though,' Jasmine says. 'There's no reason for him to do that.'
'Maybe he just wanted to show you how fucking hot he is,' Zoya shrugs, earning a glare from a Terzo but she shoots him a smirk.
'Go back to training all of you and remember we leave in four days.' Vittoria says walking towards Jasmine.
We all get out of our seats and make our way to the training room.
When we walk in I realise that there are some new faces here. I forgot that the most trusted people come to train here too.
I see Mimi sitting on one of the benches holding a cup of iced coffee.
She walks towards me and gives me a right hug.
'Are you ok?' She asks.
'You know me, a magnet for trouble,' I laugh.
She hands me the cup of iced coffee and I give her a big smile.
'I know you've been struggling with drinking, so I made you this and I've made a promise that I will make you one everyday until you forget about Tequila.' She explains.
'That's the cutest thing you've done so far,' Alessandro says, coming to hug her from behind.
She laughs and looks up at him. I smile at them softly, they're adorable together.
'Thank you so much Mimi,' I say smiling. 'Oh and I've prepared everything for your gender reveal.'
'Thank you,' she says.
I walk over to the knife wall and place my drink on the table.
I take off my grey hoodie, and expose my black tank top underneath.
I turn around to see a guy with a curly Afro, his arms are covered in tattoos and his eyes are a piercing green colour.
I pick up one of the knives and twirl it between my fingers.
I breathe in deeply and throw it at the outlines on the wall.
It hits the outlines head. I pick up another one and it hits their heart.
The boy behind me comes next to me and claps.
'You're pretty good at this.' He says.
I pick up another knife and throw it and it hits the heart.
'Who even are you?' I ask, throwing another knife.
'Tristan, Tristan Alvarez,' he replies extending his hand.
'Well Tristan, just know I'm not interested.' I say calmly.
'I'm flattered but I have a wife,' he laughs.
'I'm Dilara Caesar,' I reply.
'Oh I know,' he replies. 'Everyone talked about the badass the Giovanni's found at Stanford High.'
'How come I've never seen you around?' I ask.
'Vittoria had me in a mission in Morocco,' he explains. 'The Demons were trying to make a deal with some guy, but we had to get there before them.'
'Morocco's an amazing place,' I reply throwing another knife.
'Throw them more aggressively and you'll cause more damage.' Tristan says. 'Plus they'll go in deeper.'
'Thanks,' I reply.
'My wife's back with our drinks.' He says pointing to an Asian girl with long black hair put into a ponytail.
She's holding two water bottles and gives me a big smile. I wave back at her.
'She's beautiful,' I say.
'I know,' he says smirking.
He waves goodbye to me and I turn around and decide to take a break.
I drink some of the coffee Mimi made me and it tastes heavenly.
I look around the room and get a sense of Dejavú from when Adriano trained me.
I shake my head, shaking the memory away.
I will train every day, and destroy The Ravens even if it kills me.
For him.
