Next morning, Karan woke up first and sensed something smooth beneath him, he opened his eyes completely and saw only to become emotional in the morning itself, there teja was sleeping in sitting position, and he became aware that from last night she was sleeping like that only, he first woke up quickly and set her on bed properly,
Karan: while patting her head, sweety tu kitni achhi hain, I am surprised ki tu puri raat aise hi sogayiiii, it would've been uncomfortable but, I want to become selfish I liked it that you've been like this all night just to ease me out. Shayyad I won't be able to say this to you when you're awake, Thank you Sweety 🥰.
With that he kissed her forehead and left towards washroom, while teja slowly opened her eyes which had few tears,
Teja: kyun sunny, till when will you keep saying things while I am asleep.. huh shayad mujhe aadat dalni padegi aise teri feelings sunne kii,, she realised what she spoke, she hit her head, kya teju tu bhi, limits mein rehle.
when she was busy blabbering, Karan came out from washroom, he was chuckling seeing her antics,
Karan: morning sweetie..!!
Teja: you don't know that morning ko aise nahin bolthe hain...
Karan was confused: kaise?
Teja: Arrey aise..
Karan: abbe yaar kaise, aise mat bol Abhi.
Teja: haha, its good morning not morning.
Karan facepalmed and asked,
Karan: tu bhi kya comedy piece hain yaar.
Teja: jo tere samaj ke bahar hain.
Karan didn't realise, but it hurt him, that mere sentence hurt him and he didn't knew why, while teja seeing his face understood,
Teja: kyunkiii I am tejasswi, logon ke dil mein aati hoon, samaj mein nahin.
Karan burst into laughter hearing her,
Karan: acha good morning madam.
Teja jumped from bed and hugged him wishing him: good morning sunnyyyy.
He held her tight for few mins, teja didn't mind too,
When suddenly she shouted resulting in Karan closing his ears,
Karan: yaar sweety such a peaceful moment, why did you even shout,
Teja: shut up Karan, tujhe woh office wali issue solve Karniii thiii na.
His face changed,
Teja: acha acha, pehle I will get you a black coffee, it helps you clear your mind, and tu pehle face aise mat Banaaaa and what's the time,
Karan was chuckling hearing her rant,
Karan: pehle chup, go freshen up and get me my coffee, mein waise peetha nahin hoon zyada, par shaped I will need it today... and time is 7.
Teja nodded,: fine, I will go freshen up meanwhile you just call up kamal didi and ask her not to come okay.
Karan: kyunnn?
Teja: I will cook breakfast and fruits pack karlungi tere aur mere liye, and I might get home early in the evening so dinner bana lungiiii.
Karan: sweetie you'll be tired baba.
Teja: nah sunny, I will manage. Now call her and I'm off bye.
He laughed at her, and he did call kamal didi and asked her not to come, and he decided to video call his mom, he dialled and she picked up on the first ring,
Karan: mumma seedhaa pakdo na phone,
KM: ha ha, tu mat bol.. aur bata kaisa hain.
Karan: mumma I am fine, sorry kal bohot tiring day thaaa,
KM: koi na beta, teju ne batayii mujhe kal raat.
Meanwhile TM also joined Km on call sitting beside her,,
Karan: Hiii Aaiiiii.
TM: hi sunny. kaisa hain and kal kya hua haan. Bhabhi bhi pareshaan ho gayiii. Aur teju pareshaan tho nahin kar rahi hain na?
KM: Arrey Neetu kya tu bhiii, pareshaan tho yeh Kartha hongaaa.
Karan whining: mumma not fair, aur aai she's been a helping hand. Bohot hi caring hain.
KM: haan baba, I was surprised when she was awake and was waiting for you to come over for dinner.
TM: tu bohot lucky honga sunny, she does that only when she heartfully wants to do for a person.
Karan: I am lucky indeed. Aur wahan sab kaisa hain.
TM: tujhhe tho bohot manane padega yaha.
Karan: shit yeah, Chutki aur sammy ko ek baar bhi call nahin kiya.
KM: sunny, kithe baar bola mein ne ki ek baar tho kiya kar call, bache hain na woh.
Karan: mumma bohot hectic tha, aur raj bhi nahin hain. Aur raj se yaad aya kya woh call kiya aapko? Call nahi lagra mera.
KM: ragu ne kiya sunny, uska doosra number pe call kar.
Karan: haan mumma kar lunga, bye mumma bye aai kaam hain.
TM: teju kahan hain beta?
Karan: she's freshening up aai, bolthaa hoon usse call Karne ke liye.
TM nodded and both the mothers bid bye to him, while he connected another number of raj which stated as not connecting. He was getting pissed off by minute by minute. This wasn't raj, he would never do this.
Teja came out and saw Karan wasn't there, she moved towards kitchen to prepare black coffee, she didn't find him in living room also. She prepared coffee and moved to check in study, and she found him there, whilst studying the file ever so seriously.
Teja's POV:
Kya hot hain yaar Banda. He might be bad boy of ITV world, but handsome bhi sabse zyada hain. She realised she was drooling him. Kya teju, control mein rehhh. Thank god he's busy in file warna mein tho gayi.
She went towards him with coffee, he was very immersed into the file that he didn't notice her. She went and stood beside him,
Teja softly: sunny,
And as in reflex he turned towards her, and raised his eye brow, she indicated him towards coffee, he took it from her while she took the file,
She started reading it with utmost concentration while Karan was observing her, well he isn't judging her talent as he don't know anything about her business mind, while he is sure about his mind.
Teja finally looked up from file with a full blown smile, and Karan looked confused.
Karan: kya hua sweety?
Teja: sunny in this file read up the 7th paragraph carefully. Like stress each and every word. Read it aloud.
Karan looked utterly confused, but to solve it he's ready to do anything.
Karan did as she told, while unknowingly she sipped coffee from Karan's cup, well no one noticed again.
Finally after reading it twice Karan could actually grasp the mistake that he couldn't pin point. He looked towards teja with a surprising and aweeee smile.
Karan: sweetie kaise? I am shocked. I am really speechless.
Teja: haha, bas aise hi.
Karan: nah sweety, there's something say.
Teja: umm evening? Is that okay?
Karan: well I can wait for you always. But I can't believe there's someone who can actually tame KK. The business world will go into shock.
While teja was shocked hearing him,
Teja: what did you say? KK?
While Karan realised the blunder he did. Well she wasn't supposed to know this. He hit his head, even if she was to be known, at least not like this.
He looked towards teja, who looked so shocked, surprised, angry and emotional. He couldn't decipher her emotions.
While teja just stood numb listening to him.
What's with Teja's reaction? Why is she numb?
What she has to do with the businessman KK?
