I watch Marsh throw his apple in the air higher and higher and catch it over and over.
"Great work today Marshy Marsh," I sit down.
Im tired as fuck.
"Thanks," he sings while rolling the apple up and down his arms.
My mood lifts more and more.
"Okay Jo Jo and The Bazaar Circus," I watch.
His smile gets brighter.
I love this energy. He seems... happier. Is this because of-
He throws the apple up way high then spins around and catches it. I perk up and start clapping all fast.
"Oh my god!" I giggle.
He lifts his leg and throws the apple up under it.
"You gone like this one," he laughs and puts his hands on his knees.
The Apple falls on his back. It rolls down; he balances it on his lower back before tootin that ass up. The apple pops in the air, then he catches it. My jaw drops and my eyes almost pop outa my fuckin head.
He takes a bite, then bows.
Wow!
I clap while I wild out. He chuckles with his mouth closed while eating.
"You're so dope. Im so glad I gotchu as a new friend," I smile.
He trained hard today I'm surprised he isn't beat down. He's getting stronger.
"Thank you Sea. That's wassup. I fuck wit you," he sits down in front of me.
We both go quiet for a bit while he finished up his apple. My smile falls when I notice him thinking to himself.
"So," he clears his throat.
"When is Koi coming back?" He asks like normal.
"I'm not really sure love," I answer.
He nods and keeps at his apple. I get a funny feeling.
It's not a bad feeling.
I start stretching.
Just say it.
"Are you and Koi messing around... and if you have been, how long? Boy are y'all official. Have y'all started going out?" I end up rambling and getting way too excited.
I honestly wish I could tell him about Resh without being afraid to combust and die bitchhh.
He looks at me in shock while chewing aggressively.
"Um... hell no," he laughs.

"Woah... no to all of it? Boyyy you cappin like the lid of a plastic container," I get a lil salty.

His smile fades. He adjusts his position.
"It's interesting... this conversation isn't making me feel the best Sea," he admits.
Oh...? I hope it's not toxic...
"Oh shit... I'm sorry. I thought you liked him. Things seem like they're fine and very warm between you guys," I try.
I even saw a lil sucky mark on Koi's collar bone.
"That doesn't mean it's official Sea... or that we finna go out," he says.
Wait... so... you are messing around with Koi? Like messin messin?
"You do like him right?" I ask.
He throws his Apple core hard as shit. It makes it in the trash can.

"I do like him, but-"
"But what?" I ask a little too eagerly.
I run my hands over my hair and pull my knees to my chest.
"Sorry... I... just am going through something. Thought it would help me understand," I confess.
My eyes go from the floor to him. His go from the floor to me.
He lays back on his elbows.
"Well Sea... just between me and you... I hope the day of being official never comes," he says.
My heart squeezes a bit and not in a good way.
"What? Why? That means you don't like him then? You're just looking for a good time?" I ask.
"Between me and you?" He asks.
"Between me and you," I assure.
Marsh has really grown on me. He's really nice. He also didnt question my femininity and thought I was a biological woman. Bonus points for him.
"I would love to be more detracted from Koi, but I'm just not. I hope he's only looking for a good time," he shrugs.
What?
I catch him spacing out.
"You outcho goddamn mind sitting in front of meee straight lying? There's no way you don't have feelings for Koi," I get a little upset.
I literally ship them hard as shit. It's cannon. It's thee fandom. Periodt. All tea for the gyals, guys, and French fries.
"That's the thing Sea... I do have feelings for Koi. I'm falling for him hard. I'm dealing with it. I know it's probably mostly one sided and I honestly hope it is. It'll be comforting. Feelings are a lot to deal with. We do like each other, but I hope and pray he's not falling for me like I'm fallin for him. It's like every damn layer I get past pulls me in stronger."
Oh wow... this is bad... Koi doesn't just let anyone in... so that means...

I can feel a heavy drop of sweat rolling down my face.
It's so quiet in here I could hear a pin drop.
I circle the mat while he does the same.
My sword choice was dramatically shorter. Wakizashi; hand made by grandmaster.
I watch blood leek from his eye.
He's a bad man I can feel it. A very bad man. Clean up guy for Oyster Eleven.
He runs for me.
I block his long blade with my short one over and over again, then stop him from slicing my neck by taking huge risks.
Instinct.
I hit him dead in his nose, before blocking yet another attack from his long blade. He gets angry and screams while speeding up. I push him away from me.
Breath...
I hold two fingers out to him while pulling my blade back.
"You arrogant bitch," blood leaks down his nose.
"Arrogant?" I watch him carefully.
I am not...
"I will not lay today. I will finally cut you down!" He runs towards me.
My eyes widen at the rush. I duck and dodge his blade trying to find myself. My body starts running on autopilot much much more.
Instinct. Instinct. Instinct.
He begins to turn but fakes it and ends up turning in the opposite direction. I jump backwards, but a little to late.
"Sss!" I grab my stomach.
I look him in his cold eyes.
I can see and feel the unjust death and torture he's done. There's fear there as well.
"You should be scared of me," slips from my mouth while I hood my wound.
He balls his mouth up, holds his sword off to the side, and takes a deep breath before smiling at me.
His blade is so long if I step back any future he'd have this round.
He starts his attack by swinging his sword horizontally lighting fast. It turns into a game of limbo.
I jump; he almost gets my legs.
He could of damaged both.
He moves every which way so perfectly. Sweat starts to get in my eyes but I reject the need to close them.
Faster, Koi. Go faster.
He fakes swiping above me then really swipes below me. I risk it all and throw my short Samurai while jumping over his blade. In those exact same moment my eyes close on their own from sweat.
Shit.
Thoughts of Marsh run through my mind.
What the fuck? This could be my last day alive and I'm thinking about him?
I hear a sharp watery gasp and force my eyes opens after I land on the floor.
I got him.
"Mm," he grabs my blade while staring me dead in my eyes.
I stand up while holding my gash. He falls on his knees while trying to pull my short sword out.
"Pull it out. You'll die faster-"
He takes it out with a smile on his face. He checks out and falls while his blood pools around him, eyes wide, without a single breath in his body.
"Awe man!" His house complains.
I look at Grandmaster. He reminds me to bow silenty from his corner. I do so.
"We thought he coulda won of all people," I hear people getting more and more upset.
"Great job, Koi. Fair and square," a random says to me.
I bow again.
I hate them. I hate what they do. Most pray on the weak and the innocent.
"Koi," I'm called by my Grandmaster Akanatwe.
He walks up to me and holds his hand out.
"Come my number one. Let's get you fixed."
I nod.
I still can't believe Marsh is the only thing on my mind.
