~NATALIA POV~
We were all getting ready for our game when I noticed Peter, Jesse and Terry not in there stuff.
"Hey why aren't you in your gear?" I asked.
They only shook there heads. Coach then came in and asked the same thing.
"Alright everyone listen up I got some good news." Coach tells us. "We're getting a new player. Adam Banks."
Everyone started protesting except for Guy and I. We shared an excited look.
"He's a Hawk." Karp tells Coach.
"He's a good player." Coach defended.
Karp made a sound in protest.
"Everybody hates him." Jesse added.
"We don't need him." Connie calls out.
"I'm the Coach and I say we do need him." Bombay told us. "Now if we make it to the play-offs he could be a big help."
"If?" I spoke up making everyone look at me. "All of the sudden you don't think we're good enough?"
"No, he thinks we're losers." Peter tells me. "Yeah that's what he told Reilly."
"What?" Coach asked.
"We heard what you said." Peter spat. "You said we were loser's who don't deserve to live."
"That's not what I met." Coach defended.
We all looked at each other hurt and shocked.
"I saw that picture of you missing that goal." Peter continued. "You were a Hawk weren't you? I guess you guys stick together til the end. You know what? I don't need your stink'n equipment. See you around."
Peter then threw his stuff down on the ground and stormed out.
"Peter come back here." Coach demanded. "I'm talking to you son."
"Forget it cake-eater." Jesse told Bombay. "You want to play, play with yourself. Come on Terry."
They left too.
"Where do you guys think were're going?" Coach questioned.
"I don't believe this. Alright, I'm going up to the bench because that's where I'm supposed to be. Anyone who wants to join me, join me. And anyone who doesn't, we'll....."
I walk out heading to the bench. I wait as the other team practice's.
~NATALIA POV~
I stood in shock next to Guy. Connie, who was on my other side began taking off her pads.
"What are you doing?" Charlie asked her.
"I'm not playing, that's what I'm doing." She told him.
Averman, Karp, Tammy, Tommy and Goldberg followed.
"What about you two?" Charlie asked.
"Sorry, Charlie." Guy said, walking out as well.
"Come on Nat, Please." Charlie begged.
I sighed, debating whether or not I should go.
~BOMBAY POV~
"10 minutes til game time coach." the ref says.
"Yeah, yeah I know." I tell him. "Their you know hyping them selves into a frenzy."
He nodded as the doors open and Natalia, Fulton and Charlie come out.
"Not much of a frenzy." the ref muttered.
"We forfeit." I mumbled.
"Ducks forfeit, Flames you win." the ref told the other team.
