"Happy birthday to you!! WOOOO!!"
The go jetters and the academy finished the birthday song that was sung to ubercorn, who was almost in tears for this special occasion.
Party streamers went off around the round letting out bit of confetti slowly fall to the ground.
Party music soon started playing in the background, while in another corner lars, xuli and a few other cadets played pin the tail on the donkey.
In another corner, food and refreshments were sett out. Tala, fin, foz kyan and lots of other cadets were there. Kyan, as hunger as he was, grabbed a bunch of cupcakes and started stuffing them in his mouth.
Foz, who was just beside him let out small giggles and the gymnast.
Ubercorn, glitch, professor Wave and professor Noveao, were in another corner with a few other cadets.
Glitch handed over ubercorn another present to go with his journal the kyan and glitch made together.
Ubercorn unrapped the rapping paper to reveal a picture of the four when they were cadets.
He let out a laugh and hugged his friends.
Th atmosphere was light and full of joy, and nothing could have seemed to destroy this wonderful moment.
Just outside the door Noa, ubercorn's sister, took flight with her golden tipped wings to do some duties of her own.

It was quiet in the academy.
After a long day of partying, the others went to retire for the night.
Sweat shone on Noa's bleached hind, her wings beating hard, trying to move a cloud that seemed out of place.
She let out a satisfied and victorious huff when her work was done.
Much like her twin brother, she did not need to sleep, or eat, or drink. Boredom, fear and regret were far greater threats than hunger and thrist back when Lord terek had taken over her home land, Uxudu.
That reminded her of a dream she had the night before.
Soon enough she was zooming through the night sky like a black arrow, gracefully landing on the academy beach.
She walked the quickest root to her brothers doom.
The automatic door slid open for her.
She was an bit surprised as ubercorn forgot to disable the sensors of his door.
The unicorn stirred on the sound of clopping of hooves in his room and slowly, but surely waking up.
He said in a tired voice, "Hmm sister...," he yawned "What is it?"
Noa said in a tone to one who was not fully awake
"We need to talk."
Ubercorn got out of bed. He was not wearing his glitter jumpsuit, but a rainbow wonsie with a gown on top instead. He also didn't have he goggles over his bright, cyan eyes.
Without all these features, he looked a bit shorter than his regular size more close to Noa's; it also made him less awesome in demeanor but he was no less lovely.
"Is it about the dream?"
He said in a calm voice.
Noa flapped her wings in frustration.
"Vision, brother. it is a Vision, a warning! We must bright the omega
here!" She said in a slightly worried tone. "As long and it stands on the academy soil, we shall prevail!"
Ubercorn's ears drooped a little, both in confusion and..... fear.
"Noa, the legends about those creatures, let alone their universe was stated probably before the academy was even founded, maybe earlier than that.
Possibly even countless generations before one was even seen to have walked on the earth's soil.."
He frown a little but his eyes carried no anger.
"What makes you think-"
"PLS SALLY!!" "Oh-!"
Noa's had jumped, just so she was inches away from his brother's face.
"Please.. you have to trust me!"
"Noa!-"
Ubercorn took a step backwards.
"Answer me sister.."
He said in a more calmed voice.
"All day everything and everyone has been perfect, no signs of anything bad happening that could just end us all,,
What aren't you l
telling me?.."
"I..."
She squinted her eyes shut, the memories of the dream flooding back to her mind.
Her eyes slowly opened again, a bit more duller that before.
"I,, you just have to trust me brother."
She bowed her head.
Ubercorn, cupped a hooves under her chin and positioned Noa's head to look in his direction, but she avoided eye contact.
"Of course I trust you sister," Ubercorn pulled Noa's into a hug "if you are sure this is want you want to do, then I will plan for some one to go and get the omega."
"Thank you brother.."
She hugged him back, even though her brothers hug was reassuring, no smile formed on her face. For she knew the worse was to come..

Far away, possibly a hundred miles from the academy stood a volcano.
It was reeved with accrid Ash and smoke, filtering the early morning light and casting all colours in muted shades of grey. The only light that was shone was the orange-yellowish bubbling of goo, filling up the volcano bellow.
On an rock the stood a bit above the volcano stood a creature. It had a black cloke flung onto his body and most of its head. The only features you could discern is its red dots for its eyes and two spiralling horns the stuck out a bit.
Just behind the strange thing, landed a a yellow pegasus, carrying a small ruck sack behind her back.
The creature knew she was there, but made no moment until she took of few steps forward.
"Do you get it?"
The creatures voice had a low, hoarse tone.
"Yeah yeah, I got your plant goop."
The pegasus rolled her eyes.
"You took longer than expected,, I thought yous said you were the fastest pony in Uxudu." He said turning around the face her.
"Well I would have came sooner if you had mentioned the DRAGONS!!"
She said revealing a scar on her face.
"They tried to knock down the stuff that I collect for some, crystal polish."
The creature suddenly raged, his voice booming of the volcano. "THOSE KNOBHEADS, DO THEY KNOW HOW RARE THIS NECTURE IS??? THEY COULD HAVE-!" The creature then caught himself, taking a deep breath and continued "No, no matter, as long as you have it."
The pegasus took the rucksack off her back and unzipped it to uncover a small pot full of yellow necture the creature was rambling about.
The creature's horns glowed with a blue aroura, which soon surrounded the pot and floated across the rock, just above the volcano.
The creature poured the necture into the volcano and the placing down the pot in the rock just beside him.
The spot where the necture was poured turned a sicking purple colour with spread across the lava.
Instead of a orange-yellowish glow, it was all purple and unusual
Then the creature started to chant some words.
"Muck, from a battle field blood soaked soil."
The pegasus was waiting for something.
"A hem!"
She said trying to get the attention of the creature. "Are you not forgetting something?"
The creature ignored her. He just pulled out a jug filled with a thick golden syrup and poured it into the volcano "Necture of a full grown lashing flew."
"You said you pay me!" The pony said take a step forward.
Again, the creature's only reply was to continue feeding the volcano.
"Fungus feed of a black rock oil."
"STOP INGORING ME!"
The pony soon leaped on the creature and flung his cloke off.
She gasped when she finally recognised the face.
The thing before her was bare to its blackened bones, its fleshless jaws were lined with sharp fangs. And his empty sockets glowed with baleful yellow pinpoints in place of eyes. It's polished silver bells hung around his fleshless neck, bells jingling with every movement. The ram. The ram that over her home land.
"Terek..."
The pegasus soon realised her mistake.
"And blood from a TRAITOR!!"
He pulled out a knife from the back of his cloke
The pegasus looked around
"Wh- traitor?? I AM NO TRAITOR-!!"
"Oh but you are, with your help YOU'VE DOOMED YOUR ENTIRE WORLD!!"
She took a few terrified steps back.
But she was not going to escape that easy. Terek magical up his spriraled horns and soon an open of magic surrounded the pegasus and lifted her up.
He then spun around, taking the pegasus just above the volcano. "AHAHH!!" She said trembling.
Terek slowly brought the knife up and sliced the pegasus's left leg, who squirming to try and get of his grasp.
Blood slowly slid down the back of her left hind leg and a few drops fell into the volcano.
A few seconds later the lava seemed to be bubbling aggressively. Strange eyes form on the surface of it.
Then Terek continued "Oh and your reward HAVE YOU LIFE!!.. Well if you can keep it." Just then the ore surrounding the pegasus vanished and she fell.
She struggled almost falling into a goop with a thousand eyes, but she was able to pick up some precious lift.
All around her the purple lava started to rise up and flow over the side of the volcano.
She was heading to the nearest academy island to warn of what was coming there way.
"Yes, flee RUN! It will do you no good!!"
Was all she heard from the psychopathic ram before really focusing on her way.
