'THE DAY THAT WAS'
Y/n Hargreeves POV:
"Now what?"
"I don't know, let's just go to sleep or something"
"KLAUS! get a grip you know how dangerous it is for Luther to choose that path, do you want that for him?"
"No..."
"Exactly so get up, let's go stop him"
"But we don't know where he is, he is a grown man he made his choice"
"Klaus c'mon please don't give up like that he's our brother and I know you know where he went."
"gah fine, but first Imma shower, you should too... you smell funny" I sighed and nodded as I offered him a hand to help him up.

Klaus Hargreeves POV:
*KNOCK KNOCK*
"Klaus get out of the fucking bathroom we're damn late", I heard her bang the door, I had my headphones on but still somehow her bangs were louder and ben was just there sitting at the edge of the tub looking right at the door, I removed my headphones and placed them on the windowsill,
"Hey Klaus I think you should get out now, it is quite late and you never know Luther must have fallen in some kind of trouble by now", He said to me, his body motionless and his gaze still stuck at the door, I didn't like seeing Ben like this, so vulnerable and helpless,
"Ehh I don't think I want to go", I said as I slopped inside the bath fully covering myself could hear the muffled bangs on the door and Ben looking at me disappointed, huh I have gotten quite used to that look of his I let out small which created a few bubbles, everything was calmer and quieter, I felt so peaceful in that second before I suddenly heard a loud crash, and I was pulled out of the water,
"YOU BASTARD! Are you trying to fucking drown yourself? At this fucking time? Are you fucking crazy?", Y/n screamed at my face holding me up by my shoulders, there was dust all around the room and before I could say anything she hugged me, I was taken by surprise twice in 2mins, I embraced her back as I tried to figure out the situation, As the dust settled down I saw the door on the floor and the wall holding it kinda shattered, and then my eyes met Ben's he looked so impressed that his girlfriend broke down a door but also sad that she could not see him and give him the hug she was giving me...
"I'm sorry I am coming", I said assuringly as she pulled away from the hug and went out without any word or even a look. I stepped out of the bathtub carefully dodging the broken wall and door pieces that lay all around the floor, I picked up the towel and went to my room and change into a sleeveless vest and black pants.
"Y/n...Y/n I'm ready, let's go", I screamed as I stood in front of the front door, I waited for a few seconds but as I heard no response I tried screaming again but before that there she was gliding down the stairs as effortlessly as always,
"Shall we?"

Ben Hargreeves POV:
We had been walking for more than an hour now and Klaus didn't look so good, he was sweaty and holding his stomach from the start, he was exhausted I don't blame him, he has not been this sober for quite a long time, Oh poor Klaus,
But on the other hand, we were accompanied by Y/n, Oh how I missed her, she was still the same poised walking, always on alert, yet cracking jokes and distracting Klaus so he could go on, I don't think I ever removed my eyes from her and I'm pretty sure she felt it as she kept looking around and even looked right at me a few times, we had eye contact which gave me butterflies but she didn't know about it. She looked beautiful walking down the road and every time she came under a streetlight her features would enlighten more, you can call me whatever you want but for me, Y/n was the most beautiful girl ever, I was so deeply lost in her but Klaus's groans ruined the moment, he was almost about to give up and I couldn't let that happen I liked my somewhat time with Y/n.
"You can do this, Klaus. Luther needs you.", I tried to encourage him, he took a few steps but then bend down holding his stomach, he was sweaty as ever, I and Y/n stopped a step behind him,
"I just...", he tried to gain some kind of strength,gth and with a sharp inhale he turned towards me, "Ugh. This is... this is pointless. I'm going home, I have to go home. I'm dope sick.", with that he turned around,
"Klaus you can't do that, we're so close", Y/n stated as I shifted myself in front of him making him stop, a sly smile came on his face as he saw my move,
"You know I could just walk through you, right?" He chuckled, Y/n looked partially confused standing next to him, and as he started walking towards me she fast-walked behind me,
"I'm well aware", I replied but as he walked through me he banged into a Y/n who had placed herself behind me, a smart move.
"you need to keep trying Klaus c'mon", Y/n pleaded, he groaned as he shoved her away and started walking towards home,
"Help Luther", I walked ahead and placed myself next to Y/n,
"He could be anywhere right now, doing God knows what. You know what? This is probably a good thing. The big guy needs a life, and tonight he's out experiencing the real world!", Klaus walked towards us but mainly talked to me,
"He's not ready for it", Y/n and I said in unison which sorta made our voices echo, I looked at her and she looked towards me for a moment it felt like she could see me,
"Well, who is? Was I? Were you?, he said pointing to me, Y/n looked at me again as I looked at Klaus with disbelief at how he could bring that up and right now? "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I know you weren't ready to die violently at a young age.",
"What? Klaus who the fuck are you talking to?", Dammit he said in front of my Y/n,
"Oh, sobriety isn't easy..." I looked at him with dagger eyes hoping he would realize what he just said and in front of whom, "What? Why are you looking at me like that? It's not my responsibility. I-- I didn't sign up to save you or him"
"You're right. You didn't." I said making a point but at the same time Y/n begin "But Klaus"
"If you were in trouble, there is nothing in this world Luther wouldn't do to save your scrawny little junkie ass", we said together, our voices echoed but it felt powerful, both of us had a slight smile on our lips, we were a team again, whether she knew it or not but I know she liked it.
"Damn it...", Klaus sighed and kept on walking.
Y/n Hargreeves POV:
"We've been to seven bars, three-strip joints, and a laundromat. Luther's not here could we go home now?", Klaus complained about what felt like the hundredth time,
"Would he give up on you", I exhaled, and there it was, that eco, the voice of that eco was not mine but felt so familiar, I loved that eco and wanted that voice to just keep talking, it gave me a sort of warmth, it felt so nice.
"That is the biggest hairy guy I have ever seen", Two women laughed and gossiped with drinks in their hands as we reached the backdoor of another bar, which made it obvious that we had found our guy as I gave Klaus a look and he gave one back and then looked in the opposite direction the same way, I guess his ghost friend hasn't left us yet.
We entered the bar and were surrounded by loud Techno music and glow-in-the-dark props by everyone, Klaus and I covered our ears, Klaus was saying something but because of the loud music I couldn't make out the words,
"I can't hear you", I screamed back like he will be able to hear, That's when we all saw a huge hairy Luther dancing in the middle, not going to lie it was a traumatizing view for a 17yr old luckily I was not 17,
"Holy Shit", Klaus and I exhaled but that echo was there too, it had joined us here as well.
"Do you think he knows?", Klaus asked but not to me,
"Come on", I pulled him in front, I was slowly getting curious about this ghost as I don't remember when Klaus was able to talk to a ghost for so long before going crazy, and who was this ghost so close to him that he felt so casual with him,
"Luther!", Klaus was screaming so that a drugged dancing happy Luther would notice us,
"Brother and Sister", he jumped down and picked us up with his very hairy and rough arms, he put us down and they started talking the music had started going to my brain and I hate when that happens, Suddenly I saw a girl with a huge white glow in the dark fur coat come towards us and threw herself on Luther,
"Ew"
They started dancing and somehow I was pushed away from them and into the crowd, I felt super drowsy and my head had started banging hard, I looked around and couldn't find either of them,
"Luther! Klaus!" I screamed but there was no sign, "Ah Fuck", my only option now was to get out, but I couldn't lv them there but then I realise we found Luther and Klaus is not alone so they will be fine and so I began to search my way out and started walking towards home to get some rest,
"Man music makes me tired at this age"
