"So today is girls volleyball and the boys are playing football." I said looking at the board. "Yeah and since it's a ballgame tournament we're going for the win." Inuzuka said. "Izumi." Shikimori said coming to us with her hair in a side ponytail. "The girls volleyball starts at 11:35 what times does the boys football start." Shikimori said seeing that izumi isn't responding see how cute shikimori's with her hair styled liked that. "Calliope wanna wear one." Nekozaki said holding an extra ribbon. "Sure." I said wearing it like a headband. I see nekozaki tying the ribbon on Hachimitsu's head like a headband. "Remove it." Hachimitsu said with a tick mark. "Ahh the time tables right here." Shikimori said as me, Izumi, and shikimori looked at the time table. "Hmm it's right here." I said pointing to them. "They overlap." Izumi said like the life was snuffed out from him. "Well looks like we can't support each other today and were up against tournament favorite in my first match.Neko and Calliope are in the volleyball club and they have two aces but the other is class 2-1. " Shikimori said. "Who's the second ace." Izumi said. "You'll be suprised." Nekozaki said. "Mm mm she is in this room." Hachimitsu said. "We have a volleyball ace in this room." Shikimori said. 'They don't know it's me.' I said to myself. "Here I got a video from practice last year." Nekozaki said showing a clip from last year.

"Ahh our scrimmage game." I said coming in as we all watched it. The other team started setting it hitting the top of the net tipping over most of our teammates reactions were slowly even nekozaki couldn't catch it which showed me saving it once which gave the ace of the other side to spike as they spiked it down making me go in for another save setting up Nekozaki for a spike which the video shortly ended. "Calliope is the second ace." Izumi said. "Mhm and calm down shikimori I know your a competitive person which radiates your cool side." I said.

Third person pov
The boys were playing soccer as Inuzuka kicked the ball as for Izumi he looked up in the air trying to see the ball which resulted his shoelace breaking making him trip. "Oh dear is he okay." Neko said. "Misfortune is coming to him already." (Y/n) said. "Izumi-san sent me his feeling so I don't get hurt." Shikimori said as she held her hands out chanting good luck to Izumi and not to get hurt. The three of them see Izumi try to kick the ball but then miss and fall on his butt. "Well it was a nice try." (Y/n) said chuckling a little. "That's a fast ball." (Y/n) said as Izumi was getting up. "Izumi!!!." Shikimori said as Izumi turned. "The ball is coming." (Y/n) shouted. "It's coming." Shikimori said while Izumi translated it too. "Good luck?" He said confused then looked seeing the soccer ball come in and hit him square in the face. "Izumi!!!" Inuzaki said. "That looked painful." Nekozaki said. "Yep." (Y/n) said as Shikimori ran to the soccer field. "The volleyball match is gonna start soon." Nekozaki said. "Sorry you and (y/n) go on without me." Shikimori said. "She's overprotective of him which is nice." (Y/n) said. "Yeah come on we got to go." (Y/n) said as she ran to the gym with Nekozaki behind her.

Shikimori was with Izumi at the nurses office seeing if he was ok. "You ok Izumi." Shikimori said as Izumi was in the bed. "You need anything food, water or anything." Shikimori said. "I'm fine, more importantly don't you need to go to the volleyball match with (y/n) and Nekozaki." Izumi said. "I still have time for now. Speaking of which for the ball to crash in your face." She said worrying for him. "It was so pathetic. Don't make me recall it." Izumi said. "Instead of misfortune maybe your clumsy." Shikimori said. Then Shikimori and Izumi get into a conversation about Izumi's injuries. While in the gym the girls basketball game just ended as Hachimitsu was tired as (y/n) and Nekozaki came to her. "Good game." Nekozaki said. "Worked hard huh." Hachimitsu said gasping a lot. "Don't worry we'll win the volleyball match." Nekozaki said. "Please cheer for us." Nekozaki said. "Hai." Hachimitsu said. "Oh she's here!" A female student said as both Nekozaki and (y/n) looked.
"We're rooting for you kamiya senpai." A student said. "Me too." Another female student said. As the three female students walked off as (y/n) and Nekozaki walked toward the net where kamiya was on the otherside. "Popular as always kamiya." Nekozaki said. "Yeah looks like they have high hopes for me." Kamiya said. "We won't lose to you in our next match right (y/n)." Nekozaki said as (y/n) was spacing out. "Huh yeah." (Y/n) said. Kamiya giggles a little. "Okay." Kamiya said. "Neko, (Y/n)." Shikimori said coming in. "Mi-chon your finally here." Nekozaki said. "I'm sorry but what about the match." Shikimori said. "It's about to start." (Y/n) said. As kamiya stared at the three of them catching shikimori's attention then left. "Hmm." Shikimori said. "She's the ace of the volley ball club." Nekozaki said as kamiya was talking with other students. A few minutes go by as the game starts. Nekozaki started off the game with the serve as kamiya received as her teammate set her up for a spike. Kamiya spikes the ball on the otherside only for (y/n) to dive for a safe ball. "Whoa amazing." A female student said. "Nekozaki!!" (Y/n) yelled. "Hai." As Nekozaki set the ball for (y/n) with her jumping high going for a spike scoring the first points. "Amazing." Students said. "Wow." Shikimori said. "Strong huh calliope-san was the volleyball teams libero and secondary spiker behind kamiya." Nekozaki said as they continued on with the game. Meanwhile with Inuzuka and Izumi were walking from there baseball game. "Speaking of which you got hurt as expected." Inuzuka said. "But I'm glad it wasn't a big deal." Izumi said. "I wonder if the girls volleyball match is still going on." Izumi said. "Let's go." Inuzuka said. The two of them walked towards the gym hearing cheering from the inside. They both ran seeing what the excitement was all about. "Fighting spirit Shikimori, Nekozaki, Calliope." Hachimitsu said from the second floor. "Let's watch from upstairs." Izumi said as he and Inuzuka went upstairs. The girls kept going as kamiya's teammate set her up for a spike hitting it only for Nekozaki to slide missing it. "Neko." Shikimori said. "Looks like she's getting serious." (Y/n) said. "Darn this is so hyped." A male student said. "To think it's this hyped in the first match." Another student said. Student began cheering. "Hachimitsu." Inuzuka said with Izumi behind him. "You came at a great timing." Hachimitsu said. "Your still wearing that on your head." As Inuzuka pointed to the ribbon on Hachimitsu's head. "Your annoying." Hachimitsu said. "The match is still going." Inuzaki said as kamiya went in for another spike which Shikimori gets a receive. "Shikimori." (Y/n) said as she nodded as (y/n) set Shikimori up for her spiking it only for kamiya to block it to put the ball back in play. "Shikimori is doing great." Inuzuka said. "Mm." Hachimitsu said as Inuzuka looked at the scoreboard with class 4 with 15 points and class 1 with 19 points. "Our class is losing." Inuzuka said as Izumi leaned towards the railing and said. "You can do this." Which caught shikimori's attention along with (y/n) and nekozaki's attention. "Your bae seems to be cheering on for you." Nekozaki said as (y/n) nodded in agreement. "I can't lose this." As Shikimori took off her ribbon and tied it in a ponytail slicking her hair back. "Who is that handsome girl." Izumi said blushing. "Dude that's your girlfriend." Inuzuka said. The game continued as Shikimori started with a jump serve hitting an ace, as Nekozaki spiked for another point. Kamiya saw how serious they were getting as she received the ball going to set her teammate up for a spike but faking it for a tip in fooling Nekozaki, Shikimori and (y/n). The game kept going as Nekozaki did a back set to Shikimori spiking it tying the game 21 a piece. "Alright they tied." Inuzuka said. The game kept going in a back and forth set with class four scoring two points with a montage of it going back and forth with Shikimori scoring the last point of the game. Shikimori was catching her breathe as Nekozaki ran into her hugging her. "Neko, (Y/n) we did it." Shikimori said. "Mm." Nekozaki said. "Whew who knew an intense game would bring you a sweat." (Y/n) said lifting a part of her shirt wiping the sweat off her forehead. "Oi Baka everyone staring." Nekozaki said as the attention was on (y/n) and her abs. "Whoops." (Y/n) said putting her shirt down. "Shikimori-san." Izumi said grabbing her hand. "That was amazing Shikimori-San." Izumi said which Shikimori blushes. "Th-thank you." Shikimori said. "Well done." Hachimitsu said. "You can win the next match too right." Inuzuka said. "I think so." (Y/n) said. "Yeah we gotta win it." Nekozaki said as kamiya looked toward the group as (y/n) looked at her sharing a brief moment then turned back to the other as kamiya left. The day continued on as the school day ended. With everyone in class 4 celebrating. "Ballgame tournament well done." Nekozaki said. "Nekozaki that was cool." Inuzuka said. "Yeah even calliope getting some hard saves too." A student said. "You were so cool too, Shikimori-san." A student said. "I even teared up." Another student said. "Let's celebrate." Nekozaki said. Izumi and Shikimori was standing there while Nekozaki and another student were talking about going to karaoke. "That was really cool Shikimori-san." Izumi said. "I managed to work hard because you cheered for me." Shikimori said. "Your really good at sports. I'm so jealous." Izumi said. "Is that so." Shikimori said. The door then slide open revealing a crowd of first years. "Um may I took a photo with you." A female student said. "Please tell me your name." Another student said. "Please shake hands with me." Another female student said which was a shocker to both Izumi and Shikimori. "Who's this your boyfriend." A female student said. "I think he's cute." Another female student said which cause a chain reaction to the other female students which made Shikimori slide in front of Izumi protecting him.
(The next day)
Some female students gathered around Shikimori. "Shikimori-senpai shall we have lunch today." A female student said. "Well um..." as she was hounded by question if she made the bento herself where it made her nervous. To which both her boyfriend Izumi was standing their with Inuzuka. "Due to the effects of the ballgame tournament. Shikimori has become popular. And there too." Inuzuka said with lines for Nekozaki and (y/n). "Especially there courteous to every fan." Inuzuka said. "She lives in a different world unlike me." Izumi said. "You sound like a needy fan..." Inuzuka said. "Izumi look out." As Inuzuka pushed him out of the way only to get hit with a volleyball falling to the ground. "Inuzuka-kun." Izumi said. "I'm sorry Inuzuka kun it's my fault." Kneeling next to Inuzuka checking his injury. Which lead to shikimori's angry face. "Is she saying don't cling to him or be sure to protect him." Inuzuka said with the hit mark still on his left cheek while Izumi was pressing ice against it.

At the end of the school day Izumi was walking by himself. "I really can't do anything without Shikimori-san." Izumi said. Him talking about a bucket almost hitting him to almost colliding with the vice principal. "Your on your own on your way home." Inuzuka said. "I cause Inuzuka to get a lot of injuries." He said to himself as he got to the stairs as he slipped as Shikimori came in. "Why are you going home on your own. I'm always here. Your the one who's trying to go home alone." Shikimori said helping him. "But your so popular right now so I shouldn't bother you." Izumi said. "But I only want to go home with you and you know it well." Shikimori said. "I guess you planned to go with Inuzuka right?" She added. "You've been spending a lot of time with him recently? More than with me!" She said as Izumi chuckled. "I'm sorry I was gonna wait at the entrance for you." Izumi said. "You should've said that sooner." Shikimori said. "Then let's go home." Izumi said to which she smiled as the two walked down stairs heading home.
