i know i didn't want to scream about river's update every single time i post a new chapter, but by this point, there are already 20+ chapters, and i personally think this is when it's fun to binge it a little!
for river, i aimed for a more slow burn type of ff, which is why even though the updates are a lot more consistent and the waiting period if shorter than shoulder to shoulder, it's taking very very long to complete
but due to the fact that it's quite a slow burn, i wanted to give more detail to character growth and give more chapters for monologues, because i figured i actually really enjoy writing that shit (dramatic as fuck)
but check out river! i am actually quite happy with how the new ff's updating schedule is much more consistent and it has the character development i want it to have
