Ro's POV
The next morning, we were back at Mike's basement.
Right now El was searching for Hopper with her powers.
El: I found him.
Max: Where is he?
El: Woods.
Lucas: Woods?
El: He's with Will's mom.
Will: My mom?
Ro: What are they doing?
El: Ill...annoy. They are going to Ill-annoy.
Karen: Mike, breakfast.
Karen yells from upstairs.
Mike: Not now mom!
He turns back to El.
Mike: Illinois? Illinois, like the state? The state of Illinois?
El takes off her blindfold.
El: I-ill-annoy?

Max and I are now in the bathroom with El, helping her clean her nose.
We noticed El's neck from when Billy choked her.
El touches it.
Ro: Does it still hurt?
El: Only when I talk.
Max: Well it's a good thing you're not Mike, then. "Blah, blah, blah," and you'd be in constant pain.
The three of us chuckles.
After our laugh, we could hear the boys talking about us.
Mike: They're conspiring against me.
Will: That's what you're concerned about now?
Mike: It's my main concern, it's just a sub concern.
Will: I thought it was already over.
Mike: It's not over okay? We're just taking a little break.
Will: She said she dump your ass. That doesn't sound like a break.
Max: It wasn't!
Ro: You guys do realize we can still hear you right?
We laughed again.
After cleaning El's nose, we saw Nancy and Jonathan.
We all sat down and explained something that happened yesterday, the same day we trapped Billy.
Nancy: It was the same thing, the exact same thing that happened to Will last year. And look at this. Look at the body temperature.
She showed us a paper of the temperatures.
Will: He likes it cold.
Mike: Okay, so this crazy old woman who was eating fertilizer-
Nancy: Mrs. Driscoll.
Mike: Right yeah, Mrs. Driscoll. What time was this attack?
Nancy: Last night.
Mike: Right, but what time last night?
Nancy: Around 9.
Jonathan: You waited all night to call?
Nancy: I was waiting for the doctors to run some tests.
Will: You weren't there?
Jonathan: Well I'm here now.
Nancy: Hallelujah.
Lucas: Ooh
Ro: The shade.
Nancy: Um, so what time was your sauna test?
All: Around 9.
Nancy: Well that proves it. That proves my theory.
Mike: She's flayed, just like Billy.
Jonathan: Flayed?
Mike: The mind flayer. He flays people. Takes over their mind. Once they do that they basically become him.
Lucas: If there are two flayed...
Ro: We have to assume there are more.
El: Heather. Billy was doing something to her. She was scared, she was screaming, bad screams.
Lucas: What's a good scream?
El: Max said-
Max: Doesn't matter.
Nancy: I'm sorry, I'm lost. Who is Heather?
Max: She's a lifeguard at the pool.
Nancy: Heather Holloway?
We nodded. And Jonathan and Nancy looked at each other.
Nancy and Jonathan: Tom.
We all went outside to go in the car.
Jonathan and Nancy were in the front seat. Max, El, and I were in the back. And Will, Mike, and Lucas were in the trunk.
Mike and Lucas: Seriously?
Will: Welcome to my world.
Nancy: Seatbelts.
We all buckled in, and we were off to Heather's house.

Nobody's POV
Timeskip
The group made it to Heather's house.
Jonathan rings the doorbell, but no one answered.
Jonathan and Nancy then looks at El.
El uses her powers to unlock and open the door.
The 8 slowly walks in the house.
Nancy: Tom? Heather?
Max: Jeez, it's freezing.
Nancy: Do you guys smell that.
Everyone starts sniffing.
They went to the kitchen, and see a bunch of cleaning supplies open and used.
Nancy: More chemicals.
Jonathan: You think they're guzzling this shit?
Nancy: Yeah, either that or they just went on a hell of a cleaning spree.
Ro: But last year, Will didn't eat chemicals.
Will: Yeah, this is something new.
Mike: Mr. Clark, 5th grade, posit. What happens when you mix chemicals together?
Lucas/Will/Ro: You create a new substance.
Mike: What if they are making something?
Max: In themselves? I mean come on, if you drink this crap, it'll kill you.
Lucas: Yeah, if you're human.
They then all go the dining room, then the living room.
Nancy notices blood on the carpet.
Nancy: Blood. Yesterday, Tom had a bandaid on his forehead.
She the hold a glass bottle with a blood stain.
Nancy: He was attacked.
There was a trail of blood stains on the floor so they followed.
It led them to a room so they went in and looked around.
They found some rope.
Jonathan: They must of tied them. They must of taken them somewhere.
Nancy: Mrs. Driscoll. She kept saying "I have to go back". What if the flaying, it's taking place somewhere else? There must be a place where all this started, right? A source.
El: Somewhere he didn't want me to see.
Nancy: If we can find the source, then maybe we can stop him. Or at least stop it from spreading or doing whatever the hell it's doing with those chemicals.
Ro: How do we find it?
Will: Mrs. Driscoll. If she wants to go back so badly, why don't we let her?

Timeskip
They were now in the hospital.
The nurse was on the phone with someone so they tried to sneak past her, but they were caught too soon.
Nurse: Woah, woah, woah, excuse me! Where do you think you're going?
Nancy: Oh, um...I was just going to visit my grandma again. And this is my family.
The nurse looks at Lucas and Ro.
Lucas and Ro: Extended.
Nurse: I don't care who they are. You know the rules. Two visitors at a time.
Nancy: Yeah, but-
Nurse: Two!
With that, Nancy and Jonathan went up to find Mrs. Driscoll while the others wait in the waiting room.
While in the waiting room Mike and Lucas, went to the candy machine to get some Kit Kats, but the machine was broken.
Mike: Come on, you piece of shit.
Mike and Lucas started banging on the machine to get their Kit Kat, but no use.
Then all of the sudden, all of the candy from the machine got out. Lucas and Mike turned around and saw that El was the one who did it.
Mike: Thanks.
El nods her head and goes back to reading a magazine, along with Max and Ro.
The two boys, then went down to grab their candy.
Minutes later Max and Lucas were messing around together catching skittles, while Ro, Will, Mike, and El, were sitting down and some reading magazines.
Mike gestures Will, to sit with El alone and Will got the message.
Will: Hey Ro, wanna get some candy?
Ro: Oh yeah, sure.
Both Ro and Will then left their seats to get candy.
Mike: Hey.
El: Hi.
Mike: Does your species like M&Ms?
El then opens her hands, and Mike gives her some M&Ms.
El then smiles then eats some of the M&Ms.
Mike: I like the new look, by the way. It looks cool.
El: Thanks.
Moments later, the 6 were all together talking, until Will notices the lights flickering, then everyone else did.
