Finally D-day arrived.
Usually it is hard for me to wake early in the mornings.
I sleep at 1:00 or 2:00am
And yesterday it was almost quarter to 3:00 am, when I jumped into the bed.
I revised some topics related to the interview, which Jignesh sir told important.
Though it is just an interview, Believe me! I prepared like a primary student who is going to write world's toughest exam.
Actually I panic a lot. I'll hold a book and read even while going to the examination hall. I know it's bad. But I won't be satisfied, If I haven't read till the last minute.
Time is runningggg.
Already it's 6am
So I took a quick shower, threw on some formal elegant clothes paired up with classic watch and shoe. I tied my silky-smooth hair tight. All were isha's choice.
Isha and Advi are still sleeping, actually even they were late to bed yesterday, helping me.
I woke them up and said I was leaving for the interview.
"All the best babs, you'll get the job. I believe in you. Don't just panic, be confident. You'll rock it. The day is all yours." said isha
"All the best best best di, the job is yours, just say my name they'll give you the job" advi
"As soon as you say her name they'll kick you out." isha sighed

WEALTHY MULTICARE SPECIALTY HOSPITALS
Prayed the God with all my heart and soul.
"RIDHI BE CONFIDENT, YOU CAN DO IT, DO NOT GET TENSED, BELIEVE IN GOD'S DECISION. " I said to myself
I went in.
' INTERVIEW - 5th floor '
once, i've entered they were almost some 30 to 40 people (interviewees) seated holding the files.
The interview is at 10 and it's just 9:20. I'm early, still these many people.
After sometime, a lady handed us a form, later the examination paper.
I've filled the form; my name, college, qualifications, percentage, experience,,,,,,,
Lengthy question paper. Most of the questions are from oral medicine, radiology, pathology.
I've answered almost all.
writing part is comparatively easy for me.
The same lady called out some names in which my name was in 10th place.
"The called out names are selected for round 2. "she said
We were called to the other room. Three interviewers (seemed to be experienced doctors) were seated holding some papers.
we've introduced ourselves.
Questions after questions were asked mainly related to the health dentistry. I answered few but very confidently to get their attention.
I thought they won't be calling my name for the final interview. but still i crossed my fingers.
Surprisingly, to my luck and gods grace they called my name in last.
Literally i'm so happy like i've already earned the job.
"Great! You guys reached till here.
Only one among the three will get the job. I wish the three all the very best." sir said with deep and mature voice
"Stay calm, take a minute to collect your thoughts and answer well. Best of luck." says a very tall and beautiful woman.
"First Rohan, why did you choose to become dentist?" sir
He answered quite well.
"impressive" ma'am said
"Sana, how can you contribute to our hospital?" sir
Not that bad but they seem to be not satisfied.

"Ridhi, why any hospital should hire you? " sir
''For any hospital hiring a good doctor is very important. every hospital wants to give good services to the patients. You can count on me for that.
I'll work hard for goodwill of hospital and with respect towards the patients and I do not hesitate to learn.
I also live just 15 minutes from here, so i can be a helping hand for emergency. '' I answered confidently as if I don't thrive for job
"You're 4th year undergraduate right! You've still age to get a job. So, why don't you give chance to them? " another sir with long nose asked
''Sir, I believe nothing is more expensive than a missed opportunity.
I shall happily quit, if you think they are more capable than me sir.
If you give chance to me ti work at this post i'll prove you're not wrong this day sir.
I'm a quick learner and very honest with my work.'' I said, struggling to build words

He looked at me smiling.
"Great! Grabbing the opportunity is what great people do. I like your confidence." ma'am
'Thank you ma'am' i said
"Okay, as I said before reaching till hereitself is great and very difficult. If not this you'll get into the more better one, more ladders ahead.
Based on your scores, answers ; we will let you know soon through your mail or the call. Be positive. Once again all the very best for your future." sir
We thanked them and left the room.

My phone is continuously vibrating.
It is isha,
I picked up the call.
"babe, all set? " isha asked
"no, they said they'll contact"
"that's okay. chill. where are you?" isha
"h-here at the hospital"
"i'll pick you. wait for me." isha

Jignesh sir was calling. So I ended up isha's call soon
"how was the interview?" sir
"they said they'll let us know soon, sir"
"oh! so you reached till the 3rd round. Great! Getting till final round is very difficult and you have done it. i'm so proud of you" sir said with a happy tone
"thanks sir, thank you so much for helping me" i said
"Great! it's all your efforts and hard work getting till final round. i've just help you to get into the interview. There is not much i've helped. May the god bless you with this job."
" Hopefully Sir thank-you "
"bye then" "byee sir"

Isha picked me up to the room.
Throughout the day I was checking my mail and waiting for the call.
I slept with anxiety.

my phone is ringing

"congratulations ma'am, you have been selected for the assistant dentist post" from Wealthy Multicare Specialty Hospital
"your joining is on monday. have a nice day ma'am" she ended up the call
I didn't believe first. I pinched myself. It's not a dream.
'I got the job' I shouted excitedly jumping on the bed.
With my loud voice isha and advi woke up and congratulated me.
Immediately I called jignesh sir and said I got the job.
"congratulations ridhi" he said so happily
"thank you sir. the joining is on monday."
"you proved me I was not wrong, ridhi. I know you'll get this. come on, enjoy the day" he ended up the call

One after the other; I called my mum, nani, arnav, rehan, dhruv.
Everyone are happy except Dhruv. He said I abandoned him and he'll miss me. Actual fact is that he'll miss my helping hands. Sometimes I even do his work. So now it's hard for him.
Arnav, Rehan bought cake for me. Congratulations Achiever they shouted. I felt like crying. #Happy tears.
Whole day we spent outside. chilling, enjoying our craziness

Saturday, Sunday,
Mondayyyyy arrived
I swear it was like Friday yesterday.
why weekends just go too fast?
Today i'm happy cos it'll be my first day as an assistant dentist. Actually it's like my internship I'm doing here with good pay outside the college.
I'm kinda excited.
I went to the college as usual. My college timings are from 10 to 4.
I completed the college and went to the hospital

5:00pm
I walked to the receptionist. She asked me to go 5th floor and meet DR. HEMA.
I went into her room. OH! She was the one among those three who interviewed. That tall and beautiful woman.
"Ridhi" she said
" yes ma'am"
" First of all congratulations, You're going to work as my assistant as well as senior doctor as my replacement when i'm not here. You have to follow my instructions. I work here from 11 am to 7 pm. Saturday, Sunday my work offs.
Your working timings are from 4 pm to 10 pm. Monday to Saturday.
Hope you don't disappoint me. Feel comfortable to ask me regarding the work. All the very best." ma'am
"thank you ma'am, trust me i won't disappoint you" i said with full simle on
she allotted me some case studies and asked me to write medicines, treatment procedures for them.
I wrote and handed it to her.
Did she test me???
