Y/n looked around and kept walking and found a billboard that said year of 2009 and a School not far from Y/n location now.
Y/n : 2009,Kamen Rider Decade aired year, followed by Kamen Rider Double....wait!..this place,a School,year of 2009, don tell me...that event
Y/n then feel headache,and slightly kneeling to the ground

Y/n heard a little boy calling his mother,Y/n then standing and see a little boy was running and his mother following him from behind

then Y/n had a headache again
after Y/n felt a headache, suddenly he felt an earthquake was happening where he was standing

Y/n then looked at the surroundings now changed, now the small town is surrounded by a reality, in that reality there are Pyramids, the ocean and beaches, red cliffs with cowboy era buildings, snowy environments, forests, waterfalls, a castle with a night background.
*aaaaaaaaa*
Y/n was surprised after hearing a groan, Y/n saw some people being slaughtered by another creature that resembled a spider with Gold and blue patterns.
above there is a silhouette of a giant monster, that monster resembles a Theropod dinosaur, it has horns, and its purple eyes glow,that monster roars makes Y/n falling in ground and face up to see the reality and that giant monster.
Y/n : What is this ? Come on wake up Y/n, come on wake up Y/n this is just a Nightmare.*suddenly remember* don't tell me this is Dream world ?.
suddenly heard a scream that said
????? : Tokiwa Sogou this is your fault!!!.

Mini Garren : on the Kerbelios ride card there is an emblem of the 18th Final Boss, from the King of Gurongi Daguva to Alien race Blood Evolt Kaijin form.and I used the Scop Bat Rouze card and saw that there was a gap between the Bat Fangaire and Utopia Dopant emblems
meaning is, Delast's Kerbelios Card isn't perfect.
Y/n : hold on,Bat Fangaire is Final boss of Kamen Rider Kiva and Utopia Dopant is Final boss of Kamen Rider Double,and the empty gap is for the Final Boss Kamen Rider Decade!
Mini Garren : OmO,so you understand now Y/n ?,I think that Delast will continue to look for the right card to fill that empty gap
Y/n : I don't think it will be possible because Decade doesn't have a 32nd episode, so we won't know who will be Decade's Final Boss

Finé : As reported, the complete relic needs a suitable voice.
She answered the phone while activating the staff in her hand only to summon some Noise then quickly swung it to retrieve them.

Phone: [Black Art... We need to reveal to the world the lost ancient technology and possess it at all costs.]
Finé placed her staff on the table then sat down in a chair and put her feet on the table.
Finé : So it's give and take. I greatly appreciate the help from your country. Today's hunting and future development will be thanks to you.

Then she hung up and walked away from the table.

She walked towards Chris who was hanging from one of her torture devices. Chris's outfit right now is just a tight black suit
Finé : Does it hurt? Poor Chris. You're like this because of that kind of half-heartedness.
Chris weakly raised her face to look at Finé
Finé: Actually, when that little girl gets baited, you just have to bring her back here... But you hesitated and returned empty-handed.

She said as she stroked Chris' cheek.
Finé: Come on, let's eat!
Chris looked over at a cart that was ordering a hearty meal. Her eyes sparkled with emotion, she smiled and turned to look at Finé.
The woman saw the scene and gave a cute smile and went back to pull the lever again.
Chris: AHHHH!!!!
Ginzan : Chris!!
from afar the battered Ginzan screamed after seeing how Finé was torturing Chris
Ginzan : (what the hell is this why i feel sorry for her)
Ginzan said in his mind
without Ginzan realizing the Delastdriver he was holding appeared a glowing golden aura

Finé then looked at Ginzan,and Ginzan walking away.
Ginzan walked to a table and looked at his Kerbelios Card and placed cards: N Daguva Zeba, El of Ground,Xaviax, Arch Orpenoch, Joker Undead, Rokurokubi, Gylus Worm, Death Imagin, Bat Fangaire, Utopia Dopant, Dinosaur Greed, Sagittarius Zodiart, Gremlin Panthom,Overlord Baron,Heart Roidmude,Ganmaizer,Gamedeus, Evolt Kaijin form.
Ginzan : just only 1...
Finé: Now what's gotten Ginzan ?
Ginzan looks at Finé and immediately regains composure.
Ginzan : Lady Finé!,I Creating a Ride card from Underworld called Kerbelios who has the power of 18 Kaijins and 19 Final Boss
Finé : who gave you the idea of creating the card ?
Ginzan : it was Kazuki,he give me a blue print of extracter blade and with that I get permission of the 19 final boss...but,this card isn't perfect because I doesn't have card of Decade Final boss.I'm deeply sorry you had to see my ranting.
Finé : It is of no worry my dear Ginzan, after all, you are a valuable piece to our plans.
Ginzan : And I will humbly follow you to the ends of the world, my lady, if only that Blue Barcode Diend would just die already...
Finé : How dangerous is...Diend ?

Finé : One of the Noises had given information, that Diend's helper had a hiding place in an empty building that was previously a musical instrument shop in the prefecture 24.so you heard me Chris ?
Chris slowly opened her eyes
Chris : what is it ?
Finé : I want you two to ambush this guy in his hideout and finish him off.
Ginzan smirked after hearing Finé statement

maybe you wonder why suddenly there is Thouser in Chapters 11 and 12? the answer is: Thouser who appears in Chapters 11 and 12 is Thouser from the 1000% Hero story.the reason why Thouser in the 1000% Hero story can go to the Sympogear World is ?,have a Universe concept, my story has continuity, so one story can be connected to another story (maybe orther time, i will explain about how my universe story works)
Second is Another Zi O II
I almost forgot about this Another Rider, if you forget Another Zi O II appears in Chapter 6 in Hibiki's dream with orther another Rider: Another Kabuto, Fourze, Faiz, Double, Build, Gaim, Ghost.in Hibiki's dream they want the Gungnir that is inside her body and Another Zi O II actually had time to mention about Finé as Mother of Destruction.
since Chapter 6, Another Zi O II never appeared again… so I almost forgot about it. even though Another Zi O II also has an important role in the story, not just the Monster in Hibiki's nightmare.
The Another Riders in my Universe Story (in this case Song of Treasure Sniper story) have their own roles for my story universe, so I give a special place to these Kaijins.
Third is Attack Ride : Kerbelios card,The idea for this card came up by accident, this happened when my brother Tokufans and I were talking about the Final Boss in Tokusatsu. Where he made a statement that the Main Hero and Final Boss fought on average for the reason: Main Hero distrub Final Boss Plan.
After that I got the idea to make a Kerberos card concept, where there is Decade Complete, Ghost Heisei Damashi and Grand Zi O that use the power of the main Heisei Rider, Diend complete which uses the power of Movie Riders and a something that uses the Power of Final Boss
I decided to change Kamen Rider Odin to Xaviax which is the Final Boss of Kamen Rider Dragon Knight (the American Adaptation of Ryuki) the reason is beacuse I have plan in my Future project story KR Odin will used by a Good guy also I removed Another Decade because the Another Riders have special place in my story Universe.
