Ro's outfit
Ro's POV
It was next morning, I was in my room still crying. My mom was there holding on to me to comfort me.
Diana: It's okay baby. Are you sure you don't want to go to school today?
Ro: No, not really.
I said trying to wipe my tears away.
Diana: Okay, well your dad is at work and the triplets are in daycare, and I have to go to the salon. Will you be okay by yourself?
Ro: Yeah, I just need some time by myself.
Diana: Alright then, call me at the salon if there are any problems, and if I don't answer call your father.
Ro: Okay mom.
Diana: Alright baby.
She kissed my forehead.
Diana: Bye Sweetheart.
Ro: Bye mom.
After she left, I laid down on my bed and tried to sleep my problems away until I heard Mike's voice on my supercom.
Mike: Ro, do you copy?
But I ignored it.
Mike: Ro come on, I know you're there.
What does he want from me now?
Mike: This is urgent, I'm serious!
I still tried to ignore him.
Mike: I'm gonna call you by your real name until you answer.
He knows I don't like it when people call me by my real name.
Mike: Roseline, Roseline, Roseline, Roseline, Roseline, Roseline, Roseline, Roseline, Roseline...
I gave in and grabbed my supercom.
Ro: Go away Mike. I'm not in the mood right now. Over and out.
Mike: No, not out. I'm not messing around okay? This is about Will. Over.
Ro: What about Will? Are you talking about his funeral? Over.
Mike: No, not his funeral. Screw his funeral!
Ro: What? Mike are you feeling okay?
Mike: Just get over here stat! And contact Dustin and Lucas. Over and out.
I put my supercom down.

Nobody's POV
All of the kids were in Mike's basement.
They listened to weird voices in Mike's supercom.
Mike: We keep loosing signal, but you heard it, right?
Lucas: Yeah, I heard a baby.
Mike: What?
Lucas: Mike, you obviously tapped into a baby monitor. It's probably the Blackburns' next door.
Mike: Uh, did that sound like a baby to you? That was Will!
Ro: Mike...
Mike: Ro, you don't understand. He spoke last night. He was even singing that weird song he loves. Even El heard him.
Lucas: Well if the weirdo heard him, then I guess-
Dustin: Are you sure you're on the right channel?
Mike: I don't think it's about that. I think she's channeling him.
Dustin: Like... professor X.
Mike: Yeah.
Lucas: Are you actually believing this crap?
Dustin: I don't know, I mean... remember when Will fell off his bike and broke his finger? He sounded a lot like that.
Ro: I don't know, I mean... we saw them drag his body from the water.
Dustin: Well, maybe it's his ghost. Maybe he's haunting us.
Mike: It's not his ghost.
Lucas: So how do you know that.
Mike: I just do!
Ro: Then who was in the water?
Mike: I don't know. All I know is Will is alive. He is alive! He's out there somewhere. All we have to do is find him.
El kept messing with Mike's supercom, but it just made static noises.
Mike: This isn't gonna work. We need to get El to a stronger radio.
Dustin: Mr. Clark's ham shack!
Mike: Yeah.
Lucas: The heathkit's at school.
Ro: Yeah and there's no way we can take her to school without anyone noticing. I mean...no offense, but look at her.
They all looked at her.

Ro's POV
Mike, El, and I were in Nancy's room.
Mike: Here.
He gave me a box.
Ro: What is it?
Mike: Makeup, I need you to do El's makeup.
Ro: Why me? I don't wear makeup.
Mike: Isn't your mom a makeup artist?
Ro: Yeah, but that doesn't mean I know how to do makeup.
Mike: I thought all girls know how to do makeup.
Ro: Um... no, some don't.
Mike: You know what, it doesn't matter just do something. Dustin, Lucas, and I are going to find her something to wear.
Ro: Okay fine.
After that he left.
I look at El and then sat in front of her with the box in the middle of us.
Ro: I don't think you need a lot of makeup, and I saw my mom do makeup on someone else once, so I'll do my best.
El: Okay.
She smiled and I smiled back.
I grabbed what looked like blush powder and what looked like a brush for cheeks.
I put some blush powder on a brush, then try to apply it on her cheek.
She flinched back a little, but I assured her it's fine.
After the blush, I put some light pink lipstick on her lips, and when I was done I put the stuff back.
Ro: There, I'm sure you don't need that much, but you look pretty.
El: Pretty?
Ro: Yeah, pretty.
El smiled at me again.
El: Thank you.
I smiled back.
Minutes later after finding her a wig and a dress, she came out of Nancy's room with them on.
Dustin: Wow. She looks...
Ro: Pretty?
I looked at Mike.
Mike: Yeah pretty.
Mike says still staring at El.
She smiled.
Mike: Good. You look pretty good.
Boy please.

We made our way to school and looked for the AV room.
Mike: Okay remember, if anyone sees us, look sad.
When we found the door to the AV room, the door wouldn't open.
Mike: It's locked.
Lucas: What?
Dustin: Hey, do you think you can open it with your powers?
Dustin asked El.
But then Mr. Clark showed up.
Mr. Clark: Kids?
We all turned around to look at him.
Lucas: Hey.
Mr. Clark: Assembly is about to start.
Mike: We know. We're just...
Ro: Upset.
Dustin: Yeah, definitely upset.
Mike: We need some time alone.
Dustin: To cry.
Mr. Clark: Yeah listen... I get it, I do. I know how hard it is, but let's just be there for Will, okay? And then, the heathkit is all yours for the rest of the day.
Mr. Clark says and gave us the keys.
Mr. Clark then looks at El.
Mr. Clark: I don't believe we met. What's your name?
El: Eleve-
Mike: Eleanor! She's my Uh-
Lucas: Cousin!
Dustin: Second cousin!
Ro: On his mom's side.
Mike: She's here for Will's funeral.
Mr. Clark: Oh well, welcome to Hawkins Middle Eleanor. Wish you were here in a better circumstance.
El: Thank you.
Mr. Clark: Where are you from exactly?
El: Bad place-
Dustin: Sweden!
Mike: I have a lot of Swedish family!
Ro: She hates it there!
Lucas: Cold!
Dustin: Subzero
Mr. Clark: Uh shall we?
Lucas: Yep!
After that we made to the auditorium late.
We sat down and looked around and it looked like nobody cared for this assembly.
Mike: Look at these fakers.
Lucas: They probably didn't even know his name till today.
We then heard Troy and James chuckling not to far from us and basically mocking Will's death.
When the assembly was over, everyone left the benches to leave the gym.
Mike: Hey, Hey Troy.
Mike stops Troy and James in the middle of the gym.
Mike: You think this is funny?
Troy: What did you say Wheeler?
Mike: I saw you guys laughing over there. And I think that's really messed up.
James: Didn't you listen to the councilor Wheeler? Grief shows itself in different ways.
Troy: Besides, what's there to be sad about anyway? Will's in fairyland now right? Flying around with all the other little fairies. All happy and gay. Lalalalalallaa.
The two laughed and walked away.
I really wanted to punch them both so bad, but then Mike went up to them again and pushed Troy.
There were ohhh in the crowd.
Troy look at Mike and stood up.
Troy: You're dead Wheeler! Dead!
Troy was about to charge in, but froze.
Then out of nowhere, he pissed his pants.
Greg: Ha! Dude, Troy peed himself!
Everyone started laughing including me. I looked at El and realized she was the one who made him piss himself.
I'm usually the one that's not afraid to teach Troy and James a lesson, but this is so much better.

After Troy's embarrassment, the 5 went back to the AV room.
Mike: Come on.
El sits in front of the table.
Dustin: Now what?
Mike: She'll find him. Right El?
Mike turns on the HeathKit.
El then closed her eyes and did her thing.
Mike: She's doing it. She's finding him.
Dustin: This is crazy.
Lucas: Calm down. She just closed her eyes-
The lights were off.
Ro: Woah.
We then heard a loud clanging noise from the speaker.
Dustin: What is that?
The noise kept going. It took a while until we heard someone's voice.
Will: mom?
Ro: Did you hear that?
Will: Mom?
Lucas: No way.
Will: Mom? Please! Mom? Mom!
Mike: Will!
Lucas: Will it's us! Are you there?
Dustin: Can you hear us?
Ro: Will we're here!
Will: Hello? Mom?
Lucas: Why can't he hear us?
Mike: I don't know!
Will: Mom? Mom! Mom it's coming! It's like home, but it's so dark! It's so dark and empty and cold! Mom! Mom please!
My heart was beating so fast.
Then in surprise, the heathkit popped and caught on fire which set the fire alarm.
Dustin quickly grabbed the fire extinguisher and stopped the fire.
I swear this is crazy.
Mike: El are you okay? Can you move?
El didn't say anything, she looked dizzy.
Both Mike and Lucas helped her up and left the AV room, with Dustin and I following them.
