[Jungkook and hyung line plays in rain, well things didn't go well.]
NOTE: Jungkook is 4 years younger than VMin.
"Bye bye Taehyungie hyungie hyung. Bye bye Jiminie hyungie." Jungkook waved his hands towards his hyungs who were leaving to Busan for their solo schedule.
"Bye guys" The others too waves back. Taehyung and jimin waved back too from the moving car. Jungkook pouted seeing his hyungs vanishing figures. He was really going to miss his dear hyungs.
"Aww kookie.. don't pout honey bun. They will be back by tomorrow noon itself." Hobi said flicking Jungkook's chin causing to scrunch his nose cutely.
"Yeah!! You have your 4 handsome hyungs all to yourself now. Aren't we enough for some nights for you,huh?" Jin said with a teasing smile.
"Hyungie you are dramatic." Jungkook said giggling cutely.
"Alright let's move inside. I'm sure it's gonna be a raing night." Namjoon said pushing the mak ae inside jokingly.
<Time Skip>
"Wahh!!! Hyungss!!!! It's raining" Jungkook said giggling loudly coming coming downstairs. Jungkook absolutely loved rain. He would always play in the rain.
"Yes bun, we can see it. Calm down you are gonna fall from the stairs." Yoongi said. He was sitting on a couch near the glass door which lead to backyard. Others were also bundled up in the area.
"I know what he's thinking right now." Hobi whispered to Namjoon, who agreed to the same, both giggling quietly.
"Hyungiee.." Jungkook came to Jin hyung, who was sitting on floor with his legs wide spread. Jungkook sat between Jin's legs battling his eyes innocently, a soft pout adorning the lips.
"No. That isn't going to work on me." Jin said smiling teasingly. Jungkook pout widened and he strted whining.
"Pls pls hyungie... Pls I wanna play in the rain" Jungkook poted more and looked at his other hyungs asking for help. Namjoon and Hobi raised their hands indicating they are helpless.
"Little prince, it's night time. If it was day time you could have played." Yoongi said looking at Jungkook.
"Hyungiee... Pls pls pls pls. Only 20min. No more than that. Pls pls pls" Jungkook pleaded looking at Jin with his puppy eyes. Jin's eyes softened and he carrassed Jungkook's cheeks.
"Baby bun you'll get sick if you play in the water at this hour. We don't want our baby to sick." Jin said making Jungkook whine more.
"Humph! If Taehyungie hyungie hyung and Jimmie Hyungie was here they would have played with me. You don't want to play with me that's why" Jungkook said looking at his hyungs. He hyung's mouth widened as they all thought together this brat!!
"Fine fine. Just 20 min and no more." Jin finally let in having done with the baby's whinning. Jungkook cheered loudly and jumped out from Jin lap and went toward the door opening it immediately, jumping onto the rain. His hyung's chuckled loudly looking at Jungkook.
Jungkook laughed loudly under the rain. He ran with his hands wide opened. He ran and jumped into to puddled. Jin quickly took his phone and captured the heart warming sight. It was Jungkook, their baby bun jumping and running happily under the rain. This mere sight of their maknae being all happy under rain was enough for them to be at peace. Jin quickly send the video to Vmin and stated -you missed rainy time with maknae😆
"Baby come on its enough. You're going to get cold." Jin shouted at Jungkook. Jungkook looked at them but giggled loudly splashing water at his hyungs.
"Yah you brat!! Come back that's enough" Yoongi said chuckling softly.
"no!! Come and catch me if you can" Jungkook said poking his tongue out teasing his hyungs. His hyung's gasped dramatically.
"Just wait you bunny!! We are coming to get you" Everyone said before dashing behind Jungkook to catch him in the rain. They all giggled loudly playing around.
All the hyungs ran behind a giggling mess aka Jungkook. Jungkook ran past his hyungs giggling loudly. Hyungs ran behind Jungkook laughing and shouting at each other to catch the maknae. Finally Namjoon ran fast and caught Jungkook from behing lifting him off the ground and spinning him, both of them laughing loudly. Namjoon then gave Jungkook to Jin who too lifted him up spinning him around. He then was also passed to Yoongi and Hobi. He was being passed from one hyung to another, Jungkook couldn't stop giggling. Finally having some mercy Yoongi quickly carried the maknae inside.
"Go and dry yourself okay. We are also going." Saying this Jin and others left to their room. But Jungkook just stayed there. He was so mesmerised by the night sky. The subtle flashes in the sky made him awe at the nature. He sat down on the floor, still in his wet clothes and enjoyed the rain.
<After 20 min>
"Did everyone dry-oh my God!!! Jungkook!!! You didn't dry up till now. What where you thinking sitting here." Jin slightly scolded Jungkook who just smiled sheepishly.
"Hehe.. I was just.. Ah.. I.. " Jubgkook stuttered lightly. He knew his hyung had strictly told him to dry up but he just sat there. Not knowing what to say he just pouted softly. Jin sighed loudly and asked Namjoon to bring a towel. Taking the towel from Namjoon, Jin himself started to dry Jungkook.
"That was very naughty of you prince. You might be getting sick tomorrow because of this." Yoongi said after giving Jungkook one of his fluffy sweat shirt. Jungkook just snuggled closer to Yoongi in the couch.
"Here all of you, hot chocolate. Drink it up and warm yourself. Koo take this." Jin gave everyone their drink sat sat himself on the sofa. As Jungkook took the cup from Jin, Jungkook sneezed 4 times. He smiled sheepishly at his hyungs before taking the cup from hyung.
"great! You are already sick" Jin said sighing, shaking his head sitting down near Jungkook. "Koo finish it fast." Jungkook finished his drink soon followed by his hyungs. Everyone soon cuddled in the sofa having a movie played on the TV.
Jin brought Jungkook closer to him and wrapped his arms around Kook. Jungkook immediately snuggled into Jin wanting to fell more warm. He sneezed again 3 times. Hobi took a tissue and wiped Jungkook's nose. Half way the movie Jungkook fell asleep. Noting this Jin told everyone to go to sleep. Namjoon picked up Jungkook to his room, tucking him in. Soon everyone went to their respective rooms, everyone sleeping peacefully while it rained heavily outside.
<Next morning>
Jin stirred lightly before waking up. He felt his head as if weighing a ton. He groaned slowly opening his eyes. He was met with a terrible headache and a runny nose. Great! He thought.
He took his phone checking the time. 10:20 am. He frowned when he saw messages from Namjoon, Suga and Hobi.
-Namjoon
Hyung I have got a runny nose and sore throat. I'll be staying in my room till I feel well. I had made myself some tea. So don't need to rush into anything hyung.
-Suga
Hyung I have got a cold and a very bad headache. I'm gonna stay in bed. I drank some tea which Joon had made earlier. Think he's sick too.
-Hobi
Hyungggg.... I have a runny nose and sore throat. I made myself tea and had a yogurt bowl for breakfast. I'm gonna stay in bed. No need to come check hyung.
"wht the hell!! How did everyone get sick together *achoo* gosh!! Me too." Jin groaned loudly. He quickly replied to everyone saying how he got sick himself. "wait I didn't get any message from koo. Is he alright?" Jin said to himself. He got off from bed and went to wash his face. After this he went to Jungkook's room.
He quietly opened Jungkook's door. He entered inside and saw Jungkook sleeping soundly. He almost sighed out of relief until he saw how Jungkook shivered in his sleep despite being covered by a thick blanket. He quickly put his hand on the maknae's forehead only to retract it due to the burning sensation. Jin gasped loudly in horror. Their maknae was sick too, the worst among them.
"Kookie baby wake up darling." Jin said slightly shaking Jungkook's body. To his relief Jungkook did open his eyes a little.
"hyungieee.. Hurts Hyungie" Jungkook whispered out. He had a very bad sore throat along with a runny nose and headache. Jin might have not heard him if he didn't stand close to Jungkook.
"Shhhh.. It's alright bun. Hyung's here. Go back to sleep okay." Jin soothed Jungkook, rubbing his back which immediately led Jungkook to fall asleep on the spot. Jin quickly went and brough a flannel and a bowl of cold water. He quickly put the flannel on maknae's forehead. And also wiped Jungkook's neck and face with another he brought. He knew staying there for long won't be good. He wight get sick or worse his sickness can also be passed out to Jungkook. After sligtly cleaning Jungkook and leaving the flannel on his forehead, Jin quickly left the room to make Taehyung and Jimin a call. Jin cannot handle everything since he's too is becoming tired.
With two three rings the call was accepted by the home away maknaes.
Vmin instantly put the call in speaker.
V - hey hyung
JM - good morning hyung
Jin - hey gu *achoo* guys.
JM -hyung what happens to your sound? What happens to you?
Jin - well I got a cold.
V - what? Hyung are you alright. Where are the rest hyungs and maknae.
Jin - well that's the real problem.
JM - what are you talking hyung what's the problem?
Jin - everyone is sick.
V - what do you mean hyung?
Jin - what I mean is that Namjoon, Hobi and Yoongi are down with cold. And worst our maknae is down with a fever and his temp is no joke.
V - wht the hell!!! How did you all manage to get sick together?!?!
Jin - we played in the rain last night.
JM - hyung I thought you had at least some brain. Now great all of you are sick.
V - don't worry hyung anyway we are only half and hour away. We'll reach soon. And how's Jungkook.
Jin - he's really in a bad shape. He was shivering when I went in his room. For now I have cleaned him in cold water. But I don't think his fever will go down.
JM - alright hyung I have called Sejin hyung. He had already send a doctor there. He will be there soon. First tell him to check you guys. Jungkook's check up can be done after we reach. You know how clingy and sensitive he becomes when is sick.
Jin - alright then.
V - okay hyung. Just stay in bed. We'llbe there soon. And the doctor too.
*call ends*
Jin sighed and layed down on bed. After 15 min he heard the door bell. Opening it he was met with Sejin and a familiar doctor. He welcome them and told everyone's condition.
"Pls check Jungkook when Tae and Jimin come back. Jungkook get really sensitive when sick. So he won't want to be alone in a room during check ups." Jin said to the doctor. "and they will be here soon too."
"alright. I'll check the hyung's first. Pls lead me to your room." The doctor said smiling softly. Jin lead them to his room. Soon after finishing hyungs checkup, Sejin went to buy medicine for the boys. Just after Sejin left Taehyung and Jimin was rushing inside. He first asked about hyungs condition. After talking they went to Jungkook's room for checkup.
Taehyung slowly opened Jungkook's room. They entered quietly inside his room. Taehyung and Jimin and to control their urges to coo out loud form Jungkook's cuteness. Jungkook manages to look cute in every situation. Jimin immediately felt Jungkook's forehead. He gasped and took his hand away. "gosh he is burning." Jimin said.
Taehyung slowly approached Jungkook and sat beside him followed by Jimin. "hey baby. Wake up. Look who's here" Taehyung said softly caressing Jungkook's hair. "koo wake up bun" Jimin too whispered slowly.
Jungkook stirred in his sleep, opening his eyes looking here and there confused. When his eyes met Taehyung's and Jimin's he burst into tears making both of them said male to panick.
"hey hey don't cry bun. We're here. boo don't cry" Taehyung said caressing his cheeks. "yes Kook hyungs are back. Look you're gonna be all well the doctor is here to check up on you baby." Jimin said holding Jungkook's hand. Taehyung picked up Jungkook and sat on the bed with Jungkook on his lap. Jimin instantly took the blanket and covered Jungkook. Jimin festered the doctor to do his work. All while the doctor did the checkup Taehyung and Jimin kept on saying sweet nothings into koo's ear making him relaxed.
The doctor gestured Jimin to come out with him. Jimin looked at Tae and left with the doctor. "his temperature is really high. He needs a shot actually. Will they be okay." the doctor asked Jimin. Jimin gulped a little. He knew how Jungkook absolutely hated needles. But they bad no other way. So he nodded to doctor, again moving inside.
Jimin went to Taehyung and Jungkook. He looked at Jungkook who was distracted with Taehyung's fingers. Jimin took the chance and whispered into to Taehyung's ear. "Tae looks needs a shot. His temperature is really high." Taehyung looked at Jimin shocked and gulped looking at Jungkook. He hesitantly nodded to Jimin.
Jimin mouthed an hold him to Taehyung whole held to Jungkook more tightly, locking him in his arms. Jungkook looked at Taehyung confused. His big doe eyes widened and a slight pout and a runny nose.
"what happend *achoo achoo* Hyungie." Jungkook asked Taehyung who just smiled lightly and shook his head. Jimin came to Jungkook and said. "trust us baby. You are gonna get well soon okay." Saying this he pulled down Jungkook's shorts a little
Down and held his thighs firmly. Alarmed, Jungkook's eyes watered.
"no no no hyungieee... Pls. Don Wann it. Please Hyungie." Jungkook said sniffling and crying. Taehyung just held Jungkook closer and tighter despite the plead. Jimin gestured the doctor. Jungkook cried to get away from the grip but his hyungs was really strong. The needle pierced through Jungkook's baby skin.
A loud sob left Jungkook mouth. He cried and hiccuped holding on to Taehyung for his dear life. Taehyung rubbed Jungkook's back, whispering sweet nothing into Jungkook. Same with Jimin. When the needle was took out Jungkook sobbed and clutched to Taehyung. Jimin left with the doctor. The doctor prescribed some medicine and Sejin was soon out to buy medicine for Jungkook.
Meanwhile Taehyung picked up Jungkook and walked back and forth with him calming him down. Jimin came and asked if he need help. Getting a no, Jimin went out to check on his hyungs too. Taehung finally managed to bring Jungkook to sleep. He placed the sleeping boy on the bed and covered him with blankets. He went out without closing the door just in case.
When he came out he saw Yoongi,Jin and Jimin sitting near the dinning table. He went towards him and was greeting with so many questions. He assured his hyungs Jungkook was alright and was currently sleeping. Since they were all tired they all soon went to bed early after having dinner and feeding Jungkook.
<next morning>
Jin, Yoongi, Hobi and Namjoon had felt a whole lot better after having medicine. They were able to come out of his room. Taehyung and Jimin woke up a little late. By the time time everyone was there in the dining. After having dinner Jin was about to go check on Jungkook but Taehyung denied saying he will check since Jin is still getting well fully.
"hey baby. Wakey wakey sleepy head." Taehyung whispered slowly making Jungkook stir awake. He was actually feeling a lot better. Maybe because of the shot. He sneezed light before making grabby hands towards Taehyung. Taehyung happily picked up Jungkook and bounced him in hold. "let's go wash your face and brush your teeth. Then let's food, then medicine." After freshening up both went to the dining area.
Seeing Jungkook, Jin immediately went towards him and cupped his face. "do you have any idea how much we were worried huh? I couldn't even sleep properly. How are you feeling now huh, bub" Jin said to Jungkook now caressing Jungkook's cheeks. Jungkook pouted and mumbled a small okay.
"Kook look at you. Within one day itself you lose so much weight." Hobi said playfully. "he will eat so much after he gets well. Isn't it? " Jimin asked Jungkook reviewing a tiny nod.
"well playing in rain is really fun but not the getting sick part" Yoongi said groaning making Jungkook giggle. "is still fun tho" Jungkook mumbled followed by a sneeze. "yes really fun isn't it maknae?" Namjoon teased Jungkook, earning a whine from him. All of them laughed loudly at Jungkook's misery.
For next few weeks everyone got recovered and was back healthy. But nothing will stop then from playing in the rain especially their little maknae.
