This make Qosite delegate think twice.
But in the the end. They end up with trading goods instead. Turn out there are few plant, fruits and spices in Qosite that are alien to Alexa. So they trade those. While Alexa pay them back with some modern agricultural tools. Such as tractor, fertilizer, insecticide and set up a new watering system to those farmland and set a school to teach them the new way of agriculture.
This make Qosite delegation wonder how education system in Alexa works.
Qosite diplomat : Come to think of it. How does your education system work?
President Julius : Oh I can show you. We already plan to demonstrate our education system to you.
Then they travel to school.
President Julius : This is the classroom. Do you see those helmets over there? They are use to directly put the data and all knowledge into your brain. Thus eliminating the need of hitting the textbook all night. This way we can have more time to practice on workshop and exercise. And for the exam. There are only pass and not pass.
Qosite diplomat : I doubt it. I don't think this method is better than study in classroom and reviev it at home.
President Julius : Better or not. It's great the method to preserve the good mental health and save lives.
Qosite diplomat : What do you mean?
President Julius : The method you just told didn't work for us. It caused 45% of students to commit suicide and another 52% commit self harm due to stress from hitting the textbook all night just to not get F on that subject. Only 3% can graduate bachelor degree while maintaining normal mental health. Furthermore our allied planets (Earth and other pro-Earth planets) are segregating people based on exam grade and school/college reputation. Causing the graduated students with mediocre grade who wish to work abroad getting rejected and commit suicide.
Qosite diplomat : That's sound harsh. What take you so long to change?
President Julius : We are in part of the organization called "United Planet" an organization that aim to help each others, maintain peace among the member, making law, improving the life quality and sharing knowledge to each others. And this last one has only one condition. Every civilization use the same education system. That's why we take so long to change. Cause the others don't want to. They were like "Come on man. If we can do it then why can't you." But it the end. We give a middle finger to that one education treaty. We quit that damn treaty. What more surprising is that after we quit. There's another and another and another that quit too. Probably they want to quit too. But don't have gut to do so.
Qosite diplomat : So this treaty was broken and you don't share all your knowledge to each others anymore.
President Julius : Actually we reform the treaty. You can use any education system and exam that suit your society. But to work overboard. There is a special exam that use as a standard among all the members.
Then they start talking about other topics.
The weekend comes and the delegation from Qosite finally have a chance to witness the military might of Alexa.

Marine : This is our IMV (Infantry Mobility Vehicle). It is equipped with conventional 30x113mm autocannon. This boy is very well protected. It has active protection system on front side and rear. ECM jammer to prevent the vehicle from being lock by guided missile. There are also anti emp systems and self repair systems. And landing assist thrusters.

This is our APC (Armored Personal Carrier). The frontal arc can withstand 30mm autocannon and all round protection can withstand 25mm autocannon. It's equipped with 12.7mm heavy machine gun to protect itself and also active protection system on front, side and rear, anti emp system,ecm jammer.
This is our IFV (Infantry Fighting Vehicle). It uses the same hull as the previous APC. But the heavy machine gun is replaced by single barrel Electrothermal Chemical 50x228mm autocannon. This gun can achieve muzzle velocity of 4000 m/s. And there are two ATGM launcher. Also the 12.7mm heavy machine gun on top of the turret. The defense is also upgraded. It is now equipped with four portable c-ram and two dome shield generator.
This is our tank destroyer. It use the same hull and defense systems as the previous IFV. But the main gun change to 120mm Electrothermal chemical gun. This gun can achieve muzzle velocity of 7000m/s. And the commander gun change to conventional 30x173mm autocannon.
This is our MBT (Main Battle Tank). Tiger III Ausf F Gen 3 SEPv8
Marine : This tank is armed with 140mm electrothermal chemical weapon that can achieve the muzzle velocity of 10000m/s. Can achieve top speed of 120km/hour. This tank are powered by 15000 kilowatt electric engine. And a very tiny super duper high capacity battery that can last 2 years with 1 full charge.
(Author note : I'm not gonna use some weird reactor. Why? Core melt. Thing go boom. Radiation leak. Area inhabitable. And lastly. I'm not gonna turn the tank in to a self propelled nuclear bomb.)

Everything went on smoothly afterwards. The audiences enjoy the showcase and live fire exercise. From IFV, Tank, SPG, Assault gun, Tank destroyer.

From this document. It mentions that Electrothermal chemical technology tested in 1980 can achieve 2750m/s on 30mm cannon. Since this civilization is set in 23rd century. I assume that the scientists and engineers can overcome the issues they faced in 80s and make it more effective than in 80s.
