As we followed mujika to her secret tunnels as fast as we could. We arrived at a tree with thick vines covering the entrance to the tunnels. As I let out a sigh of release, knowing that all of us made it. I looked around to count if everyone was here apart from ray since he's with sonju. As I was looking around I saw emma and norman sweating profusely
I went over to where they were at which was at the back of everyone else. Making my way through the sea of kids, getting their attention as I went past them
I quickly check their temperature to see if they're alright
Emma grabbed my hand as I was about to touch her forehead and said weakly "Were fine, harley. Go check on the others first."
"Shut up and let me do my thing." I said as I checked her temperature then norman's
As I was doing this mama and gilda saw this then quickly came over
"What happened?" mama said as she took over
"Both of them are burning hot." I said as I saw norman about to fall to the ground
I quickly caught him and heard mama say as she took norman from me while don helped emma "Both of them have high fevers. Quick lay them down and give me clean water." gilda hearing what mama said just nodded her head then quickly fetched some clean water
"I can hel-" I said only to fall into darkness
-Timeskip-
I was in a land of darkness, as I continue to float around. As I was starting to think that I was the only one there. I saw a hazzy figure giving me something. I was about to ask what it was only to start falling fast
I quickly opened my eyes, sat up then looked around all frantically and saw emma, norman and ray sleeping next to me on my right and mama on my left as she calmed me down
"Shh. Shh. It's alright, harley. Your safe. Your safe. Calm down." Mama whispered in my ear as she continued to pat my back
"W-What happened?" I asked my voice hoarsed as hell
"You got knocked out from over working yourself and got sick." Mama said as she continued to rub my back
"What about the other 3? And the others?" I said getting worked up again at the thought of them in trouble
Mama quickly calmed me down again and started to whisper "They're safe. All of them are safe. Emma, norman and ray got sick but they'll be alright. Just a couple of goodnight's rest and they'll be good as new. As for the others, they're safe at another part of the tunnel with sonju and mujika."
I just nodded my head as tears fell from my eyes while mama continued to hug me and just gave me that daily dose of tlc
"How about something to eat? You were asleep for a whole day. You must be hungry." mama said in a whisper which I was thankful for because I felt like my head was about to split
I smiled and said "Sure." knowing she wont take no for an answer
She smiled and went to go grab some food leaving me all alone to entertain myself
I sighed as I started to look around to see anything to pass the time. Settling on making a ball of moss and started to throw it up in the air and catch it. It didn't last very long
Mama came back and saw my hands and leaf blanket were dirty. She eye'd me very scary as I just flashed her a "Please don't hurt me" smile. Which she just sighs and shook her head
She sat back next to me and started spoon feeding me soup which I gladly accepted
As I was eating and making small talk with mama, we heard groans near by. We looked over at the three and saw they were starting to wake up
Emma sat up first then looked around with squinted eyes, which suddenly widens as she started to panic causing the other two to start looking around frantically
Mama was quick to calm their nerves down while I just watched on the side as I fed myself some soup
As the three calmed down, they looked at each other in silence and quickly hugged each other as they shouted "You guys are alright!"
Only for norman to pull out of the hug and asked in a "We forgot something" voice "Where's harley?" making the other two widen their eyes and then looked at mama who just smiled and pointed at me
The 3 followed where she pointed and saw me just eating/drinking(?) soup and bread
"Hi." I said with my mouth was still full
They just smiled and started asking questions which mama happily answered
It seems that during the whole scuffle with the huge ass demon, norman got sick due to the extensive running, emma got a fever as well from an infection. She got a slash wound from a tree during our escape and never told us about it. Ray got a wound as well but he'll survive, he just needs rest. Meanwhile I somehow got knocked out due to over doing shit and got sick because of it
Then mama went to go grab some food for the 3 as well leaving us to are own devices until she comes back
"You guys, wanna play moss ball?" I said as I was finished with my food then placing it off to the side
Getting no answer in return. I sighed and said "Please? The winner gets to ask anything from the loser." which they quickly agreed
I smiled and clapped my hand then went to go make the ball. We sat in a circle and started passing it to the one sitting next to us on the right until the ball breaks on the player's hand
To which I quickly lost making emma shout out in glee while ray and norman just smiled
I sighed and ask "What do you three want me to do?"
They looked at each other then went into a huddle... That shit offended me. No one does a huddle without me. Now why I was easily offended by it was because I always like to be a part of a huddle that shit, makes me feel like I was part of a team and to do that in front of me, the nerve... I totally am disrespected and not trying to find a reason not to do what they want me to do
As I was busy with my rant, they finished their discussion
Emma cleared her throat and said "We the jury, have came to a conclusion."
I raised my eyebrow and said "What do you want?"
The 3 just smiled and said "Kiss us on cheek."
I just smiled and said "No."
"What?" Emma said while the other two looled confused as well
"I never said the loser has to do it." I said all smug
As they were about to say their rebuttals, mama came just in the nick of time with gilda following behind her with the rest of the kids followig behind her
Mama saw that we were out of our beds and our hands all dirty. The 3 of us just smiled while ray just had his stoic face on and said "They made me play moss ball."
We quickly turned our heads towards him and I said "Uhm... You joined on your own free will."
"How can you prove it?" ray said with a smug look on his face which norman rebutted "How can you prove we forced you to play with us?"
Which emma and I quickly agreed, as we heard laughter
We turned our head and saw that everyone was giggling at our display. The 4 of us looked at each other and started laughing only for it to stop due to the 4 of us started coughing badly
Mama quickly told the other to go back but allowing only don and gilda to stay
As the 3 started to eat while mama and her entourage just swap the water for clean water and just sat there waiting for her orders. You know like a doctor and her nurses visiting a patience on one of their rounds
As we all started to do small talk until
"Why can't you tell us about what's going to happen, harley?" don said making everyone stiff
I sighed and said "It's not that simple but I'll try to simplify it... It's because it aint set ad what I mean about that is the future can change from the main storyline. I don't know what's going to happen since a lot has chaged from the story. I just know the original storyline."
"What you mean is you know the original storyline but since a lot has changed you don't know what's going to happen next. You just know when something happens in the original storyline." ray said which I simply said "Yeah. Basically."
"Then why not tell us what happened on the original storyline. Wouldn't that be easier." don said getting scolded from the others
"I wish I could but it's hard to explain. I know the story by heart but it's hard to explain. Ugh! I just wish I had my phone so this could be easier." I said
As I went to lay back down in frustration, I felt my hand touched something
I lifted my hand and saw a black rectangle. I picked it up and subcounciously pressed the on button and saw my lock screen and said "Oh! It"s my phone..."
My eyes widen and shouted "IT'S MY PHONE!"

I'll try to not skip some events like the underground vine where they got trapped. To be fair I just got excited for the goldie pond arc... Well. I was so excited that I skipped it.
