The man doesn't even tell me when he's on patrol anymore! I walk into his apartment ready to ask if he wanted to go out for lunch at this new restaurant when the bitch is not there.

AND APPARENTLY MATT DOESNT KNOW HOW TO USE LOCKS. Bitch can probably hear my heart spiking right now.
"Uh who are you?" I asked stoping in the doorway to the living room.
"Who are you?" He asked back. The dude had dark hair, a little bit of a stubble and was wearing all black clothes. But the thing that was making me question things was a big cut along his cheek. And it looked fresh too.
"My names Alex, now who are you"
"My names Frank"
"Hi Frank, whatcha doing in.. my house" I lied. I was going somewhere with this don't yell at me.
"This isn't your house" he said back.
"How do you know?" I asked.
"Because I know the person that lives here" ok so he's not a stranger
"You friends with the person who lives here?" I asked.
"I like to think we know each other well" he answered, "what about you"
"Also friends" I said slowly moving further into the living room. "How do you know him?" I asked. Matt has weird friends ok!?
"Work" he said shortly.
We've meet all of Matt's lawyer friends right?

"What kind of work?" I asked.
"Asking a lot of questions for a person that knows the guy who lives here"
"Just wanna be sure"
"Sure of what?" he asked back raising an eyebrow.
"Sure that you actually know the dude who lives here"
"I have said that I do"
"You can lie"
"But I didn't"
".... Ok, what's your dogs name?" I asked.
"Max"
"Cool" I nodded.

"Do you know the name of the person who lives here?" I asked.
"It's Matt"
"Good to know... How long have you been waiting"
"10 around minutes"
"You know when he's gonna be back from work?" I asked.
"Not really"

"Thank you"
"So what do you do for work?" I asked.
"I don't think you need to know"
"Why not?"
"It's none of your business"
"Why not"
"Because it's my business"

"You ask a lot of questions"

"Your also kinda annoying"
"....why" I whispered.
"How old even are you?" He asked raising an eyebrow.
"Why?"
"I'm trying to make conversation here"
I paused for a second, "I'm 16" I answered.
"How do you know Matt?" He asked.
"Helped me out a while ago" I said shortly.
"And you still hang out?"
"We stayed in touch"
"....You mind if I take Max off the lesh" He gestured at the dog still looking at me.
"Not one bit"
He unhooked the lesh letting the dog lose. The dog (Max) started to walk around sniffing the place for a little. Eventually The dog came up next to me and started to sniff at my hand. I tilted it so he could smell it better. And apparently I wasn't that bad in dog terms and Max started to lick my hand, so I started to scratch around the back of his head by his ears.
"He likes you" Frank motioned at the dog who I was still petting.
"I try, sooo what do you for work" I asked. I really just wanted him to admit he was the punisher.
"Why do you need to know"
"For fun"
"I told you I work with Matt"
"Your lying" I told you.
"How would you know?"
"I'm pretty sure I've met all the people Matt works with and your are not one of them" I stated.
"I'm new"
"You said you've known Matt for a while" I fired back.
"I've known him for a while I'm just new to the job"
"I still think that's lie"
"And you know him so well"
"I think so"
"Well then-" Frank was cut off by the sound of the door opening. Max ran forward and around the corner into the entryway to greet who ever came through.
"Oh hello Max" The asshole of the hour- I mean Matt's voice rang out. Soon enough Matt's body was visible in the frame of the living room with max at his side.
"I'm going to guess Frank is here with you" he motioned at the dog.
"Hey red" Frank nodded.
He even calls him red, it's like he knows we know and is just being a asshole
You're already ready to fight him huh?

"I'm here too" I said making my presence known to him.
"Hello Alex I didn't see you there" Matt joked.
"I'm going to punch you"
"I didn't see that coming"
"Scratch that I'm going to kill you"
"You would kill a poor old frail blind man," He said sarcastically.
"You not even that old!, and if it was you yes I would"
"Harsh"
"Not as harsh as wanting to go out for food at a new restaurant and bother you and your not even home!" I complained.
"Well I'm sorry I broke your spirit"
"You should be"
"If it makes you feel better you should go take out that MJ girl you like" he smirked.
"Stop trying to promote my love life and tell me who the fuck this dude is in your living room"
"That's Frank"
"That has been noted"
"He's from work," Matt said shortly.
"What is it with you people and being so vague" I mumbled. "Like work or work" I asked.
"Work"
"I FUCKING KNEW IT"
"Yes you did, now we need to talk about work, so you might wanna come back later or ask out that MJ girl" he teased.
"I'm going to kick you later. Now I'm going to leave in spite" I told him.
"Goodbye asshole" I pointed at Matt, "Your work is cool" I motioned at Frank who I now knew was the Punisher. "And your a good dog" I said at the dog as I walked out the door.
Third person POV
"She knows?" Frank asked Matt.
"She knows a lot of stuff she shouldn't know" Matt chuckled, "now why are you here," Matt asks Frank.
"I need a favor" Frank started.
