i can't remember two years ago.
there's so much shame in my voice.
embarrassed at my own tone,
my own facial expressions.
desperately hiding myself from the ground up.
feeling like i could jump out of my skin,
i want to drag this vessel into a closet
and lock the door behind me.
i don't want to be seen;
don't want to feel your pity.
i am going to discard the evidence,
