Kenn POV:
Brix is now 6 months ! My baby is so advanced, he's been sitting on his own for a while last month he started pulling himself to a stand and now he's been trying to crawl. Karin and Lexi kept trying to say I was pregnant and he's moving out the way for the next one but I ain't pushing out no more babies.
I did end up moving to Atlanta once Brix was born but let's be clear I do notttttt live with my baby daddy but I stay in a penthouse about 10 minutes away. Brandon is a piece of shit for sure when it comes to being in relationships but he has been an amazing dad I can't take that from him. Raising our son has been a breeze I didn't feel stressed, overwhelmed or exhausted. Even when Brix was a baby we would take turns on who woke up with him in the middle of the night but after a month I got tired of his ass being at my house and just told him he could come help out during the day time.
I'm out at the mall with Brix shopping because we're going to Miami to visit Karin. I know my sis is overwhelmed with planning the wedding and I know Dave as dumb as a door knob he not helping. Speaking of him and my dumb baby dad flew out to New York this weekend for their new club their opening. I think it was weird that it was so last minute being as though they weren't supposed to leave for another 4 days but business is business I guess.
I walked into Nordstrom going to look for some outfits for Brix. I dressed him so cute today, I love shopping for my baby.
After grabbing a few outfits and swim trunks for Brix, I paid and made my way to the food court. I decided to get some chic fil a and take it to go so I could breast feed Brix in the car.
I made it to my car putting Brix in his seat, when I turned around I seen a car pulling up slowly a brown skin guy poked his head out the window
"You need help ma?" He asked
"Nah I'm good but thank you" I said
He wasn't bad looking at all he was cute but, not as fine as my baby dad.
"You think I can get your number?" He asked smiling
"No sorry I just got out of a serious relationship and I'm just focusing on my baby right now" I said

I honestly just didn't want to give him my number, some days I be feeling like I'm completely over Brandon and then the others I think what we could or could've been. He has been trying to get back with me but the moment he doesn't get his way he thinks it's ok to go talk to or fuck other bitches and that right there shows me how immature he is and he's not ready for a relationship. He's just showing me he's not trust worthy because the minute we have an agreement but you gone be on to the next bitch for the moment then think you can run back to me nah.
I finish breast feeding Brix and burped him he fell asleep so I strapped him inside his car seat and headed home.
Once I got into my penthouse my phone started ringing
I seen it was Lexi FaceTiming me or Brix rather
Lexi: Kennnnn I miss y'all so much , she said soon as I answered
Me: I miss y'all too I can't wait until next week
Lexi: yes I can't wait to see my fat man, he's getting so big!
Me: I know girl and almost too damn big, I'm about to stop carrying his heavy butt
Lexi: leave my nephew alone he be eating good , but what y'all doing, she asked laughing
Me: We just got back from the mall I bought us a few things to pack in our suitcase but why some guy tried to get my number in the parking lot of the mall
Lexi: was he cute? Did you give it to him?
Me: he was cute and no I didn't give it to him
Lexi: girl and why the hell not? I know you not trippin over Ferrari ass cause he be doing him and you should do the same
Me: I know I know but, it's gone be so hard trying to date right now especially because Brix is still so young. Plus my heart just isn't there yet.
Lexi: I know it's gone take you time but don't keep waiting around for him to get his shit together either.
Me: I know but, less about me and my man problems. What's up with you and CJ?
Lexi: He's literally a fresh breathe of air , I feel so relaxed and at peace with him. We've been talking about moving into something bigger than what we have now, the club here is making good money but I am ready to move somewhere else.
Me: that's good and I'm so happy for you friend because you deserve that happiness and a good man. I actually like it here in Atlanta but I think once Brix is 2 I'll move out of this penthouse and into a house with a backyard.
Lexi: You deserve happiness too friend and you'll get it one day. Are you back working?
Me: Yes I went back to working Brandon got me a small studio suite. I've been getting more clients for nails than I have for lashes but, I'm really saving to get me and Brixy our dream home.
Lexi: That's good though don't say it like it's a bad thing you just started out doing nails and have more clientele for that look at it as a good thing.
Brix started fidgeting and fussing
Lexi: awww what's wrong with my fat man?
Me: he was sleeping he just woke up but he's always a little fussy when he wakes up
Lexi: hi fat man TT will see you next week
Me: let me call you back sis so I can get him situated
Lexi: ok, love y'all bye
Me: we love you too
As soon as she hung up Brandon started FaceTiming me
I did not answer because Brix was throwing a whole fit by this point. Brandon called back to back 3 times then sent a text. Brix pamper was wet so I changed him, once I was done changing him I decided to call Brandon back.
It rang 2 times before he picked up I already had Brix in the camera cause I know that's what he wanted.
Brandon: heyyyyy daddy big man
Brix started smiling and babbling
Brandon: I miss you man I can't wait to come back home to you
Brandon: Yo Kenn I called you three times fuck was you doing that you wasn't answering?
I got up putting Brix in his play pen and turning on Elmo cause I was about to lay this nigga out. I just know he lost his mind
Brandon: You hear me yo?
Me: Brandon who the fuck are you talking to? Stop talking to me like I'm one of these little dumb bitches give me the same respect I give you
Brandon: Nah I'm out the state and you got my son and nothing answering the phone when I'm trying to check on both y'all to make sure y'all good that's not right. He said lighting his weed and shaking his head
Me: yeah because your son was in here throwing a whole fit when he woke up from his nap and I had to change him so no I didn't answer my fucking phone but you got a call back didn't you?!!
Brandon: yeah ard let me find out you was talking to a nigga or sum
Me: Brandon get off my phone with that bull shit & if I was it wouldn't be your business bye !
I hung up on his dumb ass he got me fucked up, he probably sneaking in New York with some bitch but worried about what I'm doing
I sat Brix on the floor letting him crawl around while I heat up my food. I suddenly got sad just about how things are between me and Brandon but I can't cry in front of my baby. I pushed it to the back of my mind as I heard the microwave beep telling me my food was doing being heated up. I'm glad I ate my fries on the way home.
"Hiiiii mommy stink what you doing huh?"
Brix giggled as I picked him up and sat him on the couch with me in the living room
My phone started ringing it was Brandon calling again, I sighed and rolled my eyes.
Me: Hello , I answered sounding annoyed
Brandon: my bad for how I was talking to you earlier
His eyes was chinky from smoking and it looked like he was in his hotel room now
Me: What ever Brandon you do this all the time then apologize and do it again, I'm used to it by now
Brandon: I'm serious man I really apologize and I'll make it up to you when I get back. We can go anywhere you want.
Me: It's fine Brandon but, you can keep Brix for a day so I can have a day to myself for pampering. I need it so bad
Brandon: That's cool I got you but, I still want to take you somewhere
I sighed because he really makes it hard to let go
Me: Brandon we tried again and again, it's just not gone work right now.
Brandon: You mine forever I don't want to hear that shit and when we get it together you gone be my wife.
I moved my face out the camera and started blushing
Brandon: I know you smiling , he said laughing
Me: Whatever because I'm not , I rolled my eyes
Brandon: I know you but I'm not staying out here long I'll be back home in 2 days.
Me: ok that's cool, I got me and Brix a few outfits earlier at the mall. I'm so happy to go back to Miami
Brandon: yeah I know the notifications from my card came to my phone , he said laughing
But yeah I can't wait to get to Miami too, I lowkey want to move back
Me: Yup thanks baby daddy and I want to move but not sure where. Maybe we can come to an agreement, it can be Florida but not in Miami.
Brandon: We can talk about that when I get back, but I love y'all and goodnight. I'm gone call in the morning so answer your phone
Me: ok goodnight we love you too! Brix say love you daddy
He was too busy watching the cartoons I put on
Brandon laughed , "ard I'll call y'all tomorrow"
We both hung up, I cleaned up and took Brix upstairs to get us both ready for bed.

I know I've always done hair and I still do, I still love it but I recently just started my own online boutique. I've been quiet and laying low because CJ paid for me to go to Colombia to get my body done. It wasn't a secret my friends knew but now everybody for sure knows since I dropped those pictures of my new summer collection this morning.
"Bae did you see that Prada shirt I just bought?" CJ asked
"Yeah I packed it in your suitcase" I told him
"Ard cool, I'm about to head to the airport. You coming?"
"You know I am let me grab my sandals"

It took us 35 minutes to get to the airport and I started getting sad. I hate when he has to leave and go on business trips, he's about to go meet Dave & Rari in New York. They're opening a new club there, Dave cousin will be running that one so atleast Christian won't have to travel there.
We pulled up to departures and got out the car. Christian took his suitcase out the trunk and walked over to me hugging and kissing me.
"Don't be sad Bae I won't be gone long" he said kissing all over my face
"I hate when you have to leave but I understand that you gotta make your money" I said pouting
"That's why I love you you never complain" he said kissing me 3 times
"I love you too bae don't forget to call me when you land" I said kissing him once more
"Ok I'll call you" he said grabbing his suitcase and going inside the airport
I hopped in my car and headed back home. I haven't talked to Karin in a few days I decided to call her and we talked my entire ride back home, she hung on me by the time I walked back into our apartment because Dave was calling her.
I sat down on my bed now bored, I decided to take a nap until my man calls me.

I was on the phone with Lexi for about 30 minutes chewing Dave out because he's been getting on my nerves so bad lately. I obviously spoke him up because he FaceTimed me, I clicked over answering with an attitude because he had to jump up and leave so suddenly to New York when he wasn't supposed to go for another few days then the nigga didn't even call me last night when he landed.
Me: yeah?
Dave: Damn ! Good morning to you too , he said chucking
I stared at him through the FaceTime with an annoyed expression
Dave: what's the problem now princess? , he said still laughing and I was confused cause I didn't hear or say a joke
Me: I just find it funny how you rushed out of here so quick then you didn't have the decency to call me when you landed but calling today like something is funny or like shit gone be all cool.
Dave: Karin you really been on some bull shit lately I'm tired of your stink ass attitude every day. You just want somebody to baby ya ass and I do but , I'm getting sick of that shit.
Me: I wouldn't have an attitude if my "FIANCÉ" knew how to sit the fuck at home and spend some time with me. And if you so sick of me then leave me the fuck alone, I don't ask you for shit but time and love. Lately you been trying to make me feel bad about that, feel bad about how I'm feeling or expressing my feelings that shit so corny.
Dave: I do spend time with you yo ass just never satisfied with shit so I'm not trying to hear all that. I called your dumb ass in the first place because I'm getting something sent to the house for you in an hour. I ain't call for you to be nagging me early in the fucking morning, I'll see you when I get back home.
And with that he hung up.
"This nigga got me fucked up" I said
A few of the girls I hired in the salon wanted to have a beach day so I went in my closet to go get ready for that. I'm not sitting in this house mopping about his ass and if he wanna go M.I.A for his entire trip then he can expect me to be missing when his ass get back too. I sent him a text letting him know that I was not playing and he close to losing me, he read it and didn't respond so fuck him. I'm tired of him making me feel a way about how I feel because of how he's been acting to me. We never argued this much like I'm not used to this, I don't even know how we got here.
I handled my hygiene, then got dressed. I got in my car driving to this brunch place we were going to first.
I spent the rest of the day drinking, dancing, we ended up renting a yacht for 4 hours at night. I enjoyed myself but deep inside I missed Dave and wished I was going home to him. Me being drunk I sent him another text saying I miss you, he didn't read it or reply.
