Axl's POV:
She kissed me.
SHE KISSED ME!
Oh lord, how I have waited for this. Her lips were soft.
She pulled back after a quick kiss.
I wanted more.
I opened my eyes to see her looking down. She was bright red.
It was adorable.
I put my fingers under her chin and gently lifted her head to look at me. I smiled and kissed her again, but this time, I added a bit more.
Y/N's POV:
I didn't think he would kiss me again.
I thought I made things weird.
After all this time, after us being apart for so long, I finally got to kiss him. The one thing I imagined for years.
Me and Axl. Who would have thought? Maybe in my dreams but no. This is reality.
Axl's POV:
My hands went to her waist and her arms went around my neck.
She was eventually sitting on the counter and I was standing in front of her, keeping us steady.
How could someone like her kiss someone like me? I left her and here we are.
Redemption maybe?
Who knows? But I didn't want to stop. Eventually she knocked something off the counter and we both pulled apart.
Both of us out of breathe and red.
She smiled and tucked her hair behind her ear and I just hugged her close to me.
"I have been waiting for that for so long."
"So have I." She chuckled.
I checked the time.
"Holy shit."
"What's wrong?"
"It's already 1:40 in the morning?"
"Oh, I have work tomorrow...Should we get going to sleep?" She said as she jumped down off the counter.
"Yeah probably...."
"Alright then, uh, goodnight."
"Uh Y/N?"
"Hmm" She turned around from the couch she was setting up.
"You can sleep with me if you want. Not being weird, but I feel you shouldn't have to be on the couch."
She looked supposed for a second. I almost thought she would say no.
"Uh, alright sure. Thanks Ax." A small smile on her face. That would never get old.
Y/N's POV:
I was laying in Axl's bed with him. He was holding me from behind.
Just cuddling.
That's okay. Right?
He was fully dressed and so was I. At least he was a gentleman. I thought it was a nice look on him. Although I'm sure I wouldn't see him wear a suit anytime soon. He loves ripped jeans.
"Axl." I whispered. I wonder if he is asleep.
"Yeah?" Guess not
"Are we going to talk about what happened earlier?"
Silence.
Only silence.
Did he like the kiss?
Did I ruin things?
Axl let go of me, sat up and turned on the lamp next to his bed.
I sat up as well.
Guess let's find out.
He looked like he was figuring out what to say.
Oh Axl, What if I finally get to tell you what I've been wanting to say for all these years?
Will you leave?
Will you feel the same?
Axl's POV:
She stared at me as I tried to figure out how to put what I wanted to say to her in a sentence that won't be confusing.
How do I tell her I like her?
