Aziel
It was the next day after the party, I was sitting at my desk thinking about what happened.
After I found Oc we went to the bar to get something to drink, he got a beer and i got a bourbon.
"Well that speech was… something"
"Yea no kidding"
"But I get them, they want to step down and relax together"
I sigh, "I know and they deserve that but putting my single life on blast was on called for"
"True but let's enjoy and have some fun"
"Are you going to have fun because it seems like you miss your mate"
He laughed,
"I will try too but yes I do miss him but I also know that i'll see him after"
"I'm happy for you man"
"Thanks, so should we go find our friends they must miss you"
We laughed and went to find our group of friends and we hang.
After awhile I heard a commotion outside the ballroom in the hallway so I went to look what was going on, I saw a girl covered in cake and Rhea having a big mouth to Maria, I heard my dad using his Alpha voice and he never uses his Alpha voice. I heard my mom say,
"Ooh poor child"
"We're leaving" Maria said
I saw the girl bury her face on a woman's chest what I think is her mother, before they left the girl bump into me and I felt sparks going down my arm and the most amazing smell chocolate and mint,
"MATE"
"What?"
"MATE!"
I tried to stop her but Maria stopped me before I could get to her,
"Don't, she already had enough things happening she can't have this too"
And she turned around and left, I looked at my mate walking away from me and I couldn't do nothing but just look. I felt a hand on my shoulder and I turned around to see who is was,
"What's wrong sweety?" My mom asked,
"I'm going to my room"
I walked away without waiting to hear what she wanted to say and I stayed in my room for the rest of the party and I told everyone that I wanted to be left alone.
And now I'm sitting in my office thinking about her, I couldn't see her face when they left. I wish I could be with her, I wish I could hold her, smell her, kiss her.
"Find her"
"I don't know who she is Axel"
"She lives in your pack and you don't know her"
"I've been away for 8 years remember"
"Ask your father"
"I haven't …"
"What?"
"I haven't told anybody yet, not even Oc"
I heard him growl and disappear, I know he's pissed and so am I but he's out for blood, it was a miracle that I could hold him back long enough so that he didn't ripped Rhea's throat out. Just thinking about her makes me sick.
I heard the door to my office open and in come my family with my beta behind them, I sighed
My mom and dad came and sat in the chairs in front of my desk and my sister and Oc sat on the couch,
"Would you now please tell us what is going on?" Mom said with her sweet voice
"What do you mean?"
"After what happened you went upstairs and mindlinkt all of us to leave you alone and placed two guards in front of your door, I want to know what happened, I'm worried about you"
I could see on my moms face that she worries so I heave a sigh and leaned back in my chair.
"I think… I found my… my mate"
I looked at everybody and saw that they were shocked,
"No way" my sister said,
"Congrats man" Oc said,
"My baby finally got his mate" mom said with almost tears to her eyes,
"Who is it?" My dad asked
"The girl that left last night, covered in cake"
"Maria's granddaughter?"
I looked at my dad,
"That was Maria's granddaughter? I didn't know Maria had kids let only a granddaughter"
"She took the mother under her wing when she was pregnant, she took care of them and they became her family" my mom said,
"How do you know if she is your mate?" I heard Oc ask
"When she walked away, she bump into me, I felt a sensation running up my arm and the most entoxicating smell"
"Did the sensation felt like sparks?"
"Yea…"
"Then she's your mate sweety" my mom said with a smile
"Why are you still sitting here?" Dad asked
"Because I don't know who she is" I said sarcastically
"Then go and find Maria and ask her help boy"
"I'm not a boy, sir" I said angry
I heard him growl at me,
"Please stop" my mom said,
He got up, turned around and left without saying anything,
My mom sighed,"Aziel show some respect, he's your father"
I looked at my mom and said nothing,
She got and said, "go find Maria and ask her help, I'm gonna go find your father and calm him down" and she walked away.
My sister and Oc were still in the office,
"Are you going to find her?" Eleona asked,
"Yea, I need to find her"
"You want me to cone with you?" Oc asked,
"Yes" and he nodded
"Oke well i'll see you guys later let me know how it goes" and she walked away.
"Let's go and find Maria and my mate" I got up and walked out the office with Oc.
Eliana
I'm on my bed thinking about last night, Last night was a nightmare, I almost lost it and shift right in front of everyone, goddess.
"I'm not going to apologize for wanted to kill her"
"I know you won't but shifting, really!"
"Still not apologizing"
"Ugh I can't with you"
"But a good thing came out of this"
"And what would that be?"
"We found our mate"
I sigh,
"Who is our mate?"
"I don't know but he was powerful"
I didn't say nothing back just thinking about who it would be, I couldn't think who, I bump into literally everyone walking out and I couldn't focus because of the anger.
"Ugh I'm going insane"
I heard the doorbell ring and got up to see who is was and I opened the door and saw Maria.
"Hey sweety, how are you?" she gave me a hug,
"I'm fine just… tired"
"Understandable"
We sat down on the couch,
"How are you feeling after the whole event?"
"I don't know, I almost lost it, I couldn't control Midnight anymore she was so angry"
"Yea I could see that"
"But something else happened…"
"What do you mean?"
"I bumped into someone and I felt sparks, like my arm was on fire and then I heard Midnight say mate"
"Oow"
"But I don't know who it is"
I looked at Maria and I thought she'll looked surprised but she wasn't,
"You know something?"
Before she could say something her phone rang,
"I have to take this" and she walked away to take her phone.
"She may know something or she knows who our mate is"
"I don't know, maybe"
Aziel
We went to Maria's cafe but the cafe was closed, so we thought we'll see if she's home but she wasn't also, I don't know Maria that well so I don't know where she would've gone.
"Maybe she went to do some groceries"
"Yea maybe"
I then remembered she's an Elder so I have her number, I grabbed my phone and looked for her number and called her, it rang two times and she picked up.
"Alpha Aziel, why are you calling?"
"I think you know why I'm calling"
It got quiet and then she spoke again,
"I know"
"Then you know that I'm looking for her"
"I'm with her now but…"
"Where?"
"I'll send the address but…"
I hang up before she could finish her sentence and waited for her to send the address and she did, we went straight there.
Eliana
I was sitting on the couch waiting for Maria to come back, after awhile she came back and sat down but her mood was different from before,
"Everything oke?"
"I need to tell you something"
"Oke?"
"I know who your mate is but I don't know if your going to like it" she said
"Who is it?" I said scared
"Its… Alpha Aziel…"
"What!?" I said shocked, "it can't be, it can't be, your joking"
She shook her head no,
"And he's on his way here"
I was to shocked to say anything, I couldn't believe it, Alpha Aziel could not be my mate.
"Why not?"
"Midnight no, he can't"
"And why not?"
"A guy like that being mated with a girl like me, it can't"
"But it did"
All of a sudden I hear a car pulling up,
"He's here"
"Oh no"
