I changed into my cozy clothes and jumped on my bed. I was pissed from the last two phone calls I had. Himnish and Angel both are Scorpio which makes sense. They are like zodiac twins & I'm mad at both of them... I want dark chocolate...Bhai should be back soon. Hopefully
Till then I can't sleep. I need to open the door.. ugh!
I start hearing Charlie Puth's song,' We don't talk anymore' while singing along lyrics. I enjoy doing this weird therapy. While I'm home alone. Mom and Dad must be out at one of our relative's houses. Bhai is out to get snacks and maybe, is with his friend. That's why he's late. So while keeping the music on speaker, replying to the text messages I received. I received texts from Mani separately and in our M.A.D group(Mani, Dee & me)

After texting back and forth with Mani and Dee. I really got exhausted. I want to sleep, but I can't. Torture!
I felt my eyelids heavy until I heard the doorbell

I ran from my room to the front door. I swing it open to my surprise. It's not who I expected... IT'S BETTER!!
"ANNIII BABYYY!!" I yelled as an excited Mama bear, who met her baby bear after a long time. I wrapped my lil' sister into a Bear mama hug.
"Aww di, I missed you too!" she yelled, my eardrums injured. We separated from our hug," I heard how you slipped from the stair." she told me while holding my bandaged hand into her hands. Then she leaned forward and whispered," Just that you know, I'm not buying it" she finished with a wink.
And Ladies and gentlemen, that's how the new generation is nowadays.
"Come on in. I'm not going to hide anything from you." I answered while putting my arm on her shoulder and burdening my weight on her" Help your big sister to get on the bed," I pleaded.
"Seriously, di, you need to lose weight. You are heavvvvvyyyyyy" she exclaimed while Holding on to me to balance the rising weight on her.
" Oh, come on! Don't be such a whining baby," I pouted while pinching her cheeks.
"Hahaha, very funny," she said while rolling her eyes.

We reached my room & then I bounced on the bed," Just that you know I'm on painkillers so I don't feel the pain, duh" I sat crossing my legs and facing her," So then I can walk easily but where's the fun in that?" I finished while smirking at her.
"DIDI! THAT'S SO UNFAIR!!!" she exclaimed while whining," I felt like I did weightlifting right now," she finished while rotating her arms to relax her muscles.
"That's what you get when you mess with your big sister," I said while throwing a pillow on her face," But how did you know I was injured?"
"Bhai told me, duh." she answered while catching the pillow," he said to look at you while he comes back." she finished while sitting next to me," Soooo, Tell me everything!!" she grinned while clapping her hands
I chuckled a little and turned to face her. We both sat face to face, criss crossed on my bed. Only then did I realize I'd told her anything. I missed our crazy sister's duo.
I told her everything from starting about Himnish's flirting and our recent fight. I told her about Harshit, how he named me sword girl. How he commented on my clothing and what happened today. I slapped him, and he took me to the hospital but made fun of me. We fought & how I said sorry at the end.
He gave me my phone back, the one he took it forcefully. I showed her Mani and Dee's recent chats. I told her about Angel's sudden interest in Harshit. I told her about the thing developing between Dee and Aryan. Lastly, I explained my nervousness to her about how Bhai's interrogation.
I exhaled after finishing up and looked at Anni's. Her expression drastically changed from shock, surprise, and amazement to confusion. After a long pause, she spoke up," Who are you & what have you done to my lovely sister?"
"That's new," I muttered fixing my gaze at Anni," Enlighten me, young lady."
"You jumped on a boy, slapped him & he took you to a hospital?" she muttered under her breath," Is he planning to get on your good side and then get his revenge or.." she stopped while tapping her chin.
"I'm pretty sure it's the first one but or what?" I questioned her while raising my brow.
She exhaled, got up from the bed, and started walking back and forth, "he might have a thing for you" she finished while looking at me, "But that's theoretical."
Now, my expressions shifted from amazed, shocked, and confused. Without a second thought, I burst into laughter," Oh god! This is hilarious!!" I laughed while holding my stomach," Harshit and me?!! LOLLLL!!!" my eyes started watering.
"That's what I thought, but you can't ignore facts," Anni speaks while chuckling. Then I look at her with a straight face, "What do you mean by that?"
"C'mon di, he gave you a nickname. A cute one to be precious. You are the first girl he interacted with. He got you treated after you insulted him... in public." she exhaled & then continued," But you like that Himnish boy" she speaks with an irritating tone," However, I never understood why tho"
"I'm sorry, I didn't get the last part," I raised my brow while crossing my arms. This young lady is in trouble if she speaks another word. I hardly focused on her so-called facts after she just raised a question about my taste in men.
"Are di, don't look at me like that... I just don't understand what you see in him." she answers with a disgusting look while looking down, "Even this Harshit dude seems to be better---"
"NO! Harshit dude is not better!! Seriously Anni, back off." I yell at her but realizing too late. I stop mid-way, then look at her & she looks hurt. I took deep breaths and then went to hug her.
I pat her back for a bit ,"I'm sorry, baby. I shouldn't have yelled at you." I whisper while hugging her. In response, she nods and tighten's her grip on me.
After a minute, we release from our hugs, "Didi, I don't want to be rude, but why Himnish..?"
I give her a small smile and nod. I put her hair behind her hair and then examined her, "I tell you why."
