(Y/n) POV)
I had quickly flew off while the two spoke. Now that I had my jacket again, there was nothing holding me there. Plus, there's nobody else to fight anyway. Sadly, my ship was destroyed by the Buggy Ball from earlier. Which was just great.
"Of course, it never gets easier does it?" I heard some sort of stampede barreling through the town. I sighed as I brought my wings back to their full glory and flew off in some fucking direction.

Landing at a random island affectionately referred to as (Insert Island Name Here), I retracted my wings before throwing my jacket back on as I began walking through the kind of busy town. I'm still getting used to people not recognizing me. I guess my work in the South Blue hasn't been noticed here in the East Blue.
I noticed as I traveled that these people looked surprisingly battle hardened. It seems that I'm in some sort of mercenary town. This could be good for me... Maybe I could find some actually useful work instead of just almost killing my brother. Anyway, as anybody should do when looking for work or information, I was heading to a bar.
As I entered the establishment, I noticed that things were already getting pretty rowdy. I noticed as the doors closed behind me, the people of the tavern all looked my way. They seemed to recognize who I was... Bout fucking time.
Barkeep: "Well ain't you a sight for sore eyes!" My eyes moved from the groups of people to the man running the bar.
"Isshin, it's been a long time hasn't it. I'm surprised you set up shop out here."
Isshin: "Haha! You should know by now, I run shops all over the world!" I shake my head with a slight smile as I sit down at one of the barstools.
"That's true. Sometimes I forget just how useful that devil fruit of yours is."
Isshin: "Considering how little you stop by my places, I can see why you'd forget. But, I know you didn't come here for small talk. Here, looks like Arlong has pissed off plenty of people, and said people are offering a lot of money for his death."
"Arlong? He's a fishman right?" I grabbed the bounty poster as well as a box full of notes from people wanting Arlong dead.
Isshin: "Yeah, and if it wasn't you, I wouldn't have sent anybody."
"He's that strong?"
Isshin: "Maybe, maybe not."
"And how far away is the island I'm going to find him on?"
Isshin: "Just fly until you see something named Arlong Park. Giving you directions is useless."
"What's that supposed to mean?!"
Isshin: "You know damn well what that means! So get out there and start flying!"
"One of these days I'm going to kill you." I spoke as I stood as I began walking out of the bar.
Isshin: "That'd take a very long time my friend." I chuckled as I walked out the door. Sprouting my wings I began flying in the direction of Arlong Park... I think...

(3rd POV)
(Y/n): 'That flag looks like the one Isshin showed me. Looks like I found it.'
(Y/n) lands in the middle of a destroyed village as his wings sink into his back. Throwing his jacket back on he begins walking through the town.
(Y/n): "I wonder if Arlong's here or on another part of this island. It looks like he controls all of it, but why would he leave this place turned upside down like this." He looked to his left and saw a big tower-like building with Arlong's flag flying from the top. "Looks like there's a good start."
???: "A start to what?" Turning around, (Y/n) was face to face with a large fishman. He couldn't tell exactly what type, but why would that matter?
(Y/n): "I'm here on business with Arlong. You can take me to him, or die." The fishman began to laugh as he stared down at the swordsman.
???: "You couldn't stand a chance against me!" The fishman pulled out a gun before putting it up against (Y/n)'s forehead.
(Y/n): "And you'd bet your life on that?" The calm expression on (Y/n)'s face infuriated the fishman who went to pull the trigger. Only for the gun to hit the floor, alongside his hand. "Now quit acting big, and take me to your Captain." The pirate could only stare at the stub of where his hand was before he shakily began walking toward the direction of the tower (Y/n) had saw.
???: "You won't stand a chance against Arlong!"
(Y/n): "Quit talking! You're voice is really irking me closer and closer to just killing you." Safe to say the fishman shut up real quick after (Y/n)'s statement.

The two had walked up to Arlong's location about the same time another fishman had run up spouting about some long nosed guy.
???: "I think he might've escaped into Cocoyashi Village..."
Arlong: "Cocoyashi Village, huh? Perfect. I have other business there, too. Guess I'll head out for a bit."
(Y/n): "You're job is done. You're no longer of any use to me. Leave!" The fishman quickly ran off as (Y/n) jumped up to the top of the wall. Looking down he spotted two people he wasn't expecting to see. 'Zoro and Nami? Why's Zoro tied up? And Nami's here... this is odd...' Watching Arlong stand up and begin walking up to the pool of water before jumping in and swimming off. 'He said he was going to Cocoyashi Village... Guess I'll just follow them there.' He jumped off the wall before running across the shoreline.

Arlong: "So you're the bastard who was in possession of weapons..."
Random Guy: "Yes. That's right... Because I've always enjoyed looking at weapons. Are collections not allowed under your rule, either?"
Arlong: "No, I can't have that. Weapons breed nothing but evil thoughts and violence. They're the chief things that undermine peace. I control 20 towns and villages. As their manager, I can't afford to have rebellions. I destroyed the great port town of Gosa as an example to the other communities! The blunder of being unable to pay tribute money is an act of rebellion against us! Listen. You lowly humans simply need to keep paying up without thinking! I need enormous funds! Your tribute money will eventually become the cornerstone of the Arlong Empire, which will rule the East Blue!" Arlong pushes over the thatch umbrella that shaded the man as he lifted him up by his throat. "The possession of weapons is a clear sign of rebellion! To keep any more rebels like you from showing up, I'm going to kill you right now, as an example to the other humans!"
Usopp: "No way! He'll kill someone just for having a weapon?!"
Nojiko: "He has no right..."
Usopp: "H-H-Hey, you!" Well I can only see this going well...
Nojiko: "You have no right to do this, Arlong!" Arlong looks over his shoulder at the woman who was yelling at him. "For these past eight years straight, we've paid you your tribute money! Why would we want to rebel now, of all times! Take your hands off Gen-san!" The townsfolk began to join in on thrashing Arlong with their words.
Arlong: "I'm saying that the possession of weapons indicates the will to rebel. Or what? Shall the entire village be destroyed? If just one of you lays a hand on us, your village will meet its demise. Either way is fine with me!" As Arlong speaks, (Y/n) looks down at his hand as a mark begins to form.
(Y/n): "That's inconvenient... This might be harder than I thought."
Genzo: "Get inside, everyone! If we cause trouble now, the last eight years will be for nothing! If you're going to fight to the death to defy his rule, then you should've done so eight years ago instead! But we all swore to fight the patient fight! To live!"
Nojiko: "Gen-san!"
Towns person: "But..."
Arlong: "What a valuable opinion! You're a great speaker! Yes! Being alive is enjoyable! Even for puny insects like you!" Arlong lifts Genzo up higher into the air before slamming him back first against the ground. Genzo coughs up some blood as the townsfolk look on worried.
Nojiko: "Gen-san!" I swear this is all she has said for the past 4 or 5 minutes...
Arlong: "Not all living things are born equal! Shahahahaha!" (Good god I forgot about the laugh styles until now... fuck me...)
Towns person: "Damn you!"
Genzo: "Stop! Don't do anything!"
Towns person: "B-But, Gen-san!" Genzo puts his hand out the the citizens around him.
Genzo: "If you die, it's all over! Don't stop fighting the patient fight! Even if I die!"
Arlong: "That's nice resolve!" Arlong picks Genzo up once more. "Pay close attention, humans!" He lifts Genzo high above his head. "This is what happens to those who have even a sliver of evil thoughts!" He goes to slam Genzo head first into the ground until a small explosion goes off against his side.
Usopp: "Exploding Star!" Genzo drops to the ground well and alive as the other fishmen look around confused.
Fishman 1: "Look! Up there! There's someone on the roof!" Everyone looked up to the roof seeing a long nosed man standing there with his arms crossed. On the building to his left, a green haired man was sitting on the roof casually, quietly observing the situation while still staring at the mark on his hand. "Who the hell are you?!"
Usopp: "My name is Captain Usopp, Brave Warrior of the Sea!" His legs were shaking terribly... and he wasn't making eye contact with the people he just shot at.
Nojiko: "Him!"
Usopp: "T-The world fears me and calls me Demon King Usopp, the man from the Netherworld! If you run away now, I'll forgive you! I have 8,000..."
Fishman 2: "Arlong-san! That's him! The guy who got away earlier!"
Usopp: "Eep!"
Arlong: "Bring all the tens of thousands of men you want. I'll tear apart every last one!"

So it's been over a year since I updated this... good god I didn't realize I left this on chapter 6 for so long. Granted in that time I've been starting other fanfics and updating other fanfics, but I kinda just left this one to dry. Guess it's a good thing I'm getting back into One Piece again with the shit that's happening in Wano giving me the motivation to watch again. Hopefully my upload schedule fixes to a somewhat reasonable rate, but that's to be determined. TILL NEXT TIME!!!
