Harry POV
Uma's birthday was coming up soon and I wanted to do something special for her. Something that she would never forget. Something that I could never do back on the Isle. Ben agreeded to keep Uma busy with extra assignments for the next incoming weeks. Gil and I made our way to the dance hall. " Keep a sharp eye", I said to Gil as I trusted him to keep watch while I spoke to my friend. The doors were opened which meant that she was here and soon enough my eyes met hers. She smiled at me and I couldn't help but smile back, " Hey! Could you help me with something?". I asked with my charming smile and judging by her blush; it was a yes. " Yes! What do you have in mind?", my mind went on overdrive as I explained my plan. She agreed to help but I would need the help of others to make my vision a reality. Evie got my idea right away and started designing. When I wasn't in the dance hall. I was checking Evie's progress with my large order. She did it for free and told me about the blood moon; it would be on Uma's birthday which sounded perfect. For the most part, I was in dancing hall training the new dancers who were the children of my father's crew when he was in Neverland. They learned quickly as I created the choreography but the hard part was yet to come. We rehearsed many times a day but thanks to Uma's schooling, she didn't suspect a thing. I didn't have to go to school as the other VKs. I got payed to do choreography and was named the royal choreographer due to my national talent for dancing. It's not that crazy to imagine due to the fact that I've done crazier things in the past. Dance is more natural and more of a masterpiece that is yet to be created. The other individual who would help me is Dizzy who accepted my apology for what I did to her back on the Isle. Always taking whatever little money she had. I always took track of what I stole and returned to her $35.
Uma POV
Everyday, I would arrive extra tired. With no time to do anything fun as I was falling behind on assignments. The more I did, it never seemed to end. Gil seemed more at ease than me. Mostly because he did his work as soon as he got it. I on the otherhand waited until school was over. It also, didn't help that I would only see Harry at night but he would always be gone before sunrise. His new job kept us apart a lot but I couldn't blame him. I have been a little moody lately with all the work but to my surprise. He started coming into my room at night instead of me going into his. This must be his way of apologizing for abandoning me every morning. He would kiss me before he left but I missed having him with me. He knew that I loved him and I hope that his feelings weren't unchanged.
It was August 25th and today was Saturday. To my surprise, I felt a warm body at my side. I opened my eyes to see Harry sound asleep. He looked so peaceful in his sleeping state that I was tempted to give him a kiss. He couldn't say no to that as I was still his captain and it was also my birthday. Double my power over him. I kissed his soft lips softly and suddenly he started kissing back passionately. He tried to sit up but I pushed him back onto the mattress. " Down Hook", I said playfully as he looked at me with those beautiful eyes. He smiled at me and followed my command, " As you wish Captain". I got on top of him as he held me from my waist. I bent down and kissed his lips again. I felt his passion and I left that same sensation that I left when he kissed me back at my mother's shop. His fingers lightly grazing my thigh and I pressed more onto him, letting him know what I wanted. I wanted his eyes only on me. He moaned into my mouth and the sound just turned me on. I started kiss down his jawline as I was determined to remind him who calls the shots today. To claim him as my own as he claimed me back on the Isle.
His eyes looked at the clock which read 9am. He suddenly scrambling to his feet and lightly pushing me off of him in the process. " I'm late!", he yelled as he started putting on his shirt and styled his hair. I sat on my bed with a disappointed look as it was my special day. We always spend it together. Why would it be any different by crossing the border? He might have saw me from the mirror as he returned to me, " You know I want to but there is something I have to take care of first. Maybe later". His words were a soft whisper as he took my face in his hands. My eyes softened as he took upon me with love. His eyes never lied and I saw the sadness behind them but also something else, hope. He kissed me with passion as I wrapped my arms around him and promising to never let go. " Please... Don't Go", I whispered softly to him as we parted from the kiss. My eyes threatened to cry and I knew it wasn't fair of me to make him choose sides. For the first time in my life, I wished we hadn't left the Isle.
Gils POV
Harry's plan would be the catch of the day! There was so much to do and so little time. It was perfect and nothing could go wrong. Evie's designs were finished and they fit perfectly for the crew. It was cool to know that we had two crews. Our crew in the Isle and a crew here. It feels that we got the best of both worlds. I found Harry talking to his usual dancing partner who I was yet to know her name. We had been practicing a very detailed choreography; created by Harry for weeks. I looked on for a moment until Harry walked over to me with inspiration in his eyes, " Hey, make sure the area is clean. If the grass is a little long it is ok. Jay will go with you and Carlos will go with Jane will set up mid-day". Everything was going according to plan but I only hoped that Lonnie could keep Uma accupided long enough for us to get things done. Harry explained that Uma must be kept away from the enchanted woods and any nearby areas close by. Lonnie agreed to keep her within Hook's Bay, East& South Riding. Which was a good distance away and everyone else knew it too. Well, everyone except for Uma.
Lonnie was the perfect person to distract Uma from suspecting anything. They clashed their swords in the sand of Hook Bay. It was mostly a day at the beach for them which was something good as Uma loved nothing better than to fight on the beach. Eventually, conversation did strike and I over heard them talking. Uma said that Harry forgot her birthday and that he had no time for her now. This made my heart drop and I wished that I could tell her that it wasn't true. No one in our new crew worked harder then Harry. He worked countless hours and weeks organizing this. Often, falling asleep on the stunt matts and having to wake up early to get things done. Today he slept in and I wouldn't blame him. He would do anything to protect his project.
It is mid-day and Dizzy was doing everyone's hair. While, Mal and Evie helped the crew with their outfits and makeup. Harry has his traditional slevless red jacket and his Isle clothing one. I have my Isle clothes on as well and so do the others. Harry is getting his guyliner on and Mal made a spell to cover us the sea spray. Now we smell of ocean water. " Are you ready to tell them who you are?", I heard Harry say to the girl. She nodded and they hugged one another as if they were long term friends. Harry never allowed anyone to hug him; only Uma. I wondered who she was but something clearly was up with those two. But what?
Uma POV
I spent my entire day with Lonnie which wasn't so bad but I wanted to spend today with my boys. I hadn't seen Harry or Gil and we always send eachother's birthdays together. It was sunset when we returned to Lonnie's place were I was able to lay back and chill for a moment. I got a change of clothing which was magically assembled with a green powder which glowed bright. All I had to do was imagine what I wanted and it would become. The magical glow styled my hair and cleaned me up. " Let's go, Uma. It is your birthday. We should be out celebrating. Forget the boys", she said to me pulling me twords the door. Why should I wait for Harry and Gil to celebrate? If they truly wanted to celebrate, they would be here by now. Especially my idiot of a first mate. I'm going out and that's, that!
The sun had gone down and stars were starting to show their face. They shined as if they were diamonds and the night was as dark as a blanket. We walked for a long time until we went though a forest path in which we couldn't see the stars. We moved from the dirt path to an area with grass. It was so dark that you couldn't see anything until I saw torch being lit. Lonnie was no where to be found and the boy with the torch yelled at my direction, " Follow And Be Free". I looked at him in confusion as I got closer to him, " Free? Free from what?". He was no older than 11 and he just smiled at me. The boy didn't answer my question and ran twords the distance. His green cloak moving from side to side as I chased him. I had no idea where he was running to but I would soon find out. I followed him down a path of lit torches and then a green blast stopped me from running and the boy was actually a shadow.
The torches behind me disappeared and I was left in pure darkness. Then a bunch of pirates approached me with lit torches. I took my sword out but they didn't seem to he fazed by that. They placed the torches on their stands and crossed their swords, making a path. Then a girl with red hair walked down that path and started to sing a song about Neverland. As she sang, Harry appeared in his Isle look and walked down the path. He bowed to me and handed me a light blue rose which I never new existed. Our hands touched and he gently kissed the back of my hand before taking a few steps back. Behind him came someone I knew very well. Her golden fur flew as she ran and walked down the path. She bowed to me as well and as if by magic the dog hovered above the ground. Harry hovered above the ground as well and soon the rest of the pirates were also in the air. They danced in the sky and on occasion would lower to the ground. Harry danced with his dog but then in a spin, a blinding light glowed. I opened my eyes and the dog was human. She was the mysterious girl that had been dancing with Harry these past few weeks. Her hair was no longer blonde but a rich brown. She twirled, leaped and danced in a ballet style. Her knee high mint green dress was beautiful but each time she would lift up her leg. Harry's hand would go up and down her thigh/ leg but I knew he only had eyes for me. By the end, Harry reached for me but not before covering me in pixie dust. I was scared but I trusted him and my eyes never left his. His blue eyes had my heart flutter, my happy thought. He lead me in a dance that was less stressful as I didn't have to worry about stepping on his feet. " Uma, there is someone I want you to meet". He lowered us to the ground and we made our way to Zarina who turned out to be human. She turned and smiled at us, " Uma. This is Neverland, daughter of Peter Pan".
I needed a moment to process this and it took me a long time! I mean, the children of two rival enemies together and dancing around. I know it sounds a little strange to leave my own party but I needed time to think. Besides, no one will notice if I leave for a few minutes. I went further into the forest until I heard the sound of running water. I jumped into it as being in the water always helped me think. I came to realize that the water I had jumped into was enchanted as I couldn't turn into my other half. I felt the need to turn my feet into tentacles but I couldn't. I just stayed in the somewhat shallow side of the lake. I swam as I talked to myself as I thought I was alone. " If you truly wish to know. All ye had to do was ask", said the scotish accent that I so much loved. I turned in fright and saw him standing at the edge. " How much did you hear?", I asked nervous about the answer. He kneeled as to be closer to me, " Not everything, promise". He smiled at me and I couldn't help but return his flirty smile. " To answer your question, love. I didn't always know Neverland's secret. Took her a while to show me her true face. I was shocked when I first knew but Evie told me something. Celebrate our differences as we are not as different from one another. Don't worry, she's no threat", he said getting closer to the water. He outstretched his body a little to get closer to me and I did my best to get closer to him without removing myself from the water. My lips gently touched his in a sweet invitation. It was much like those stories my father used to tell me about a pirate bending over the boat trying to kiss a mermaid. My hands gently touched the back of his head to depend the kiss but I had something more fun in mind. " Can you swim?", I asked as I've never seen him swim before. He gave me a confused look and I saw something in his eyes. Was that fear? Harrison Hook was afraid of a little water! " Ummm... No", was his answer. This will surently be something I'll tease him about later but it was now or never. I just hope he wouldn't hate me for this. Before he could react, I pulled him from his collar and dragged him into the water. I pushed him to the deep end and I saw that he couldn't hold his breath. So I shared my oxygen with him to keep him underwater until it was safe. Breathing underwater was natural for me but he wasn't a sea creature. He could die in minutes but not on my watch. Something strange started happened, his eyes started to glow an intense blue. What is going on?!!
Neverland POV
I knew that revealing my true identity was going to be a head turner. Uma kept looking at me as if I was going to kill Harry which isn't true. I revealed myself to Harry first as we share more history together than just being the children of a hero and villain from the same story. Harry and I were born under the same blue moon in Neverland. He wasn't born on the Jolly Rodger like his sisters. Grace, Harry's mather gave birth to her little boy in the sands of Neverland. Where the ocean meets the sand. King Beast had taken Hook and his two daughters away to the Isle but before that happened. James helped his beloved wife to escape the ship on time for her child to be born free. Captain Hook was always a good father but he never got the chance to see his only son being born. My father heard the far off scream and found Grace holding her newborn son. Grace had no life as the birth was too much for her, leaving her newborn baby in the hands of James' worst enemy. The blanket that was placed over him said his full name. HARRISON JAMES HOOK. My father decided to take Harrison back home and raise him along side me. He was a lost boy and I a lost girl. My father believed that a union could be made with James Hook by marriage. Harry and I played on the beach until one day, one of the King's guards took him away to the Isle when we were just 5 years old. Since that day, I couldn't fly as I no longer had my happy thought but when I heard of Harrison Hook going to Auradon. My happiness returned and I volunteered to be his companion. Being a Neverland Pirate by birth. Means that he has been gifted as he was born from sea and shore of Neverland. He will forever be young in his appearance. How young will he look? I am unsure, my father says that I will stop aging at the age of 22. Maybe Harrison at age 23 as he is a male. Apart from forever being young and having a good sense of direction, Harry has been gifted with a gift which King Beast feared. As Harrison's gift wasn't to be taken lightly.
