It was a rainy day, roads were wet, Lisa was going to see her husband by the car with her daughter Stacey and son George to Glasgow. She was crying at the time while she was driving the car, because she received a call from her husband's company that her husband had jumped from the rooftop of their building. And now she is in deep pain and shock, She doesn't know what to do next?, Her mind started to thinking negative thoughts like, why did he leave us, what happened that he took that kind of step?, how will I grow my children alone?, how will I run my house?, how will I manage all the financial crises that he took off for me? And so on. All of that things are started to destroy her from inside.
Lisa's husband was a stock broker and was doing his job at Glasgow City near his hometown Edinburgh. He's about since 12 years in that field and was doing his best. Lisa is driving car very in very high speed, she" crossing her limits, and her heart starts to beating faster than before and children are crying too.
Stacey: "Mom, please drive slow, we can't do nothing about it, Dad leave us alone, just hate him."
Lisa: "Shut up! He's your father and he is the one who always with you whenever you needed."
Lisa is feeling scared and alone and her children are scared too. Rain is very heavy and big thunders shaking the ground and there is fog in the atmosphere. On the other hand Lisa is feeling that something is happening wrong, but she have to reach Glasgow city as early as possible so she drive the care in her own.
Every minutes Lisa feels like someone is killing her, all she has to do is to see her husband as early as possible. It's about half hours completed Edinburgh to Glasgow is about 50 Miles and it takes an hour to reach. Lisa is driving car in very high speed so she can reach at hospital as early as possible. But god has another plan, one of the car's wheel is puncture and he has no other wheel in spare. Lisa taking car lowly aside and stop there.
Lisa: Oh, Shit! no...no....no..... not now.
Children: What happened?
Lisa: children pleas stay here don't come out, there is puncture in one wheel, I am going check if there is there is any garage near, till then stay here.
Stacey: oh my god puncture? Do we have other wheel in spare?
Lisa: No darling, but don't worry I'll try to fix it.
George: Please come soon!
Lisa: Don't worry Honey.
Lisa take her umbrella and go outside to check if there any garage is near.
Here Stacey and George is alone in the car. Stacey is scared and alone with brother but she can't do anything about it. Suddenly she notice that her front side glass of the car is started to freezing and temperature is down blow -20°c, she started throws cold air from her mouth. She notices that the roof of the car's light is started to bleeping. She see back to George and he's not there. She slowly starting to turn on the front side of the car. And she sees a guy is coming to her car slowly, because of rain and fog she can't clearly see. Her breath is started high, the guy slowly coming to her car, she's scaring very much. The man is coming closer to her car step by step, her breathing get faster, when she blink her eyelid suddenly the man who's coming to her is disappeared. Stacy starting to look at here and there on the road but she can't find him. When she is finding that man suddenly someone shake her hand heavily and she afraid and started to screaming loudly.
Stacey: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
George: Stacey it's me, what happened?
Stacey: Oh... Oh my god, Sorry, I'm just scared of thinking about dad.
George: Yeah, me too! I promise I'll always with you and mom and will never leave you alone. I Love You!
Stacey: I Love You Too!
Here Lisa is searching a garage to repair her car. She walked about one mile but she don't find any garage. She loose hop but she walk little bit in search of garage and suddenly she notice that on the other side of the road is a garage. She walk on that way and go to that garage, but there is nobody.
Lisa: Hello, is anybody here? My car's wheel is punctured, can anybody help me?
Lisa: Hello, is there anyone here?
But there is no one to help her, she's sad and started to walk back on the direction of her car. She is trying to call someone to help her, but mobile can't attaching with signal. She's about to reach her car and still trying if that if she call someone.
Lisa: Oh, come on pleas.... pleas.... pleas.....
And it works, mobile reach the signal and ringing. Lisa is calling her best friend Lilly who's her best friend and is also living in Glasgow city.
Lisa: Hello Lilly?
Lilly: Hey, Lisa how are you darling, it's been long time.
Lisa starts crying very heavily.
Lilly: Hey... Hey... Hey... Lisa what happened? Why are you crying?
Lisa: My husband had jumped from his workplace and he died.
Lilly: What? Oh my god. When did it happened?
Lisa: An hour ago.
Lilly: Oh my god, where are you right now?
Lisa: We are in highway, and going to hospital but one of my car's wheel is punctured and we have to reach hospital as early as possible.
Lilly: You just stay there, I'll come in 20 minutes.
Minutes feels like an hour to Lisa, but there is nothing she can do about. Rain is stopped now and birds are chirping, sun rise above and cold wind starts to feel fresh. Suddenly Lisa look at on the other side of the road and she notice that something is there, some of tree's leaves started to waggling, so she starts to walk on that way. That sound attract Lisa's conscious and she slowly started to walk on the other side of the road. Slowly slowly step by step she move on that way and suddenly a car is coming on the Lisa's way but of the attraction of that thing she couldn't hear the horn of the car. Now car is so near to Lisa but she couldn't hear car's horn and then when car come closer to Lisa driver of the car starts to horn without any break Beeeeeeeeeppppppppppp, and suddenly Lisa look at that way and take back her legs, the driver took cut from her and Lisa fall back. Stacey and George come to Lisa.
Stacey and George: Mom...Mom... Are you okay?
Lisa: Yah, I'm okay just lost in thoughts.
Stacey: Mom... Whatever happen we'll always with you.
Lisa huge her children and start crying. Because of the wet road Lisa's dress get dirty. On the other side Lilly come to pick her.
Lilly: Hey Lisa come in
And Lilly open the door of car and Lisa and her children get into it. Lilly continue driving to reach Glasgow. The atmosphere is very tensed and Lisa doesn't say any word to Lilly.
Lilly: I never realize that I'll see you in that situation.
And Lisa starts crying very loudly. Lilly take her car in side and stop to handle Lisa.
Lilly: Hey... Hey... Hey.... Lisa everything will be okay, I'll be always with you whenever you needed.
And then Lisa slowly being stable and Lilly starts driving again, Lisa didn't speak a word to Lilly on 20 minutes long drive and was very calm and thinking all that negative thoughts which is now blasting in her brain. After 25 minutes of the long drive they reach at hospital. Lilly park car at parking area and Lisa get out to car and run to hospital. Her children is running with her too!
Lisa: Excuse me, my husband is here, his dad body is here.
Receptionist: Ma'am could you please tell me your husband's name please?
Lisa: Kelvin... His name is Kelvin Rodger.
Receptionist: Okay let me check. Mmmm... Yeah Room No.366, go straight and then take right.
Lisa starts to running on that direction and she get to mortuary room. One of the warden come to her and asks,
Warden: What can I help you Ma'am?
Lisa: My husband's body is here.
Warden: Could you please tell me your husband's name please?
Lisa: His name is Kelvin Rodger.
Warden: Okay ma'am give me a minute I'll check and come.
After few minutes warden come with List.
Warden: Ma'am come with me, this way....
Lisa and her children starts to move on that direction to see Kelvin. Warden opens the box and Lisa and her children starts crying very badly. Lilly is also there on the back of Lisa to handle Lisa and her children. Lilly is trying to calm Lisa and suddenly she noticed something unbelievable on Kelvin's palm. Lilly is trying to convince Lisa to look at her husband's hand but she's is in a very deep shock. So she don't want to look at again to her husband.
Somehow Lilly convince Lisa to look at her husband's palm carefully. And she Look at there and she get shocked and started to walk back with straight position and suddenly a voice come and she get afraid.
Inspector Jacob: Are you Mrs. Rodger?
Lilly: Yes she is.
Inspector Jacob: Will you please come with me? I have several questions to ask you.
Lisa and Lilly both look each other, Lisa again look at her husband and say yes to go with inspector Jacob.
