Profile:
There has been little to no information on Cypher aside from his profession as an information broker.
He provides a variety of useful gadgets that disrupts enemy ambushes. His trip wires sets can stun enemies when triggered. His smoke is somehow very unique more like a cage. It has the shape of a cylinder, and it seems to slow them down. He also provides vital information to people at a high price either LMD or Information that he can get. He presumably knows if the information he was provided is correct or not. But his biggest strength is how he can almost instantly reveal invisible or camouflage enemies, even if they are in bushes. An untrustworthy individual, yet a dependable operator when it comes to missions. Cypher always gets the job done quite efficiently. Most times unharmed.

I haven't figured out Cypher's background at all., there has been little to no information about him anywhere. From all I can gather, he has been to every single faction on Terra. I am a bit curious though how did he manage to find a lot of classified information about almost everything. He even knows about ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇. Only I, Kal'tsit, and Amiya knew about ▇ ▇ ▇. I am very wary of him; I can't trust a man who steals information that was never meant to be found. I will ask Kal'tsit to send ▇ ▇ ▇, just In case he ever betrays us. Strange though the Operator ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ knows him and fully trusts him. I'm sure that ▇ ▇ ▇ have met him before, so what did he do to make ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ ▇ trust him that much. I will have to investigate further.
