we are no kings or queens
the first meal is not our biggest
most times, we do not have breakfast to eat
for work is the usual thing we do in the morning
to earn and buy food, there is no time for yawning
we are no princes or princesses too
but maybe our second meal is bigger
work is not done yet, but we get to eat lunch
not much like the royalties as luxury is not for us
nevertheless, lunch is not so much and never less
we are paupers ,indeed,
and our last meal is the biggest
we eat dinner like kings for it is the end of the day
ironic, it is the only time we earn enough money to pay
sweet dreams i bid for tomorrow is another day to feed
