Just a little something to explain his joy with his own abilities, and how he really is different in comparison to other hcs.
Also a little break from writing NS lol, btw love the direction it's going and I'm proud of it so far waaa- hope you will enjoy reading it as much as me writing that :D

"Meeting dismissed! Peninsular's in cleaning duty this week! Don't forget to grab some coffee or a muffin on the table!" ASEAN waved with a smile, holding on to his rose-colored tablet on his right arm across his torso.
"Thanks Sea! Mind if I bring two more for some of my provinces?" Cambodia asked the organization, as countries from the Maritime region at the back has started to leave and saying goodbye to each other, with some of Indochina rushing to the bathroom.
"You can just tell me if you wanted more days before this meeting, but sure thing! Just don't claim it as your own work," he warned, placing the tablet on the meeting table.
Laos spoke, grabbing all of the papers on the table, "Oh sweet! Can I take the rest of the tray? I swear the food you make always taste good."
"As long as you don't take the actual tray, I'm good with it," he winked in reply, before proceeding to arrange his office chair and rolled it towards on front of the table.
Thailand poked Laos, who was actually beside him picking up the used books during the meeting. "Leave some for him."
"No need, I can make some on my own back home anyway," he stated in his honesty, walking towards the whiteboard and proceeded to clean the markings written on the board.
"You're not hungry?" Thailand asked ASEAN, in which was given a head shake—meaning "no"—for a response.
Vietnam and Myanmar both came out of the bathroom together, however Myanmar was the one holding the mop and he proceeded to mop the floor. Vietnam on the other hand went to join in, "Didn't hear earlier, when's the next meeting?"
"Seventeenth! We'll have a one week break because you all deserve it," he answered, then plopping the whiteboard eraser on the cleaner.
A bunch of running footsteps would then he heard entering the room—there appears Malaysia and Brunei by the doorstep. Malaysia seemed to be drenched in water, while Brunei's dress and hijab covering her skin and hair seemed to be a little wet as well.
"Floor's wet, mind why you two are as well?" Myanmar asked, raising an eyebrow whilst he stopped mopping.
"Rain," Malaysia answered in frustration.
"We were about to go and—the rain decided to join us," Brunei explained, as she puts on her own jacket hanged in her locker a couple of minutes back.
"Can I ask who got severely- you-know-what as well?" Laos asked.
"Singa actually went to the back so I don't know what he did, you see Brunei surviving that, Phil and Indo seemed had better days," the splashed-with-rainwater country stated.
"What?"
Brunei clarified, "It's the famous trio who got wet, again."
"Alright, I'll get three towels," Cambodia shrugged as she exits the meeting hall.
ASEAN went back to the table and turned on his tablet, opening the little tracker the UN implemented for him and locating everyone, usually used for important purposes and not for things other than that. Singapore seemed to have gotten ahead of everyone, while the others in Maritime are at the parking area of the building, possibly covered in rainwater by now. He sighed as he closed the tablet and responded, "Did you even prepare umbrellas?"
"Weather forecast said it's gonna be sunny today," Brunei stated in such a neutral expression. "And so they didn't, but they should."
"It's one of those hot rains," Malay confirmed.
"You still need an umbrella," she deadpanned.
"Right, sorry."
Cambodia came back inside with the towels, and threw one to Malaysia. After hearing a 'Terima kasih' from him, she asked, "Where are the others?"
"Outside, open parking area," Brunei said. "Their situation is much worse that Mal's, trust me."
"It's their fault," the Khmer shrugged, and went out of the room with the towels.
ASEAN looked around for a bit with the cleaning group, before stating, "I'll just go check on them. Vietnam's in charge."
"Aye," Laos said, in which was the last word he had heard from the group before leaving the room with Malaysia—now covered in a towel—and Brunei coming with him.

"You two... were playing?!" ASEAN scolded.
"We tried to let them out," Brunei muttered.
"Sorry," the Philippines stated, covering himself with the towel. "I thought it would be fun!"
"I won't be responsible for any of you to get sick," the organization warned, but looked back at the weather with a smile. "This rain is hotter than usual today."
It felt like two sides of him has collided once more.
"Right? I didn't think this was possible," Malaysia agreed on ASEAN's statement.
Indonesia looked at the organization's expression and eventually read it—"Hey! You're not gonna..?"
The organization looked back at Indonesia giggled. "If you're gonna complain like that, then I might as well do it."
"What?!" Brunei exclaimed.
As soon as the country exclaimed her expression, a little scratch can be heard on the wavy roof. Everyone would eventually notice that there's probably some animal crawling above the rooftop. That just made ASEAN even more motivated to check it out, and the countries a little concerned of what was above them.
"If you checked it out, you will become the very thing you swore to destroy if you get on out there," Phil joked, halfly.
Indo expressed, "You're wearing a suit."
Malaysia threw his towel onto the organization's face. "Might as well give that to you."
ASEAN took off his outer long sleeve and let Brunei hold the towel Malaysia threw to him. "This won't take long. Stand back."
All of the countries on the spot walked backwards, and the rain has started to calm a little, as it started to become more of a drizzle. The organization shuts his own eyes and that actually revealed his own gold-to-red fairly big wings, with some feathers out and falling to the wet floor. He opens his eyes and blasted off to the low sky, circling across to get his hopes up and chuckle, and high enough to see what animal has been causing the distraction.
His eyes met with the creature by the roof-flap, a cat brown in color, with eyes looking like it was surprised to see him flying, noticing it was struggling to find somewhere to hide from the rain and meowing at him uncontrollably. He smiled at the creature, before approaching it with wide open arms.
The cat jumped on his arms perfectly, and immediately crawled up onto his chest. He pets the cat for a little before coming back down to the surface.
As he step foot to the ground, the countries immediately walked towards him and was surprised to see him safely landing with a little cat on his arms.
"That was on the roof?" Brunei asked. "Who owns that cat?"
"I don't know, but I know there has been stray cats roaming around the office every now and then," he informed. "I haven't seen this guy before."
"You should keep it, it looks like it likes you!" the Filipino suggested.
"I already have Iri, but I have noticed she needs a companion after the Singapura cat died a few weeks ago," he stated in a little sad tone, with his wings dropping to the floor. "I don't know if anyone owns this though."
"Keep it."
Everyone turned at the other side of the porch to see the rest of ASEAN by the door (minus Singapore), noticing Thailand's voice and the rest of the group peeking through as well.
"I mean, it can be- we can keep it for this office! That looks like a Burmese cat, so I think it can make itself at home!" Myanmar stated happily, which some people by the door nodded.
"I guess we're keeping it then," Sea smiled, petting the kitty once again. "Malaysia, can you hold?"
"Alright," Malaysia agreed to it, as he was given the cat on his arms, shaking it for a little.
"I don't care if you take pictures of this, but it's been a while since I've done this- something to end this off," he stated, as he bring out his wings spread once more.
Indonesia once again, went to be on shock and immediately called out, "I'm not letting you in my house anymore after this."
"Still marking your house as my permanent address!" he laughed, before taking across the sky once more with the sky still in a little rain.
The people at the door moved near to the other group, observing the organization taking through the sky even if their perspective feels lacking. ASEAN seemed to have fun as he flew across the atmosphere, which made the members feel something positive about him.
