Currently, shizue just arrived at the school. She is working as a teacher here, there's not a single students in this school who doesn't know about her
The kind teacher who helped everybody in their studies, that's who she was in front of the students eyes, although she can be a bit scary, they are all still love her
'it's time to go to class..'
Shizue mutter in her heart after looking at the time, she packed her bag and leave the teacher's office.
While walking through the hallways every students who saw her greet her politely, although this is just a normal day occurrence she still couldn't help but feel something was off
She decided to ignored it and went straight to her class
As she arrived, everybody seems to have a weird smile on their face
"Hm? Why are you guys smiling like that? Is there something on my face?"
She couldn't help but asked her students
But then, the class rep stand up
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY IZAWA-SENSEI!!"
As he shout, the whole class stand up and sing the birthday song. But as if that's not enough, her fellow teachers entered the classroom while bringing in the cake
"Happy birthday to izawa-sensei~"
The teachers sing while gestured shizu to blow the candles
"Y-you guys..."
Shizue stuttered with her words, she thought that she will just celebrate her birthday alone like always, so this surprised really touched her hearts
"Sensei! It's thanks to you my grade got higher in the recent exam!"
"Um! My parents said they really grateful to you!"
""Thank you for all that you've done to us sensei!!""
Unknowing it to shizu, a tears suddenly fell on her cheeks. She already used to it, but this it's different, this is the tear of happiness
She couldn't bring herself to utter a single words as her tears began to falling more
"Sensei, i heard that your mother is in need of surgery?"
The principal appear and said as she handed a check to shizu, she of course try to reject it, but the principal next words make her speechless
"The teachers and students has collected the money for you, it may not be much but i hope this will ease your burden even a little"
"N-no....thank you, thank you...you guys just made my day...thank you so much"
In the end she has no choice but to accept it. She wouldn't forget this day for the rest of her life, she was really happy, her mother surgery won't be a problem for her after this

Evening, shizu has done with her work as she now is on her way back to her home, but before that, she need to go to somewhere else
"Nee-san has come!!"
"Shizu nee-san!! I miss you!"
"Hahaha, has you all have been a good child?"
"Un!"
This is the orphanage that she has been visiting for years, everytime after work of she has any spare time, she would come here and play with the kids
"Good day shizu"
The middle age woman come and greet her, they are friends since high school so they are very familiar with each other
"Ah, yuna long time no see...! Hey, why are you so thin?!"
Yuna doesn't immediately answer, she ponder for a while and finally asked shizu to come with her
"So what's up?"
Shizu know that her friend is the only one who managed this orphanage. After all, this is not an official facility
"Haha, it seems i can't hide it from you....we currently have a financial issue you see, the money for the orphanage is all gone. I need to endure a bit for the children to eat"
Yuna said with bitter smile. To this shizu just couldn't speak, she don't know why but the world is too cruel for a nice person like yuna
"Stop lying! Shizu nee-san! Yuna-chan is lying! We all saw her bowed her head everyday at nearby restaurants for some leftover foods!! We....we...*sob*...we couldn't help her! So please shizu nee-san......help yuna-chan!"
The kids who happily playing earlier barged into yuna room and said the truth
Yuna tried to stop the kids for speaking any further, but she noticed all the kids has years in their eyes. They just barely reached 10 years old, how can such children endure all this?
Soon yuna too starts to wipe out her tears
"Why don't you tell me earlier...?!"
Shizu asked sternly, but then she hugged yuna tightly, telling how amazing she was to do all of this alone
"This....take this and do something..."
Shizu said as she handed the check she received earlier to yuna
"H-how can i receive this? You too has your own problem-"
"Shut up and take it, i've got plenty of money left. So for now just take it"
That's a lie, she only have money for her to sustain her family daily need. She a bit bitter that she couldn't pay for her mother surgery, but decided to let it go.
"Thank you....i promise i will pay you somehow"
"Shh, don't bother thinking about that"
After some chatting, shizu quickly left the orphanage as she afraid she would change her mind
*Ring!*
Her phone suddenly ringing, she stopped walking snd answer it
"Hello father?"
"Listen shizu...y-you need to take this calmly...*sob*..."
Noticing that her father is crying, she panicked
"Father!? What's wrong!?"
"Y-y-your mom.....she passed away..."
Her heartbeat dropped in an instant. The phone that she is holding fall to the ground, she began to cry. For once, she let it all out in this lonely alley
"Mother...! *Sob*...mother!!"
As she crying, a few man approached her from behind. She currently is too broken to noticed it
"There she is!! Now give me the thing!!"
Hearing her brother voice, she stopped crying for a while and turn to look at him, but then a few man grab her and cover his face with some cloth
"Ummmph!!!!"
She struggle but to no avail, after some time, she began to lose consciousness, her eyes began to dim
"We got her, take her to the van. Hehehehe, i can't wait to savour that body"
That is the last thing she heard as she lost her consciousness.
