I sit there
Trying to keep calm
Trying to act interested in what they're saying
My mind is blank
I don't care about these people or what they're talking about
I just want to leave
I don't want to be here
I'd rather be alone
I check the clock every five seconds
Praying for the bell to go off
I refuse to even try anymore
I stopped caring about making them happy
I'm being selfish but I don't care
Finally I get to leave and be alone
Before i know it i have to go back to that place
Where time stands still
Where i have to pretend to be somebody I'm not
Once again I'm back in those uncomfortable chairs
Wishing I had just stayed home
Everyday I have to come to this place
I hate it
I hate school
