"Come on guys, be quiet!" Alice tried to shut the boys up. They didn't listen to her though. Alice started to become very anxious, she didn't want to be cought. Since her soundproof-barrier had shattered every bypasser would be able to hear them and the prank would be ruined. Alice wasn't strong enough to hold up her barriers for more than a few minutes yet but the boys didn't seem to care as much as she did though, they where too busy laughing and wiping their tears away. "Guys! Come on! Stop it! Or do you want to get caught?" Her attepts became more desperate by every passing second.
"What do you four think you're doing here?" A sharp voice pierced through the laughs of the boys and the last attempts of Alice to calm them down.
Four sets of eyes shot towards the voice. As they recognised the person standing in front of them their eyes filled with fear.
"Well?" The sneering voice of Filch sounded again. When none of them responded he continued, "If none of you is going to tell me, I'm just going to assume you where distroing schoolproperty and then I'll have to punish you."
He grabbed Fred, George and Alice by their collars, how he mamaged that is still unknown this day, and draged them with him to his office. When Alice turned her head to give Lee a quizical look, she saw... Nothing. The hallway was empty exapt for the bucket on the ceiling. Lee had vanished? How had he done that for Merlins sake?!
***
"So you where distroying school property?" Filch said, grabbing a quill and some parchment.
"No we wheren't, mr. Filth just assumed we where." Alice replied, ignoring the stern gaze of the man infront of her. He rose from his chair, his hand shot up to slap the young girl, but he was stopped by a student running in while yelling, "Peeves is distroying the tropheeroom!"
Shooting the three miscievous children one last glare, he hobbled out of the room, the student close behind him.
"Well that was exacly on time." Laughed George when they'd vanished in the crowd.
"You knew Peeves was going to do this now?"
"Well, kind of. We'd hoped he would keep Filth away from our pranks but this is even better."
"How is this better Fred? We're going to have detention for a week! Maybe even with Snape! I don't want detention with Sneering Snape!"
"Calm down Alice, we're just going to take a look around and then we'll be out of here." He replied walking to one of the drawers on the side of the room. George took the other one, alice who'd come to the conclusion she would never convince them otherwise walked to Filth desk and pulled open the drawers beneath it.
"I've maybe found something!" Fred yelled after a few minutes. His brother and friend quickly approached and he showed them the seemingly parchment he'd discovered.
"A piece of parchment?" George asked him. "You must be joking... It's empty."
"Yes, but look at this..." Tapping his wand on the parchment he said, "Revile yourself." As soon as his wand made contact with the folded paper words appeared.
Mr's. Moony, Wormtail, Padfood and Prongs, congratulate you in finding the infamous Mauraders Map. We hope you're up to no good and use this map wisely.
And with that he means to do a lot of mischief...
"The Mauraders Map? What's that supposed to be?" Alice wondered out loud.
"I guess it's some kind of map?" Fred said with a smile on his face.
"Well done Sherlock, your detective-skils keep surprising me, everytime." She mocked him back.
"Lets just take it and get out of here. Maybe we can find Lee and figure it out some other time." George quickly intervened before his brother could throw an insult to the brown eyed girl which he would most surtanly regret.
"Okay, then lets get a move on then!" Wispered Alice, while pulling the gingerheads behind her, out of the office, through the hallway, up some stairs.
After about half a minute both brothers where completely lost, "Where are you taking us?" Asked George bewildered.
When Alice didn't reply, Fred joined in.
"Alice, where by Merlin's smelly underwear are you taking us?"
The girl grinned but didn't answer. The boys where now desperately trying to unleash themselves from their "kidnapper". But her iron grasp wouldn't budge.
Suddenly she stopped. "We're here." She announced.
***
"You did WHAT?!"
"Calm down Lee! It's nothing!" Alice tried to calm her friend down.
"Nothing?!", his voice cracked as he continued, "You stole from a professor's office! You call that nothing?!"
"It's no big deal okay? It's just a piece of parchment."
"And Filch isn't exacly a professor, more like an irritating monkey that has learned to punish children..." Mumbled Fred.
"You still stole it!"
"No, Lee calm down, we just borrowed it... Without permission from the owner. Besides you can't tell me he got it in a fair way either."
"You don't know that!"
"Lee, I don't think he'll miss it anyway. His cubboards where bulging from all the things he stole from the students anyways, one more or less parchment won't stand out." Now George was joining in too. This seemed to calm Lee down a bit. It was that or the silent calming charm Alice'd put on him.
Either way he seemed like he was calmer now, atleast he wasn't yelling anymore. "Come on Lee, we'll get you to the commonroom."
Luckily it was nearly breakfest, so the halls where almost empty as they climbed the stairs leading them to the Gryffindor tower.
***
"So how do you two think we're gonna figure out how to open this thing?" Alice asked the twins. It had taken a while to get Lee up the stairs to the tower. But they had succeded and while Lee was sleeping she and the twins where determined to find out what exacly it was that they'd "borrowed" from Filch.
"We could maybe ask it..." Proposed George. But before he could finish he was cut of by his brother.
"No, George that's a stupid idea. Why would we ask a piece of parchment what it is? That's mean! Maybe it doesn't even know himself."
"Well we can always try!"
"No, it won't work and it's stupid."
"How do you know? Maybe it will."
"Guys?" Alice tried to catch the twin's attention.
"And maybe it won't and then what?"
"Then we can try something else."
"Such as what? What can we possibly do to find out what this is?"
"Guys!" Once again they didn't listen and just kept fighting.
"Well, atleast I came up with an idea to help! You didn't do anything!"
"Yes I did! Who whas it again who found this thing in the first place? Yes indead. Me! So I did do something!"
"GUYS! Can you two stop fighting for three seconds! And just look what I found!" She'd started yelling now, finally they looked at her. Alice held up the parchment. Written in curly black letters stood: Hello, lucky founder of the Mauraders Map, Messrs Moony, Wormtail, Padfood and Prongs welcome you.
"What did you do?" Asked Fred.
"Did you ask it?" George interupted him, recieving an ugly glare from his twin.
"No, I tapped it and said: Mauraders Map..."
"Said what?"
"Mauraders map. That's what it read when we first found it. Remember?"
The boys nodded, they remembered. They where happy she'd stopped them fighting, they never fought. At the same time they where glad her memory was better than their own, and that she knew how to solve the problem they'd just argued about.
"So what is the Mauraders Map?" George asked stepping closer to the small table Alice whas seeted by, with the parchment in front of her. She looked up when ge talked and smiled, "I have no Idea, but maybe..." She trailed of. Just when George was about to touch the 'Map' she jumped up, pointing her wand at it and the ginger haired boy jerked his hand back, staring at her horrified.
"Messrs Moony, Wormtail, Padfood and Prongs, identify yourselves."
As soon as her wand touched the parchment, two words appeared.
You first.
Alice frowned, should she? Maybe it was dangerous... Maybe Filch had had a good reason to confiscate it... Nah, dangerous was what she lived for. And Filth was just a git. Let's try it.
But before Alice whas able to say her name, or anything for that matter, she was cut of. She was cut of by none other than the one and only Fred Giddeon Weasley.
"Fred Weasley." He said, tapping his wand on the parchment.
"And George Weasley!" His twin followed, tapping on the map too.
"Ah, you guys just couldn't wait for me, could you?" She sighed before tapping it as well while saying, "Alice Lupin."
The map didn't reply as fast as the previous times but after a few seconds the map answered.
Fred, George and Alice, do you swear that you are up to no good?
-swear it solemnly or we'll notice-
"What in the name of Merlin's stinking socks does that mean?" Fred exlaimed.
"We have to swear that we're up to no good?" George didn't seem to understand either.
"Well atleast I can say that you two are not as smart as Percy. You two are even slower than Ron! Sheesh! You're lucky you have me to guide you." Sighed Alice while waving her wand dramatically. When the twins gave her a blank look she sighed again and without any further explanation she tapped the map infront of her while saying, "I, Alice Lupin, solemnly swear that I am up to no good."
Before Alice's very own eyes black ink spread out over the parchment from where her wand rested on the parchment. "Is that? No it can't be! It's Hogwarts!" She exclamed extreamly surprised.
"It's a map of Hogwarts? That's great! Imagine all the mischief we can manage!" Fred nearly screamed, he and Alice looked at eachother, their eyes already planning all kinds of pranks. However their michievous-silent-conversation was interupted by George, who exclamed, "What is Dumbledore doing?"
Fred and Alice spun around, eyes fixed on the map. "He's... He is... Pacing?" Alice said, not compleatly sure of what she saw. On the map was written in increadibly small letters the name of their headmaster, Albus Dumbledore. But it didn stay in just one place, it moved around in circles, around and around and around again. When her eyes wondered to another spot in the castle Alice discovered three other names, "Guys, look. It's us..."
Indeed, on the map, where the hallway was drawn, in one of the quiet and nearly hidden corners, three names where written. Fred Weasley, George Weasley and Alice Black.
When George noticed them he jumped and took a few steps back. So did his name on the mysterious map.
"Awesome!" Yelled Alice and Fred in unison. The looked at eachother and started laughing, "So this is what it feels like having a twin! You where right it feels great! And it's funny. No wonder you two do it so often!"

A/N Anyways, Alice, Fred and George found the Mauraders map! Yay! Lee didn't seem to agree with them 'borrowing' it from our good Filchy friend. Next chapter will be updated next monday again! Let's try to keep up the updating!
I'm soooo sorry for not updating! I was just so busy with school and stuff... The comming two weeks or so will be very busy for me so sorry if I don't update so often.
So apparently none of you have any ideas for any pranks for the twins to pull on those poor, innocent, unknowing students. Or you just don't want to share your awesome/brilliant/badass ideas with me... But that's okay, I'll survive.
Anyways I hope you enjoyed reading this short chapter about Alice, Fred and George. Comment/vote/share and I hope to see you all next week for another update.
