But she didn't answer he neared her breath from his ear only to hear it loud , organized and clear and he took a deep breath in relief and smiled widely
Shivaay: thank god thank god (then he nodded and said ) you are fine you are fine , you are just been through tough night
ANIKA opened her eyes faintly and seeing his smile and feeling his arms under her tired body she surrender back to his arms as Shivaay looked at the cat who passed between his legs and his smile got replaced with disgusted look
Shivaay: don't act like we are best friends (then he added annoyed ) welcome to Singh Oberoi mansion , jerk
Anika again opened her eyes but this time she became fully awake , yet feeling her body bones hurting and her cloth wet from the rain !! so she preferred just to pretend to be unconscious and rest on Shivaay 's arms and under his protection for a while
Shivaay entered the mansion carrying Anika and screamed
Shivaay: AUNTY JHANVI GAURI . RUDRA
Everyone came out of his room but the first was Jhanvi who screamed
Jhanvi : SURBHI ?
Kamini looked at her then stand beside her tension body and whispered
Kamini : Surbhi is just dust and bones now why can't you believe
Jhanvi swallowed and took a step away from Kamini terrified as Kamini smiled faintly!!
Shivaay came running upstairs holding Anika in his arms and all ran to her except Kamini and Ragini as the cat ran behind Shivaay

Kamini frowned as Anika felt to chuckle and scream to all I knew he is kind but she just kept her fainting acting !!!
Ragini : Shivaay ??? Anika is breaking every rule of yours how can you allow it she deserve to be thrown out
Shivaay : instead of this nonsense talk do something useful !!! bring her juice or rub her feet

Shivaay ignored her and signaled the maids to open the door of her room as Rudra , Gauri and Jhanvi entered and before Shivaay enter with Anika she had the time to give Ragini thumb down from behind Shivaay 's back and Ragini screamed in surprise and anger

Before Gauri close the door the cat entered and sit on the bed as Shivaay looked at it with disgust
Gauri worried : she fainted ??
Rudra worried : we should bring to Bhabhi a doctor ?
Jhanvi : Surbhi ?
Shivaay nodded and said : yes (then he said to Rudra) can you bring me a jug filled with water and ice ??
Rudra : why are you thirsty bhai ???
Shivaay shook his head no and said: we will empty it over her head so she stop pretending and open her eyes
All look at Shivaay thinking how rude and heartless he is as Anika opened her eyes wide and said merely
Anika: we don't need that
Gauri jumped in Anika 's arm as Jhanvi chuckled happily and Shivaay shook his head no faintly as he knew the moment she got awake that she is awake now !!
Shivaay kindly : she is been through a tough night ,leave her to rest and I want to talk to her
Anika quickly smiled and said: or stay as I miss you all and I am sick (and she faked a cough)
Shivaay strictly : leave now!!
Rudra and Gauri went out as Anika smiled shyly and covered her face in Jhanvi chest !!
Shivaay: no no show me your face
Anika looked at him with guilty smile but he wasn't smiling back !!!
Shivaay angrily: are you insane .FOR A CAT YOU READY TO DIE FOR A CAT !!
Anika: a soul an innocent soul my friend why would I be more worthy than her??? Mr. pickles is a good loyal cat
Shivaay : loyal ??? the cat left you to hang from a tree and took warmness off my body
Anika smiled and said: don't blame her for being smart
Shivaay: no I blame you for being stupid
Anika smiled and said: "stupid but kind" better than" a smart but cruel " plus I know a person who was kind enough to stay in the rain all night for to find a girl who means nothing to him !!! and not that only but accept her cat and broke his own rules !!
Shivaay looked at her then said : then you were watching me all night ?
Anika smiled and said : maybe I knew you are kind (then she rubbed the cat back and said) she knew it too
Shivaay : wait I am confused why you calling " Mr. pickles " a she !!
Anika moaned and said : oh god that question again I was five when I found it I thought it's a boy I called it Mr. pickles it got stuck with it (then she rolled her eyes and said) so she became " Mr. pickles"
Shivaay pressed his hand over her lips and burst in laughter as Anika raised her eye brow
Anika : great just great , laugh as you want I am used to that at least she have a unique name not like other female cats that half of them is fluffy and the other is kitty
Shivaay flinched and said: I will let you rest now
Anika nodded and leaned on Jhanvi chest as Shivaay went out of the room and closed the door and went down stairs in the minute Kamini went out of her room with Ragini and both entered Anika's room and Anika looked at them confused !!
Meanwhile Shivaay went down stairs only to notice that Anika 's green shawl still wrapped around his arm with its jasmine smell over his cloth

And he went upstairs towards Anika's room and was about to knock but heard voices of Kamini and Ragini and thought to listen what they saying to her!!!
In Anika room
Kamini : as you saw Anika Shivaay is unpredictable one day you are his friend the next day you are his enemy poor soul , he suffered so much in his childhood he have trust issue he can't afford to be kind to people , he fears kindness
Anika nodded and said : yes he said this sentence to me but I still don't get what you mean ? are you worried on me ??
Kamini chuckled and said: no I am worried on him , sooner or later he is going to hurt you like he did with Surbhi and that will only break what left from him he is not a bad person he don't mean to hurt people but he do , he hurt people badly

Anika smiled and said: I can't I love here (then she smiled wider and said) Rudra naughtiness ,Ma'am kindness , Shivaay acts , Gauri innocence I mean who will ruin Ragini's day if I went away (then she smiled to Ragini and said) really Ragini ? do you ever felt more hatred towards anyone in the world more than me

(then she got her check book out and said )

Kamini : you will be go and never come back and be sure that you are here only for her (pointing on Jhanvi ) and the moment she get her mind back you will be thrown in the street even Shivaay won't stand to see your face as you will only remind them of their dear loss
Anika smirked and said : wow you must love Shivaay so much to do this for him
Kamini swallowed as Shivaay quickly hided in his room still can't believe his ears and what is really shocking his mind that Kamini didn't lie in one word of what she said against him he is the reason Surbhi died he is the one who gave her the ring then become very helpless to protect her and how can he blame Anika for betraying him what he is for her anyway ???
Yet he felt numb he never thought that Anika will ever really take the money and that much money !!!

At night
Anika came out of her room slowly and walk on the tip of her toes and went down stairs as Shivaay opened his room and saw her walking that sneaky and he bit his lower lip angrily and went behind her as she went to Shivaay office room and opened it slowly and Shivaay hided in the side feeling he want to kill her he heard her pick up the phone and saying in the phone!!
Anika : yes yes its me don't worry , it will be great (then she chuckled faintly and said ) no I can't do this (then she chuckled and said) ok fine I guess if you will pay me more I can try to do it but if it wasn't good then I will also take the money .oh thank you
Shivaay mouth drop and hit his forehead not believing his ears but when he heard the phone close again he hide as Anika came out of the office room and whispered
Anika : forgive me Shivaay but I have to do this
Shivaay bit his lower lip in anger feeling his chest on fire as Anika came out of the mansion and he called the security to just let her come out easily and she herself wondered how the security let her out this easy she thought she will try to convince them a lot
But she ignored it and thanked god everything is easier than she thought and she stopped a taxi and went in it
And Shivaay followed her with his car
Then the taxi parked in front of some high class building and she came down the taxi and looked at a paper then she went upstairs
And Shivaay parked his car quickly and went behind her
She entered the elevator and he ran on the stairs thinking in his mind what the hell he is expecting to see , its so clear what she is here for !!! she is not a good person , he thought but still he went behind her
She knocked a door and the door opened and she entered fast and the door closed as he waited outside
Shivaay stand on the door feeling anger burn his chest and the moment he heard a loud laugh he hit the door as hard as he could
A woman with heavy makeup opened the door and he screamed
Shivaay: WHERE IS SHE ??
But he stopped shocked seeing many girls covering their faces and naked legs and arms the moment he entered the house and a girl in a Mehindi ceremony attire looking at him shocked as Anika sitting on the floor , under her feet holding in her hand a bowl of Mehindi paste
Anika shocked : Shivaay ????? what are you doing here ?!!
Shivaay swallowed and said : w what ?yes I came to .ask why you left to work w when I said you are not to work ?
Anika eyes widened and looked at the bride who frowned to her
The bride : Anika ???? do you know this person that just ruined my Mehindi ceremony and scare my grandmother ?
Shivaay looked behind him only to see 3 old ladies looking at him in fear and shivering and he swallowed and looked down .
Anika : I will just let myself out .
The bride : that will be better
Shivaay: congratulation (then he looked at the old lady and said) congratulation
Anika pulled his hand out and he didn't say a word till they reached to his car and he opened to her the door as she angrily entered and he sit on the driver chair and he started to drive !!

Anika looked at him with a frown that didn't suit her face at all !!
Shivaay: you know it's your fault right ??
Anika : my fault ??? I entered your work place and got you fired once more ? what is wrong with you all ?? why can't you let me earn my living ? first Ragini then you ?

Shivaay : you are unbelievable (then he looked at her and said) you took the money she paid you for betraying me so you can give it to me yet you didn't say that ,knowing that she will sure avenge your deadly prank but you are fearless
Anika mouth dropped and said: how you know ??
Shivaay : I listened to every word said (then he added strictly) and she didn't lie I am really that person because of me people get hurt (then he took a deep breath and said) I am that person
Anika : you killed anyone ???
Shivaay eyes widened and said : WHAT ? HOW DARE YOU ??
Anika: means no (then she smiled and said) then the rest is non sense
Shivaay: what about
Anika : its non-sense one thing that scared me really was that when aunty Jhanvi know I am not her daughter then she won't ever won't see me again then I will have to go

Shivaay in low tone : I heard your call so I thought you said if I can do it and
Anika : thought ? thought what ?? I am the Mehindi girl the bride was asking me for some hard drawings she saw on the internet , I didn't know if I can do it beautifully (then she said sadly ) would you think that if it was Gauri or Ragini or Sur..??
Shivaay : don't say her name just don't
Anika : see ? that is why I want to find my family and friends someone to really care for me and never think bad on me and trust me blindly(then she smiled and said) aunty Jhanvi , Gauri and Rudra make me feel like family (then she added sadly) but you make me feel like an orphan
Shivaay looked at her and said : I don't apologize but I am really sorry to you ,Anika
Anika raised her head and said: I know (then she smiled to him and said) I know , I know you hate me and can't stand me I just don't get why ??

Anika chuckled and nodded yes and he nodded faintly !!!
Shivaay : I still can't stand them and I will still have my rules and you break them all .(then he took a deep breath and said) and I hate that you force me to laugh and smile because of your acts I hate that I feel alive with you I don't want that
Anika smiled and said : I know
Shivaay said in low tone : and I hate the most that you remind me of her so much every act of yours I see her in them I remember our memories and it hurt me so much
(Anika looked at him sadly as he bend his head back to held his tears )

Anika smiled and nodded as he took a deep breath then he pushed on the horn and said )
Shivaay: what the hell ??? why we don't move
Then he came out of the car opened the car door only to find the water entering and he closed the door back as one man from the cars drivers said !!!
the man : all the roads are close because of the heavy rain , you and Bhabhi will have to sleep here it's in the news
Shivaay : oh god
Anika worried : what ???
Shivaay noticed the cars park and the engines close and people really started to lean their car seats and sleep so he opened the news and heard that only and Anika put her hand on her mouth and chuckled
Shivaay: what is funny ???
Anika : it's the third full moon we will sleep under it only
Shivaay looked at the sky and saw the full moon then he said
Shivaay : so !!
Anika : you know, if you stayed four full moon nights under the moon a forgotten wish will come true
Shivaay : that is non sense I told you its three full moon nights only in a lunar month that too in row
Anika : I know we already slept under the moon three nights the first in your office where the moon like entering it and then in the garden me over the tree and you on the bench and now we both in the car and will sleep under the full moon (then she smiled and said) that is three full moon nights for me
Shivaay took a moment and said : four full moon nights for me there is a night I slept with Surbhi in the garden
Anika smiled and said: then a wish you can't remember will come true
Shivaay : actually I never wished for anything but one thing and she is the one who wished it for me (then he added with teary eyes) in the day of her 5th birthday

Shivaay leaned on his chair and closed his eyes

Anika took a breath in frustration and said: good night Shivaay
Shivaay: good night Anika and remind me to buy for you a new shoes !!
Anika : I don't want new shoes I love my colored trainers
Shivaay: I hate them I will get you new shoes
Anika whispered : I won't wear them anyway
And she leaned on her chair and looked at the moon and said
Anika : forgotten wish in the fourth full moon night (then she chuckled and said) yup its non-sense
(then she looked at Shivaay who deeply sleep now )
Anika: I wonder what you asked her to wish for you in her birthday !!!!
And she closed her eyes but opened them in shock hearing a muffed scream and that was Shivaay's only, she sit in shock as Shivaay was screaming , sweating heavily and shivering in his sleep
Anika worried: Shivaay wake up please
Shivaay screamed and his body tensioned and Anika felt very scared and pained on him
Anika: Shivaay its not true its nightmare (and she shook him )wake up
Shivaay screamed in his sleep : SURBHIIIIII NOOO
Anika : SHIVAAY WAKE UP
And she suddenly unbuckled his driving seat belt and he fall on her chest still sleeping as a tears on his cheeks , she hugged him tight wrapping her long arms around him and he calmed down and started to faintly snore and she didn't feel herself as her lips pressed on his head something changed she can feel his heart beat very fast as he between her arms !!she know he loves Surbhi only and she don't know why she feels he relived between her arms and she don't know also that her forgotten wish just came true a wish she wished for him 13 years ago but she don't remember , and that wish was that her hand be long enough to hold him when he is sad and she just did .
Shivaay smiled while he sleeping as she caressed his hair and he deepen his head in her chest as she hugged him with one thought repeating in her mind
